Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 2711: Chapter 2707: Which Step Went Wrong

”We agreed, I would pay them, just like hiring someone, but it’s more reassuring to have family members than outsiders, isn’t it?” Fang Hong had already discussed this with Xie Jun, so he didn’t have any objections to her decision.

”That’s true, as long as you’ve both agreed, how much you pay is your own matter, as long as there are no disagreements or conflicts in the end.” Qin Xue turned and sat down in the chair opposite Fang Hong.

”There won’t be any issues; we agreed that once my mom comes, I’ll go to work. You know, since my mom and dad retired, they haven’t had any other income. Now my brother’s family is taking over the job, so my mom can help me with the kids and get a bit more income, there’s no way they would oppose it.” Fang Hong thought that although her sister-in-law wasn’t particularly difficult or hard to get along with, the family conditions were just what they were, so what can be done?

Their family is already considered decent in the city; if there wasn’t such a big difference, she would have preferred her mother to stay home with the kids. She could just go there after work, but she didn’t want her sister-in-law to feel uncomfortable, so she suggested renting a place outside.

Because the city is much closer to her parents than the family housing is.

But she has a lot on her mind, so she didn’t do that. They say distant fragrance and close neighbors are beneficial for family harmony; it’s nice.

”Yeah, well said.” What could Qin Xue say? They’ve shared their family’s situation with her, so she could only nod in agreement.

”Qin Xue, how long are you staying this time?” Fang Hong looked at Qin Xue; her visit was so sudden, without any indication.

”About a week, why?” Qin Xue thought about it; this should be enough time to finish what she needs to do.

She would ferment the space quickly and store it in the warehouse; those parts wouldn’t need her to worry anymore.

”Nothing, it’s just that recently, do you know the factory across from us, the one that was Liangmei before?” Fang Hong asked Qin Xue.

”I know, did something happen? Wasn’t it said that it had closed down?” Qin Xue recalled they mentioned the factory manager and the saleswoman. What’s going on now?

”Someone rented that place, and the clothes our factory makes are very similar to theirs. What’s going on?” Fang Hong originally wanted to start work sooner because of this, so when Qin Xue arrived, she wanted to ask about it.

”Are you saying the clothes from our factory look similar to theirs? Was it a leak of the designs?” Qin Xue was anxious; Guo Aiguo hadn’t mentioned this to her. What’s happening?

”I only found out recently, so I’m anxious. I wrote a letter to you; I thought that’s why you came. But then I realized, my letter was only sent three days ago, you couldn’t have gotten it that quickly, so it must be a coincidence.” Fang Hong wanted to consult Qin Xue when she found out, but who would have thought it would turn out this way?

It’s actually better this way; it saved them a lot of time. This situation was also something she hadn’t anticipated beforehand.

But it’s truly something she doesn’t understand; everything appeared normal without any changes, yet they ended up in a passive position.

”And Uncle Guo, what did he say?” Qin Xue wondered. Since Guo Aiguo hadn’t informed her, he must have a plan.

Qin Xue sank into her thoughts; is there a part of the process that went wrong? How did this happen so suddenly?
