Special Forces Soldier: Me, the Number One Troublemaker of Wolf Fang

58: Chapter 58 Wolf Fang Needs to ChangeHe Zhijun, fighting fiercely in the crowd, was like a god of war.

Once, as the leader of the Wolf Fang brigade, he was outrageously strong.

He Zhijun charged at the very front, leading many Wolf Fang soldiers in a life-and-death struggle against the Iron Fist Regiment.

He displayed his own mettle, and also displayed the mettle of Wolf Fang.

It was a pity that Wolf Fang’s top generals, such as Fan Tianlei, Old Gao, Chen Shanming, and Miao Lang, had already been eliminated.

Otherwise, how could He Zhijun be left fighting alone?

”Everyone keep it up! We, Wolf Fang, will win!” He Zhijun roared.

Many Wolf Fang soldiers behind him were encouraged by He Zhijun, and they all shouted, ”Kill!”

However, at this moment, a Wolf Fang soldier suddenly said, ”Brigadier General...”

”During combat, do not chat idly. Keep your attention on the enemy!” He Zhijun roared.

The soldier who spoke said again, ”No, Brigadier General... you, seem to have been eliminated?”

Upon hearing this, He Zhijun was instantly stunned. What was that? He, eliminated?

He Zhijun looked down and, sure enough, saw blue smoke slowly rising from his body.

”Damn it! I... was eliminated?”

A sense of astonishment swirled in He Zhijun’s heart. He, the dignified Wolf Head, the number one figure of Wolf Fang, had actually been eliminated?

On a dirt slope, a slender figure appeared, and He Zhijun locked onto him instantly.

”Is it you? You were the one who eliminated me?”

He Zhijun’s pupils constricted. At such a distance, and in the night, he could not see the other person’s face clearly.

”Sigh...” ”This battle, it’s already...”

He Zhijun closed his eyes. The gun in his hand was no longer raised, but hung loosely, and he walked to the side of the battlefield.

”Brigadier General!” ”Wolf Head!” ”Damn it... how could the Wolf Head be eliminated?”

Many Wolf Fang soldiers roared, but it seemed like nothing more than impotent rage. He Zhijun was out!

As he walked to the side, standing at the edge of the battlefield were several people he was familiar with. Lei Keming, all members of Lone Wolf Group A, Chen Shanming, Miao Lang...

He Zhijun’s gaze shifted, and he walked up to them. Lei Keming and the others looked ashamed and all lowered their heads.

Off to the side, there was another imposing figure standing. He Zhijun walked up to this figure and said respectfully, ”Chief!”

Who else could make He Zhijun address them as Chief? Naturally, it was Gao Shiwei! Gao Shiwei had come to the battlefield in person.

”You lost very miserably this time...” Gao Shiwei said indifferently.

He Zhijun’s mouth tasted bitter. He wanted to open his mouth to retort, but couldn’t say a word. Yes, it was more than just a miserable defeat; not only him, but Lei Keming and the other Wolf Fang elites had all been eliminated.

”You, Wolf Fang, are unworthy of the name of the Southeast Military Region’s First Special Operations Brigade,” Gao Shiwei said in a deep voice.

In his view, even if the Iron Fist Regiment had Yang Han, not everyone in the Iron Fist Regiment was a freak like Yang Han.

But what about Wolf Fang? Many Special Forces soldiers, every one of them battle-hardened and immensely powerful. Lei Keming, Old Gao, He Zhijun—which of them wasn’t a darling of heaven among soldiers? Their combat experience was naturally far greater than Yang Han’s.

Yet they still lost. How could Gao Shiwei be satisfied? Wolf Fang was the special operations brigade he had personally promoted. For this, the organization had given him many commendations, and the investment in Wolf Fang was the highest in the entire military. But this exercise was very disappointing.

”Chief! Our other elite teams haven’t returned yet. If they were here, we, Wolf Fang... wouldn’t have lost!” ”That’s right, Chief. The Iron Fist Regiment didn’t defeat the full-strength Wolf Fang.” Chen Shanming and Company Commander Miao spoke up. Because Gao Shiwei had directly belittled Wolf Fang, they felt a sense of shame, which is why they spoke out in rebuttal.

Lei Keming’s eyes flickered; he felt the same way. Wolf Fang was full of talent; there was also Lone Wolf Group B, Red Cell, and the Thunderbolt Assault Team! These were all extremely powerful entities, no weaker than Lone Wolf Group A.

”So, is this the answer you give me?” Gao Shiwei’s expression was icy. He pointed to the battlefield, where the Wolf Fang soldiers were retreating steadily, being suppressed and beaten by the Iron Fist Regiment.

Due to the loss of their supreme commander, many Wolf Fang soldiers were in chaos even while retreating, and could only be surrounded by the Iron Fist Regiment in place. It wouldn’t be long before Wolf Fang was completely annihilated.

”I don’t want to hear any excuses. War, by its nature, has no excuses; there are only winners and losers.” Gao Shiwei’s gaze swept over He Zhijun, Lei Keming, and the others, and he said, ”What I need now is for you, Wolf Fang, to pull yourselves together! What I need to see is a change in Wolf Fang.” ”I hope this failure of yours can wash away that pride.”

Gao Shiwei’s expression was extremely cold, causing He Zhijun and the others to lower their heads in shame. No matter what excuses they found, they couldn’t change the fact that Wolf Fang had lost. And it wasn’t just a simple defeat; it was a crushing defeat.

The Iron Fist Regiment had surrounded everyone from Wolf Fang and was systematically eating them away. Not long after, they were completely wiped out! From the moment He Zhijun was eliminated by Yang Han, this battle had no suspense left.

”We won!” ”We won!” ”Won!!” After annihilating the entire Wolf Fang force, all the soldiers of the Iron Fist Regiment had faces full of ecstatic smiles. They were so happy!

Especially the veterans, whose reactions were ten times greater than the new recruits. The Iron Fist Regiment had conducted exercises with Wolf Fang several times, and countless times the result had been a crushing defeat. Yet this time, it had changed. They, the Iron Fist Regiment, had become the victors, defeating the arrogant Wolf Fang. All the soldiers embraced each other in excitement.

Yang Han, in the crowd, watched this scene with a smile. They won... Wolf Fang, invincible? They weren’t that strong.

”System, check my current emotion points balance,” Yang Han thought to himself. ”Current remaining emotion points: 1800!” Yang Han understood.

1800, that wasn’t a small amount. Now that he had become extremely strong in all aspects, worthy of being called a true Special Forces soldier, and thinking of Gao Shiwei’s words, Yang Han’s heart surged. ”Establish a stronger special operations team, with me as the captain?” Yang Han thought to himself.

This confrontation exercise ended with the victory of the Iron Fist Regiment. Everyone in the Iron Fist Regiment received a collective Second-Class Merit. However, Gong Jian separately reported Yang Han’s contribution and applied for a First-Class Merit for him! He deserved the credit for this First-Class Merit!

Afterwards, Gong Jian and the others also found out who had fired the shot that saw through Wolf Fang’s trick of a rear surprise attack. It was also Yang Han. At that time, Gong Jian didn’t even know what to say; Yang Han was simply the Iron Fist Regiment’s greatest lucky star. With him there, victory was guaranteed. Therefore, the First-Class Merit was easily applied for and granted.
