Livestream Conflict-solver: The Whole Internet Begs Me for Justice!

17: Create a new account to play PvP.Done! Zhang Ze tossed his phone onto the bed and stretched luxuriously.

This feeling was even better than winning a video game.

He could already imagine the expression on ’Master Leilong’s’ face that Saturday—an expression more painful than constipation—as he stood in his Wude Hall and watched Zhang Ze, this ’pious junior,’ come knocking.

”’Stop upon contact? Four ounces deflects a thousand pounds?’” Zhang Ze lay on the bed, crossing his legs, humming a tune. ”When the time comes, if my finger ’accidentally’ brushes against you, please don’t fly three meters away and spit up a mouthful of ketchup.”

He was in high spirits now and decided to do something vulgar but happy—check his spoils of war for the day.

After all, arranging a fight required funds, and taking a taxi to the martial arts school in the suburbs cost money, didn’t it?

He picked up his phone again and opened the backend of Note Live Stream.

Between the ’Kung Fu Tea’ incident during the day and the recent chat interaction with fans, the special effects for the gifted rewards had barely stopped.

He rubbed his hands together and clicked into the income details.

A number popped up, followed by a long string of zeros.

Zhang Ze squinted and counted.

”Ones, tens, hundreds, thousands, ten thousands...”

[Total Live Stream Revenue Today: 18,888 Yuan!]

Holy crap!

Zhang Ze shot up from the bed with a carp jump.

Eighteen thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight!

Even after deducting the platform’s cut and paying some taxes, the net income would definitely exceed ten thousand!

Just a few hours ago, he was a pauper carrying a ’huge sum’ of six thousand yuan, with only double digits left in his account after spending it all. Now, he had transformed into a ’ten-thousand-yuan household’ again!

”Money is a bastard, but if you spend it, you can earn it back!” Zhang Ze couldn’t help but slap himself lightly, his face beaming with a brilliant smile.

The heartache he felt earlier from spending all his savings on the computer instantly vanished into thin air.

How was this spending money? This was clearly an investment! It was metaphysics! It was the mysterious Eastern power where money, once spent, returned with its siblings!

Just as he was happily calculating whether to improve his diet first or buy himself a decent set of clothes, he noticed another icon in the backend.

[Private Messages (99+)]

The red dot was dazzling yet full of temptation.

He clicked in curiously, and the message list instantly refreshed like a waterfall.

[Galaxy MCN Agency: Hello, Brother Ze! We are a top domestic MCN, sincerely inviting you to join us! S-Class contract, top traffic support, guaranteed to build you into the number one positive energy Streamer on the whole network!]

Zhang Ze curled his lip. S-Class contract? It sounded nice, but it was probably a five-year contract of servitude, where even what he streamed had to be dictated by the company. Was his Brother Pingshi someone who could be restrained? He decisively ignored it.

[Dragon Tiger Brand Great Strength Vajra Pill: Hello Streamer, seeing your exceptional skills and righteous aura, which perfectly aligns with our product’s philosophy of ’punishing evil, promoting good, and strengthening the body,’ are you interested in an endorsement? The price is negotiable!]

Zhang Ze nearly burst out laughing. He imagined himself finishing a fight, pulling a Great Strength Vajra Pill out of his pocket, and saying to the camera: ”Take one before you settle a matter, and you’ll have more strength to beat people up!” The scene was too beautiful; he dared not look.

[trump card Law Firm: Mr. Zhang, we have noticed that some of your actions during your live streams may involve legal risks. Our firm is willing to provide you with free legal consulting services, only asking to be listed in your live stream room...]

That was somewhat interesting, but Zhang Ze felt that his own fists were the best lawyer’s letter.

Scrolling down, there were all sorts of requests for collaboration, requests to connect for popularity, and even private photos sent by a few female Streamers with seductive IDs, captioned: ”Big Brother, when will you take me along?”

Zhang Ze was dazzled, feeling like an emperor reviewing memorials, except that nine out of ten of these ’memorials’ were from people trying to carve up his empire.

He stretched and closed the private message page without hesitation.

These were all meaningless to him.

Sign with an MCN? Endorse products? Would he still be Brother Pingshi then? Wouldn’t he just become ’Brother Salesman’?

The original intention of his live stream was to spoil his fans, to champion justice, and to enjoy the thrill of stepping on bad guys while receiving cheers from the crowd.

Money was certainly important, but a gentleman loved wealth and acquired it ethically.

He looked at the myriad lights outside the window.

”Food must be eaten one bite at a time. Matters must be settled one by one.”

He picked up his phone, opened the takeout app, and with great extravagance, ordered a luxurious double-portion barbecue rice, plus two extra eggs.

After finishing the luxurious barbecue rice, Zhang Ze felt his soul had been sublimated.

He slumped in his chair, rubbing his round belly, and looking at the new computer that was still exuding the ’fragrance of money,’ an unprecedented sense of satisfaction arose spontaneously.

The identity of Brother Pingshi was certainly impressive and full of righteous zeal, but honestly, it was a bit tiring.

Every day, he was either confronting someone or preparing for a fight. Although the results were satisfying, the process always kept his nerves taut.

As a young man in his early twenties, did he have no other pursuits besides upholding justice?

Zhang Ze listlessly scrolled through Note. On the homepage, a female Streamer currently engaged in a PK live stream caught his attention.

The female Streamer was sweet-looking, wore delicate makeup, and was sweetly shouting into the camera: ”Thank you, Big Brother, for the sports car! Big Brother is mighty! The other side is about to lose, family members, let’s push for it!”

On the screen, gift effects flew everywhere, and the PK bar was pushed high up.

Zhang Ze watched, clicking his tongue.

Look at them: singing, dancing, acting cute, chatting, and money comes in as if blown by a strong wind.

Then look at himself: hitting people, getting scolded, and constantly having to guard against being debunked by ’masters’ online.

Both were live streaming, so why was the difference in treatment so huge?

A bold and somewhat mischievous idea quietly sprouted in his mind.

The persona of Brother Pingshi was already established; he was the embodiment of justice, the faith in his fans’ hearts. This account could not be used for anything else; the lofty image had to be maintained.

But... who said a person could only have one account?

Me, Zhang Ze, using a secondary account to connect and PK with beautiful Streamers, earning some pocket money, and experiencing a different life—that... that wasn’t too much, was it?

The main account would be responsible for ”championing justice and drawing the sword to help,” and the secondary account would be responsible for ”romance and lighthearted banter.”

Separating work and life—that was perfectly reasonable!

The more he thought about it, the more reliable it seemed, and the smile on Zhang Ze’s face gradually became ’mischievous.’

He decided to act immediately!

He immediately started the process, registering a secondary Note account using a new phone number.

When it came time to choose a name, he struggled.

He couldn’t exactly call himself ’Brother Pingshi’s Little Brother,’ could he? That was too obvious.

He thought for a moment and decided to go with a style completely opposite to Brother Pingshi.

Brother Pingshi sounded tough and full of martial spirit. The secondary account needed to be more artistic, melancholic, and mysterious.

After a moment of thought, he typed five characters into the nickname field—[A Lone Boat on the River and Sea].
