Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 119: 30 million liquidated damages! (third change)
Chapter 119 30 million liquidated damages! (third change)

This kind of electronic motherboard foundry is very common in later generations, especially in the area between Shenhai City and Guancheng, where the foundries are densely populated.

Because in the era of Internet online shopping, many companies have no production capacity. They design products and then find others to manufacture them. In this case, a large number of electronic foundries have naturally emerged.

But in the current era, this kind of foundry specializing in circuit board foundry is still relatively new, at least for Rongcheng in the inland Sichuan Province.

In terms of the result, although Lin Xuan was in a hurry to negotiate the price, it was a little expensive in the end.

But after acquiring this factory, Lin Xuan can not only maintain the original customer circuit board OEM orders, but Hantang Mobile can also transfer part of the orders to the new factory.

In that case, Hantang Technology Company will be able to obtain the production capacity of nearly 100,000 mobile phones every month out of thin air.

Because the biggest link that restricts mobile phone factories is actually the printing link of circuit boards.

Other assembly or shell production parts, in fact, can squeeze out a little production capacity.

So now there is a motherboard foundry, and if the number of corresponding positions is increased, then the monthly production capacity of the Han and Tang glory generation can be 100,000 units out of thin air!

That is to say, the monthly production capacity of Hantang Technology will increase to 1.28 million units by then!

In other words, if the current full production and full sales can still be maintained, the monthly income of Hantang Technology will no longer be more than 64.9 million, but more than 70 million!

However, the ulterior motives are not about drinking. The purpose of Lin Xuan’s acquisition of this electronics foundry is not to increase the production capacity of his own mobile phone factory.

The mobile phone factory is a complete set of production links. Increasing the supply of mobile phone motherboards cannot make up for the shortcomings of other places, so this is not a formal way.

Lin Xuan acquired this electronics factory, in fact, the main purpose is to prepare for becoming the king of knockoff phones in the future!

Lin Xuan has not forgotten his own learning purpose, which is to develop a chip platform similar to Lianfuke MTK to prevent Lianfuke from dominating the world!

After all, 9 out of every 10 low-end mobile phones of Lianfa are their chips. This situation is really terrible.

Continue to let Lianfuke continue to dominate the market, then Lianfuke’s strength will become stronger and stronger, because it has obtained a monopoly-level market and naturally obtained monopoly-level funds.

With funds, is there any need to talk about talents and technology? They will become as unstoppable a patent and market bully as Intel.

So Lin Xuan must develop Hantang Technology’s own MTK chip platform as soon as possible, and then break the doomed dominance of Lianfa Technology.

Of course, when Lin Xuan launches the MTK chip platform, he also has one more goal, which is to defeat the wave island mobile phone that is rapidly becoming stronger!

The current wave island mobile phone will definitely hold back a big move, but I don’t know what the big move is.

But the tree wants to be quiet but the wind keeps on. Just after Lin Xuan signed the acquisition contract and before he started to formally rectify the electronics company, Hantang Technology Company suddenly received a court hearing notice.

This is a notice of the court hearing against Hantang Technology for breach of contract!

Lin Xuan looked at the court notice, and he recalled it.

He did have a cooperation contract with FFC before, and he seems to have broken the contract!

Because since he developed his own Hanfeng first-generation chip, he no longer purchases the MT6205 chip of Univac.

But Lin Xuan’s purchase of mobile phone chips offended Lianfa, and gave Lianfa an excuse to make things worse in the future.

Because he signed an order with FIC to purchase 5 million chips a year, but now he has only purchased more than 450,000 chips.

There are about 4.55 million chips left that have not been purchased. In this case, Lin Xuan has indeed breached the contract!

Looking at the time of the hearing notice at this time, it is a week later in Rongcheng City. It is obvious that this time the FCC is not a good person.

”Dididi...”

The phone rang, and Lin Xuan took out his Han Tang Glory generation mobile phone, which was a strange number.

”Hello, Mr. Lin, I am a staff member of Dali Temple in Rongcheng City. Now you have a business lawsuit that needs to be handled by you. Are you free now?

Mr. Cai Jie, the president of Lianfa, would like to conduct pre-court mediation with you. ”

Hearing the words of the woman on the other end of the phone, Lin Xuan nodded slightly, as expected, those who came were not kind.

”Where is Cai Jie from the United States?”

”Mr. Cai Jie is waiting for you here at the No. 1 Dali Temple in Rongcheng.”

The staff on the other end of the phone slowly announced Cai Jie’s current location.

”Ah.”

Really came prepared, Lin Xuan sneered, then slowly said:

”I’ll be there in half an hour.”

Let him see what kind of moth that Cai Jie wants to do.

It seems that the current Cai Jie should have finished rectifying the affairs of the Bodao Mobile Phone Company, so is he finally free to deal with himself at this time? !

Give yourself a big gift as soon as you come, this Cai Jie really thinks highly of himself.

…

After more than 20 minutes, Lin Xuan got out of the car, and Secretary Chen He followed him.

At this time, it seemed that Lin Xuan got out of the car, and a person inside picked up the phone, and soon Cai Jie from Lianfake walked out of the gate of Dali Temple.

