My All-Female Fleet Swept the Galaxy

Chapter 234: Chapter 234: Always Return the Favor

T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser

”Report, the enemy fleet is showing signs of retreat!” Secretary Aili reported.

Zhao Chen stared at the starship radar. Han Tianwang’s fleet was indeed beginning to withdraw.

This allowed Zhao Chen to breathe a slight sigh of relief.

With just Zhao Chen’s starships, it was actually quite impossible to completely annihilate Han Tianwang’s fleet of over three thousand interstellar warships.

Just like dealing with the Fire Lizard Clan Chief before, Zhao Chen’s goal was to intimidate the enemy, to make them realize the difficulty and retreat.

”Execute the follow-up combat plan. Focus on driving them away, and change the primary targets to the enemy fleet’s T1 interstellar warships.

Simultaneously, have the T2 Hammer-class Heavy Interstellar Industrial Ship immediately begin resupplying the three T2 Lion King-class Heavy Interstellar Missile Ships and the T3 Phantom Sting-class Light Interstellar Stealth Bomber with stellar missiles.

Also, arrange for the T3 Andromeda-class Interstellar Medical Ship to provide treatment to the wounded on all starships, including the injured from the Snake People Clan interstellar warships. Especially for those destroyed Snake People Clan warships, rescue anyone who can be saved.

Although our relationship is one of mutual exploitation, we were comrades-in-arms fighting side by side this time,” Zhao Chen instructed.

”Yes.”

The subsequent battle situation basically involved Han Tianwang’s interstellar fleet withdrawing gradually. Fortunately, he wasn’t a fool and didn’t retreat in a disorganized rush, which would have caused even heavier casualties.

Zhao Chen’s interstellar fleet and the Snake People Clan’s interstellar fleet cooperated, pursuing from behind and seizing every opportunity to strike.

Especially Zhao Chen’s interstellar fleet, which shifted its previous combat focus from T3 and T2 interstellar warships to specifically targeting the enemy fleet’s T1 interstellar warships.

Among them, the ten T2 Black Rhino-class Interstellar Heavy Assault Frigates were practically on a rampage!

Relying on their thick starship armor, they simply charged head-on into those T1 interstellar warships.

Meanwhile, Sister Yang led the T3 Andromeda-class Interstellar Medical Ship into the earlier battlefield.

”Begin scanning for Snake People Clan life signals! Deploy unmanned rescue pods!

Medical personnel, stand by!” Sister Yang ordered from the bridge.

Now, this was her battlefield.

The first batch brought aboard the T3 Andromeda-class Interstellar Medical Ship were the injured crew members of the Fierce Dragon Fleet.

Although no one in the Fierce Dragon Fleet had died, during the battle, it was inevitable that some crew members were injured due to damage to the starship armor affecting internal cabins.

Medical Corridor One.

A team of medical personnel waited here.

Soon, an unmanned rescue pod was delivered through a tunnel hatch. The pod’s hatch opened, revealing an injured female crew member inside.

A physician stepped forward and scanned the injured person with a medical instrument. The patient’s information was quickly displayed.

”Head injury with minor concussion; three fractures in the left arm; currently unconscious.

Immediate transfer to a medical pod for treatment!” After the physician spoke, the medical personnel behind promptly escorted the injured to a medical pod for treatment.

Immediately after, unmanned rescue pods arrived one after another.

”My... my leg! My leg...!” a female snake person cried out in pain.

What was referred to as a leg was actually her tail.

The doctor took one look and frowned; the situation was quite serious.

A section of her tail was completely missing. If the unmanned rescue pod hadn’t used cryogenic agent to provide emergency treatment to her wound, she likely would have lost her life by now due to excessive blood loss.

”Arrange for immediate treatment in the medical pod,” the doctor ordered without hesitation.

Losing a tail wasn’t even the most severe case here.

The most severe injuries even involved half the body or half the head being gone.

Fortunately, with current medical conditions, as long as the core area of your brain hasn’t suffered irreparable damage, treatment is possible.

Of course, the medical expenses are quite substantial.

In any stellar power’s interstellar fleet, low- to mid-level starship crew members with injuries of this degree would only be left to die.

