ShangriLa Frontier ~ Shitty Games Hunter Challenges Godly Game ~

My own appearance. The keeper of the final chapter of my history being presented here. And the other “Sanraku”, far stronger than the original and way more capable. Right about now the other “me” was about to take action, but it was already far too late for that. It is known that the skills cannot be used while their Recast Time is still up, and even if it was trying to evade what was coming its way with the use of the Over Transmission, it would not be fast enough to escape from danger. There is little to no time to change the equipment, and the metastasis caused by the escape into the safe confines of the INVENTORY takes at least couple of seconds to kick in. So no matter what, there is no escape for it. It is simply not possible.

「Must…… win……」

–––––– It actually had the kind of face that seemed to be full of regrets for some reason.

Was is the other “Sanraku”……? No, it couldn’t have been. Since the other “me’s” entire face is hidden behind that mask, the only way for me to actually read its emotions is through its eyes, and that is only when they are opened and not closed. But then again, for all the times we have fought one another, I can’t even remember this thing actually showing off any kind of emotion. And if I have no memory of such a thing happening, then that means that something like that never happened in the first place.

Even though this world’s seats were slowly starting to get filled with skyscrapers, the deepest part of the theatre still belongs to the “Diva”…… Yes, the “Diva”…… Which basically means that this whole world still belongs to Elise Jitter Doll and no one else. There was also the other “Sanraku”, but that doesn’t count. After all, it is nothing more but a puppet devoid of its own will, a convenient tool for the “Diva” to use as she pleased. But that pawn of hers has already been place in a check position. Either be it a counterattack or a ranged attack, there was no time for it to react properly. But even so…… Strange, it’s really strange. What is this feeling?

The purpose of the Orchestra is to question those who face against it. Or at the very least that’s how it should be, in theory. Because the longer this battle takes, the more doubts about that start to pop up inside of my mind. This is not all that convincing of an explanation.

And more than anything else in here……

Elise Jitter Doll did not look here, not even once……….

「Who the hell are you…… No, wait, huh? No, this can’t be……」

Now that I take a closer look at the appearance of the “Diva”, I can see that there is yet another shadow figure standing right behind her, placing its hands on her shoulders.

I cast a quick glance behind me, and I find out that Sigma also stopped singing for a moment, instead looking me right in the eyes. So, could it be that Sigma stopped singing because of that shadowy figure and the “Diva” stopped singing because the shadowy figure noticed Sigma? Isn’t that a little bit of a paradox here?

「…………」

I think that the “Diva” was saying something, but because of the distance I could not really hear it all that well. But somehow I can clearly say that the atmosphere about this place changed all of a sudden, and I get a feeling that it might have been a laugh. It was a woman laugh filled with the utmost confidence. That much was clear to me.

A woman, yes, it was the figure of a woman. It was that woman who was to blame here, not the “Diva”, for a change. But it’s just that, I think that this image of a woman actually reminds me of something……

Seriously, seriously, seriously, what the hell is this supposed to be!? Why did you of all people had to come here!? What for!? Haven’t you already had enough!?

The scorching light of the STING! Swallows up the other “Sanraku”, and then the heat wave continues to travel forward, fast approaching the “Diva” who was standing just up ahead.

Just then, the figure of “Diva” disappeared completely, and what appeared instead of it before us was……

「–––––– THE NIGHT WIND GENTLY CARESSES MY CHEEK. SMILING TOWARDS THE MOON THAT I LOOKED AT SO MUCH, LOOKING FOR ANSWERS. IT GIVES ME STRENGTH TO PUSH FORWARD!」

CRACK! There was a loud sound like that, and then,

As soon as I turned towards the thin layer that was laid all over the floor, the asphalt that was covering it started to peel itself off of the ground.

「Hah!」

One quick thought later, and I quickly duck behind the shield of the peeling asphalt, as it turned out to be a somewhat decent protection from the sudden heat wave. At the same time the series of cracks start to form and run all over the theater, causing wood and asphalt splinters to go into the air and fly around like pieces of shattered glass.

It was actually a good thing that this asphalt was here in the first place. It was probably the only thing that actually prevented the entire place from falling apart and leaving only dust and rubble in its wake.

But, does that mean that the Orchestra admitted defeat here? No, that can’t possibly be it. It’s just that the skyscrapers that Sigma’s song has evoked were now being eroded for some mysterious reason……!!

The asphalt is…… No, the way in which the buildings were being crushed while the “roads” were starting to crawl about it was a strange mixture of both the action and horror genre. I don’t know why, but for some reason seeing this really started to remind me of Goldunine of all things to come to mind.

I don’t know what the deal of that person is, but whoever it is, they managed to easily return this closed off world to the state of fifty-fifty evenness without too much effort and even blinking an eye. She returned the world of crushed a world to her first, the woman who returned the world to 5: 5 Ebun.

「Oi, what are we going to do now, Sigma!? It looks like someone completely unexpected have appeared here!」”Hey, Sina, she appeared”

「Elma Sakishima……!!」

「FASTER THAN THE WIND ITSELF, OVERTAKING EVERYONE WITH EASE! YES, THAT’S RIGHT, SOMEDAY, EVEN I…… HIGHWAY STAR!!!」

She was wearing a dress that was very similar to what the “Diva Elise” was wearing, but her dress had a greater idol vibe to it without a doubt.

Unlike the unskilled “Diva”, she was supposed to be the real deal with a real set of skills, so it was no surprise that she appeared with a guitar in tow.

And more than anything else, contrary to the sloppy-looking “Diva”, Sakishima Elma was totally giving off that “rock star” vibe for some odd reason.

「……………」

So, I don’t know how to say this otherwise, but it looks like we have the genuine Sakishima Elma entering the fray here for some mysterious reason. Now, I don’t know if the fierce attack strategy is going to prove any effective here, but……

「…… I wouldn’t really have it any other way, you know?」

Now then, rise and shine, the other “Sanraku”, the other “me”! We are going to continue to do this over and over again!
