Livestream Conflict-solver: The Whole Internet Begs Me for Justice!

15: Want to expose the fake Ze Ge?Just as Zhang Ze and his fans were chatting heatedly, enjoying the pleasure of ”an emperor reviewing memorials,” a bold red bullet comment suddenly floated across the top of the screen, catching the eye.

[Streamer, be careful! Many people on Note are trying to piggyback on your popularity, filming videos claiming they want to expose you!]

This bullet comment was like a stone thrown into a calm lake, instantly causing a huge stir.

”What the heck? Debunking Brother Ze? Are they targeting Brother Ze’s looks or Brother Ze’s kung fu?”

”I just saw one, some idiot calling himself a ’Traditional Martial Arts Master,’ saying Brother Ze’s moves were all rehearsed beforehand, and those tattooed men were actors!”

”I saw it too! There’s also some legal blogger saying Brother Ze committed intentional assault and should be held criminally responsible! I’m dying of laughter, why doesn’t he mention self-defense?”

”A bunch of clowns, they saw Brother Ze got popular and got jealous!”

The direction of the bullet comments instantly shifted from gossip and teasing to shared indignation.

The smile on Zhang Ze’s face slowly faded.

Debunking me?

Not only was he not angry, but he actually found it a little funny.

In this day and age, there are always some monsters and demons who can’t stand to see others succeed.

When you are unknown, they ignore you; when you gain a little fame, they swarm like flies to blood, refusing to give up until they’ve taken a bite.

”Oh? Is that so?” Zhang Ze leaned against the headboard and said lazily, ”Brothers, don’t get excited. Send me the link. Let me take a look and see which immortal wants to come and ’resolve trouble’ for me.”

Soon, a video link was pinned to the public screen.

Zhang Ze clicked the link, and his brand new six-thousand-yuan computer handled it effortlessly; the video loaded instantly.

The video showed an antique-style practice room.

A middle-aged man wearing white silk practice clothes, sporting a goatee, and looking like an immortal sage, was talking eloquently to the camera.

Behind him, a piece of vigorous calligraphy was hung—the characters for ”Martial Virtue.”

The video title was quite intimidating—《Traditional Martial Arts Master Lei Long Deeply Analyzes the ’Brother Pingshi’ Kung Fu Tea Incident, Revealing the Script Behind It!》

”Hello everyone, I am the Head of the Hunyuan Xingyi Tai Chi Sect, Lei Long.”

The goatee master looked serious and cupped his fists toward the camera, ”Recently, that young man online called ’Brother Pingshi’ has been very popular. I, this old man, have also watched his so-called ’Kung Fu Tea’ video. As a practitioner of traditional martial arts with forty years of skill, I can responsibly tell everyone that it is all fake, a script, and a publicity stunt!”

Master Lei Long said this and then clicked on the video segment of Zhang Ze hitting the men.

He pointed to the scene where Zhang Ze twisted the tattooed man’s arm and said grievously, ”Look everyone, this move is full of flaws! Real combat emphasizes defeating the enemy in one strike. Where do all these flashy moves come from? This is clearly a choreographed routine! And look at the expression of the person being hit—it’s exaggerated! There’s a hint of cooperation mixed with the pain; these are the basic qualities of an actor!”

Next, he pointed to the scene where Zhang Ze cracked the man’s head with the Zisha teapot, shaking his head repeatedly: ”Even more preposterous! We martial artists value Martial Virtue and know when to stop. How could one use a teapot to injure someone? This is an insult to the word ’Kung Fu’! I, Lei Long, advise all young people here to open your eyes and not be fooled by these attention-seeking internet clowns. You should admire true, traditional martial arts that possess Martial Virtue!”

Master Lei Long spoke with such righteous indignation that spittle flew everywhere.

Especially when he uttered the two phrases, ”I am a practitioner of traditional martial arts with forty years of skill” and ”We martial artists value Martial Virtue,” Zhang Ze’s brain experienced two consecutive, more intense stabs of pain than ever before!

The pain made him hiss and nearly jump off the bed.

Good heavens! That lie being told has quite the power output!

Zhang Ze forcibly suppressed his laughter and finished watching the entire video.

Meanwhile, the fans in the live stream room had exploded.

”I’m sickened! Where did this old liar come from? Hunyuan Xingyi Tai Chi Sect? I’ve never heard of it!”

”With his small build, I bet a bag of spicy strips that Brother Ze could blow him away with a single sneeze!”

”Martial Virtue? What the hell does he know about Martial Virtue! To deal with thugs and scammers, you need a harder fist than theirs! That is the greatest Martial Virtue!”

”Brother Ze, take him on! You must take him on! This old geezer isn’t just slandering you, he’s insulting our intelligence!”

Zhang Ze looked at the agitated bullet comments, waved his hand, and signaled everyone to calm down.

He closed the video that was so awkward it made people’s toes curl, looked back at the camera, and showed a playful smile.

”Brothers, hold your horses.”

”That ’Master Lei Long,’ forty years of skill, Head of the Hunyuan Xingyi Tai Chi Sect—it sounds terrifying,” Zhang Ze said, deliberately using an exaggerated tone. ”If he says I’m fake and an actor, then he must have his reasons.”

”Hahaha, Brother Ze, stop being sarcastic, we’re scared!”

”Understood. Brother Ze’s meaning is: This idiot has successfully caught my attention.”

”Fast forward to Brother Ze showing up to challenge his school and tearing down his ’Martial Virtue’ plaque!”

Zhang Ze chuckled, looked at the camera, and said word for word: ”Since Master Lei thinks I’m fake, shouldn’t I, this ’actor,’ at least give the ’director’ some face?”

He picked up his phone, and in front of the hundreds of thousands of viewers in the live stream, he opened the Music Note APP and directly searched for the account of the ”Traditional Martial Arts Master Lei Long.”

Then, below Master Lei Long’s ”debunking” video, he left a comment.

[Brother Pingshi]: ”Master Lei, hello. I watched your video and feel deeply ashamed. I find your criticism of this junior highly reasonable. To better learn what ’true kung fu’ is, I would like to personally ask you for a few pointers. Please let me know when you are available and choose the location. I will certainly come to visit and listen attentively. Oh, right, we can live stream the entire event so that the vast number of netizens can also see what ’Martial Virtue’ truly is. How does that sound?”

As soon as this comment was posted, the entire comment section instantly exploded!

”Holy cow! The man himself showed up!”

”Hahahaha! Brother Ze is awesome! He went straight for an offline meetup!”

”Killing the man’s morale! ’Listen attentively’? I can practically see that old liar wetting himself in fear!”

”That’s not going to ask for pointers, that’s clearly going to crash the place! I love it!”

Having done all this, Zhang Ze stretched, smiled at the viewers in the live stream room, and said: ”Alright, Brothers, the challenge has been issued. Let’s see if this Master Lei dares to accept.”

”That’s all for tonight. Everyone get some rest, recharge your energy, and prepare for the show.”

With that, he smoothly ended the live stream, leaving behind a suspenseful figure and a crowd of hungry, excited, and sleepless fans in the live stream room.