But here, every single person received treatment.

A female Snake People Clan member who had been treated and whose injuries had been alleviated looked at the beastman medical staff before her and asked weakly, ”Why... are you... saving me?”

The beastman medical staff calmly replied, ”Our commander said that whoever fights alongside us today is our comrade!

We cannot stand by and watch our comrades die.”

It was a simple principle, but to the female Snake People Clan member, it sounded somewhat ”unbelievable.”

She looked around at the clean environment and the rows of beds.

She sighed and said, ”You have a great commander.”

Returning to the frontline battlefield

Han Tianwang’s interstellar fleet fled in disgrace back to the Stargate of the Lion King Star System, choosing to withdraw immediately without even bothering to regroup.

They didn’t want to stay in this damned place for a moment longer.

Moreover, because several star systems had been attacked by the Snake People Interstellar Fleet, they were now each returning to their own homes to save their own people.

Zhao Chen watched the fleeing enemy interstellar fleet, feeling somewhat dissatisfied.

At this point, the mission objective of destroying 2,000 enemy interstellar warships had not yet been completed.

A video window appeared before Zhao Chen at that moment, showing the Snake People Interstellar Fleet’s commander, Qing Man.

”Commander,” Qing Man looked at the man before her. Her previous arrogance and defiance were gone, replaced instead by an incredible sense of admiration.

If she hadn’t experienced it firsthand, she would have found it hard to believe.

This man before her, with just a few dozen interstellar warships, had actually managed to drive away three thousand interstellar warships.

Although the enemy fleet hadn’t been completely annihilated, this achievement was nothing short of terrifying.

Even with the support of her five hundred Snake People Clan interstellar warships, she had a feeling that, even without her cooperation, he could have won this battle.

As for why she felt this way, it was just her intuition.

”Little Qing, what’s up?” Zhao Chen looked at her and greeted her familiarly.

Hearing him call her by that name, Qing Man’s cheeks flushed slightly—a rare occurrence. Previously, when he had called her by this ”nickname,” she had felt insulted, but now it gave her a sense of shyness.

”Your interstellar fleet fought bravely, truly leaving me in awe.

Please forgive my previous arrogant and disrespectful attitude,” Qing Man apologized proactively.

The Snake People Clan had a strict hierarchical system and deeply admired the strong.

In their eyes, even justice and evil weren’t important—whoever was strong was right!

This was why Qing Man’s attitude towards Zhao Chen had changed so drastically.

”I still have some matters to attend to. For now, you are responsible for cleaning up the battlefield. Additionally, your wounded have been taken in by my interstellar medical ship. Once their treatment is complete, you can take them back. Thank you for your cooperation this time,” Zhao Chen said with a smile.

In this battle, even without the Snake People Interstellar Fleet, Zhao Chen was confident he could have achieved victory according to the original plan. However, whether his own starships would have suffered losses was another matter. Therefore, he was still grateful for the assistance of this Snake People Interstellar Fleet.

During this battle, the other side had also suffered losses of over two hundred starships, which showed they had fulfilled their duties diligently.

”Yes,” Qing Man replied. Hearing that her wounded had been taken in by the other side, she felt a mix of surprise and an unprecedented warmth in her heart.

At the same time, Zhao Chen looked at Charlotte, the fighting spirit in his eyes still undiminished.

”How long will it take to resupply the T2 Lion King-class Heavy Interstellar Missile Ship and the T3 Phantom Sting-class Light Interstellar Stealth Bomber?”

”If we resupply them fully, it will take about a day. I recommend resupplying only 30%, which should take around five hours,” Charlotte answered.

”Alright, we’ll do as you suggest. At the same time, arrange for partial resupply and repairs for the other starships as well.”

Zhao Chen opened a star map of the Reef Starfield. In a star system adjacent to the Lion King Star System, he had marked a red dot—the headquarters of the Fire Salamander Tribe.

”In five hours, we’ll pay a visit to the Fire Salamander Tribe. They’ve come to us twice already. It’s only polite to return the favor, or else we’d seem too impolite,” Zhao Chen said, a slight smile curling at the corner of his mouth.
