Cutesy Wife Sweet Like Honey: Mr. Mu's Nightly Dote!

Chapter 938: Chapter 981: A Special Gift

Mu Beiting smiled at Ye Anxin and stood up, taking off his jacket and heading to the bathroom.

Ye Anxin lay on the bed, listening to the sound of running water from the bathroom, feeling her eyelids grow heavier and heavier. Just as she was about to drift off to sleep, the bathroom door opened! Mu Beiting, wrapped in a towel, walked over to the bed, and seeing Ye Anxin half-asleep, he asked with concern, ”Are you very tired?”

”Mm!” She nodded lightly, still dazed.

Today she felt not only tired but also sleepy! She had been woken up by Ling Yueyue and the others early in the morning before dawn and had been busy ever since. There was no chance to take a nap, let alone rest!

So now, she felt both exhausted and sleepy, just wanting to lie down on the bed and get a good night’s sleep!

Mu Beiting chuckled, a rich laugh escaping his handsome lips, ”If you want to sleep, then sleep! I’ll carry you for a bath!” As he spoke, he reached out and started to undress Ye Anxin.

Under normal circumstances, Ye Anxin might resist a bit, but right now, she was truly out of energy and could only let Mu Beiting undress her obediently.

After Mu Beiting had undressed Ye Anxin, he picked up her limp body from the bed and carried her into the bathroom, gently placing her into a bathtub already filled with hot water.

Once immersed in the hot water, Ye Anxin, who had been completely exhausted moments ago, instantly felt a lot better, and it seemed like the blood in her body was circulating more freely.

Mu Beiting squatted beside the bathtub, applied shower gel, and gently washed every part of Ye Anxin’s body.

Soaked in the water, Ye Anxin not only felt more comfortable but also less sleepy!

After washing Ye Anxin, Mu Beiting drained the tub, took out a clean towel to dry her off thoroughly, and finally carried her out of the bathroom, gently placing her on the bed and covering her with a light blanket.

”Honey!” Ye Anxin lay under the blanket expecting Mu Beiting to do something, yet surprisingly, Mu Beiting just climbed into bed, lay beside her, and pulled her into his arms, saying softly, ”Though I really want to ravish you tonight, seeing how tired you are, I’ll let you off the hook! Make it up to me tomorrow night!”

Upon hearing his words, Ye Anxin’s cheeks flushed slightly, and she burrowed into his arms bashfully! Just as she was about to sleep, she suddenly remembered what Yan Qinghan said today, and she sat up in bed immediately. Without waiting for Mu Beiting to react, she got out of bed and rummaged barefoot for the exquisite gift box Yan Qinghan had given her, ”I almost forgot! Didn’t Mr. Yan say we must open this tonight? Since he was so thoughtful, how can we not?” she said as she quickly unwrapped the box.

Looking at Ye Anxin’s serious expression, Mu Beiting sighed inwardly and said helplessly, ”My silly wife, I’ve told you before, nine out of ten things he says can’t be trusted, and the last one should be taken with a grain of salt!”

”It’s alright, it’s just opening a gift, it doesn’t take much effort!” Ye Anxin said as she was already unwrapping it!

Inside the packaging was a square box, which Ye Anxin curiously opened, finding a shiny DVD laying quietly inside!

Seeing this DVD, the first thought that came to Ye Anxin’s mind was those adult films, her face flushed as she handed the DVD to Mu Beiting, embarrassed, ”Honey, look, it’s a DVD. No wonder Mr. Yan said it could spice up the bedroom fun! Turns out, that’s what it is!”

Mu Beiting pouted, looked at the DVD with disdain, and said coldly, ”I’m not interested in other women’s bodies!” With that, he lay back on the bed.

Initially, Ye Anxin had little interest as well, but seeing Mu Beiting equally uninterested, a cunning glint flashed in her eyes. She took out her laptop, opened it, and loaded the DVD inside!

Once everything was set, Ye Anxin placed the laptop on the bed, put it on her lap, gently nudged Mu Beiting, and said with a smile, ”Honey, we’ve never watched one together before, why not check it out? I’ve lived for twenty-seven years and never seen one of these films!”

People often say men are lustful, no matter how they pretend on the outside, their nature won’t change! Today, she wanted to see if he was pretending disinterest or truly uninterested!

Mu Beiting didn’t move, nonchalantly saying, ”Not interested!”

”You won’t watch, then I’ll watch!” Ye Anxin smiled and opened the DVD!

Mu Beiting lay on the bed and waited for a long time, yet didn’t hear any exaggerated moaning sounds! Confused, Ye Anxin suddenly grabbed his arm, her voice shaking, ”Darling, look quickly! What is this?”

Upon hearing her, Mu Beiting turned to look at the screen!

He saw a long corridor displayed on the computer, completely empty!

Though it was just a simple corridor, Mu Beiting’s face instantly changed! He was all too familiar with this corridor! Because not long ago, Ye Anxin got a DVD from Gu Xingchen with the same corridor!

Mu Beiting looked again at the screen’s bottom time indicator, it matched up! Also, this DVD was only five minutes long. With his strong memory, he clearly remembered these five minutes were the same blacked-out five minutes from Gu Xingchen’s DVD!

Ye Anxin asked puzzled, ”Honey, what do you think Mr. Yan means by giving us this DVD?”

Careful Ye Anxin naturally noticed the time at the bottom of the video, it’s from seven years ago, coincidentally on Li Lin’s birthday.

Originally, she didn’t remember much of that day! But ever since she learned she was drunk by Li Lin on that night and inexplicably lost her virginity, she carved that date deep into her mind.

To her, that incident has always been a pain!

She couldn’t understand why, on this joyous day, Yan Qinghan sent such a thing over to them, what was he getting at!

Was he trying to reopen the wound in her heart? And to do it in front of both her and darling?

This damned Yan Qinghan, what kind of game is he playing?

Mu Beiting said nothing, sitting up from the bed, seriously staring at the computer screen! However, it wasn’t long before he saw two familiar figures appear in the frame, one being Gu Xingchen and the other Yan Qinghan!

Mu Beiting saw it, and Ye Anxin naturally saw it as well! Upon seeing Gu Xingchen and Yan Qinghan appear, Ye Anxin held her breath, intensely focused on the computer screen!

Yan Qinghan was seen carrying a woman approaching, while Gu Xingchen entered a room!
