Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 2710: Chapter 2706: Long-Awaited for Years

Fang Hong couldn’t leave because she was taking care of the child; otherwise, she would have left already. After working outside for over a year, she’s grown accustomed to that busy lifestyle. Being suddenly at home, she really feels like this isn’t the life she wants.

However, the child has been long-awaited by the couple, so there’s no change in that aspect.

To a large extent, all they want is for the child to have a companion. As long as their wish is fulfilled, in the future they just need to earn money for their education, and other matters can be dealt with later.

Fang Hong thinks simply, and Xie Jun also wholeheartedly plans for this child, so their current goal is to raise the child well, do a good job, and earn money to support their two kids.

As for their family members, right now they don’t bother with them. Everyone takes care of their own business, and everything goes according to their intentions, and living well is enough.

Qin Xue understands Fang Hong’s situation. If a child is easy to take care of, people can be much more relaxed. Especially since there are only the two of them, both needing to work.

Now, Fang Hong wanting to return to work is a normal mindset, because in later generations, maternity leave could be for half a year. People now don’t have this awareness or condition, so to keep their job, they can only return to work early.

Although Qin Xue also has a stake in that factory, she has no say in this matter because she’s not in charge. She only said at the time that a maternity woman shouldn’t be made to work within two months, which is the maximum right she fought for them. Beyond that, she’s really powerless.

”After you start work, what about the child?” Qin Xue looked at this child, still so small. If she goes to the factory, there won’t be anyone to take care of the child.

”My mom will help me for a while. Her grandmother can’t leave, she can’t come.” Fang Hong initially asked her mother-in-law to help, but she has to manage Xie’s younger brother’s matters, so she can only ask her own mom to help for a while.

But she said she would pay her mom every month, not making her help for free.

Even though this is her mom helping out of care for her daughter, Fact Hong’s younger brother is also married with his own family now.

If her mom helped take care of the child without receiving anything, there would be complaints. So for family harmony, she’s committed to giving money.

Her mom initially said they didn’t want it, but saying they don’t want it is one thing; as a daughter, she’s determined to give it.

So she plans for her mom to arrange things at home and bring her brother’s child along to stay here, and she’ll rent an apartment for her mom to live in.

Although they can stay in the compound’s family apartments, it’s too far. Sometimes Fang Hong doesn’t come back, so living in the city is better.

Renting costs money, but in the long run, it’s beneficial for her, so she doesn’t care about that bit of money.

Now that she has a job and can earn money, otherwise that money would really pain her.

After all, sometimes, some money is incredibly difficult to come by, otherwise there wouldn’t be so much income.

But how to put this into words? Qin Xue agrees with Fang Hong’s thinking, so after hearing it, she nods. Sacrifice for gain, paying some rent allows Fang Hong to earn more money; anyone with insight knows how to choose.

It’s just about whether the household finances allow it; otherwise, many people would do this.

”When your mom comes, will your brother and his family have any objections?” Qin Xue thought parents want their daughters to live comfortably and have it easy, so exhausting themselves is no issue.

But a family isn’t dictated by one person; it requires others’ consent, so whether things remain peaceful depends on others’ perspectives.