Just like that, Lin Xuan and Cai both looked at each other.

”Mr. Lin, I have admired your name for a long time.”

Cai Jie seems to be more old-fashioned, and human relations seem to be more proficient and old-fashioned. After seeing Lin Xuan, he walked over and extended his hand with a smile.

”Where, Mr. Cai made me admire his name even more.”

After shaking hands with the other party, Lin Xuan didn’t give Cai Jie any embarrassment just because the other party came.

So out of etiquette, he still shook hands with the other party and shook, which was regarded as a response to the other party’s etiquette.

As for this Cai Jie, he has been famous for a long time. After all, this is one of the few overseas Chinese bosses who can be famous in the chip field.

In the overseas chip field, there are two bosses who are the most famous.

One is the famous N-card dealer Huang Huang who sells graphics cards. Huang is the most famous for his knife skills.

The second one, of course, is Mr. Cai in front of him. Although Mr. Cai led the team to develop the Lianfake mobile phone chip, although it has always been in the middle and low end.

Rarely can challenge the high-end, but it is a fact that it has always been the runner-up in the mobile phone chip industry, so these two bosses are the most famous.

”Where, Mr. Lin is the real one who has been admired for a long time. The Hanfeng first-generation chip you developed has amazed all the scientific researchers in my department.

Moreover, your first-generation chip in Hanzhong still uses a brand-new instruction set with independent intellectual property rights. This alone makes us admire Lianfake.

We, Lianfake, also wanted to develop an instruction set with independent intellectual property rights at the beginning, but due to the pressure of funds, time and personnel, we finally gave up the research and development of the instruction set with independent intellectual property rights. ”

After a moment of emotion, Cai Jie asked the question that he had always been curious about:

”The news said that you developed a set of fully independent intellectual property instruction sets in less than a month, and then developed the Hanfeng generation chip. Is this true?”

As Cai Jie’s words landed on the scene, in an instant, everyone turned their attention to Lin Xuan, waiting for Lin Xuan’s reply.

Under people’s gaze, Lin Xuan slowly smiled, and said lightly:

”The real one can’t be fake, and the fake one can’t be real. The Hanfeng first-generation chip was indeed developed by me in less than a month!”

”It turned out to be so, how did this happen?!”

After getting an exact reply from Lin Xuan, Cai Jie still felt a little unbelievable.

As a practitioner in the chip design industry, he knows how difficult it is to develop chips.

It’s okay to design a chip, but the chip instruction set is not so easy. It requires huge mathematical calculations and extraordinary logical thinking...

Every step here is so difficult, how did Lin Xuan do it under such circumstances? Cai Jie felt unbelievable.

Under Cai Jie’s confused gaze, Lin Xuan smiled, and then pointed to his head.

In an instant, Cai Jie became speechless with envy and hatred.

As a high-level executive of UNFAC, he knows that there are indeed some people in the world whose heads are simply supernatural.

For example, some people have extraordinary thinking ability. For example, some people can forcibly record the scene in front of them by looking at the screen, and then draw it with a pen, which is equivalent to a human eye camera!

Some people even have the ability to never forget. These people are called patients with super-billion disease!

And there seem to be quite a few such people with over 100 million patients, and it is said that there are more than a dozen in the world.

”Okay, Mr. Lin, let’s continue.”

After calming down the jealousy in his heart, Cai Jie’s expression became flat, and then he stretched out his finger inside and made a gesture of invitation.

”Yep.”

Regarding this, Lin Xuan nodded slightly and walked in.

Before Lianfuke sued himself to Dali Temple, but after arriving at Dali Temple, Cai Jie looked like a corporal.

Obviously, the corporal must ask for something, and it must be nothing good for Lin Xuan.

It took a minute to walk all the way. Lin Xuan and the Lianfa Branch came to the mediation room one after another.

Listening to the mediator’s reason for the trial of the application for breach of contract told by Lianfa, and Lianfa’s request for a horrific liquidated damages of nearly 30 million, Lin Xuan’s mouth curled into a sneer.

30 million liquidated damages!

Heh, this joint department is really a lion’s mouth.

30 million liquidated damages!

His Han Tang 2 labor version sold a total of 450,000 units, and all the profits can’t make so much money!

The profit of a Han and Tang 2 laborer goes through various expenses, and the final average is only 40 yuan.

In the end, Lin Xuan’s Han and Tang 2 labor version only earned Lin Xuan about 17 million yuan in total.

At this time, the Lianfuke lions are asking for more than 30 million, which really makes Lin Xuan laugh.

It seems that Lianfuke has indeed successfully swallowed the Boshima mobile phone, so it is time to deal with itself, the top three enemies in the mobile phone industry.

But now that Hantang Technology does not continue to purchase Lianfuke’s chips, it is indeed a breach of contract. Let him listen to what Cai Jie wants.

Lin Xuan believes that this Lianfuke must not simply want to blackmail him for 30 million, because if it is only 30 million, Cai Jie should not be needed.

Because the current Lianfuke does not lack this money!

So he tried his best to calm down his mood, looked at Cai Jie and asked lightly:

”What do you want from the United States?”
