My All-Female Fleet Swept the Galaxy

Chapter 208: Chapter 208: The Welfare Benefits of the Fierce Dragon Fleet

Work?

Nutrition meals?

Salary?

Upon hearing this, Annie and the others were momentarily stunned.

Leaving the third, fourth, and fifth children to stay obediently at home, Annie and the others followed the crowd toward the nearest square.

Here, a virtual light projection was announcing something, while several projected virtual screens around the square displayed additional information.

Annie, her mother, and her younger sister stared intently at the virtual screen.

It showed recruitment information, divided into two sections.

One was the recruitment information for the industrial base.

It was written in great detail: as long as one worked, they would be allocated a certain food allowance standard.

For example, even the lowest-level job could receive three nutrition meals per day and a monthly salary of 0.3 Star Coins.

Although the salary wasn’t high, the key point was that meals were provided!

All job types were divided into ten levels, categorized based on work capability.

The benefits for each level were entirely different.

For instance, the highest-level, Level 10, offered a food allowance standard of five Star Coins, allowing access to meals made from natural ingredients in the employee cafeteria, along with a monthly salary of three Star Coins.

It was worth noting that this treatment was completely equivalent to that of high-ranking officers in some lord fleets!

In addition, the Fierce Dragon Fleet was recruiting crew members, exclusively for females, who could serve on interstellar industrial ships.

”The benefits are so good!” Nana exclaimed, her eyes gleaming as she looked at the recruitment information.

Annie’s mother, standing beside her, said excitedly, ”With this standard, we’ll have no problem supporting our younger siblings.”

Previously, Annie’s mother had worried about how they would manage after the first month of free nutrition meals promised by the Lord of Fierce Dragon ended.

Now, they had a way out!

Beep, beep, beep—

Just then, Annie’s handheld terminal chimed with a notification.

This message was sent to all crew members of the Fierce Dragon Fleet.

It stated that the welfare benefits for all Fierce Dragon Fleet crew members had been updated.

The welfare benefits for Fierce Dragon Fleet crew members were temporarily divided into ten levels.

These levels were determined based on the crew member’s position.

For example, a crew member serving as the head of a department would have a higher level.

Those holding positions such as Deputy Captain, Captain, or Secretary Officer would have even higher levels.

This hierarchical promotion system was designed to motivate everyone to strive for advancement, as better treatment would follow with promotion!

For instance, Annie was temporarily classified as Level 8, which was considered a relatively high level of treatment within the Fierce Dragon Fleet.

Her monthly food allowance standard was thirty Star Coins.

Additionally, she could receive a monthly salary of ten Star Coins.

This treatment was several times better than that of ordinary workers!

This treatment for Fierce Dragon crew members was also publicly displayed below the benefits for ordinary workers. The comparison between the two caused quite a stir among many.

The treatment was simply too good.

Unfortunately, recruitment was limited to females, or else many of the male Dwarves present would have gladly sold themselves to Zhao Chen.

”Sister, I want to join the Fierce Dragon Fleet just like you!” Nana suddenly declared with determination in her eyes.

Although Nana was not yet an adult, the Fierce Dragon Fleet had no restrictions on age, requiring only qualified capabilities.

While Nana’s talent might not match Annie’s, she was still a very capable stellar artisan!

”I think it’s doable. With our combined salaries, we can definitely support our families,” Annie said excitedly.

At that moment, a better life seemed to be waving at these Dwarves, dispelling the gloom in their hearts.

When they had chosen to migrate here, they had still harbored some worries.

Now, none of them regretted the decision they had made.

Although they had left their homeland, here they would embrace a brand-new life.

”After releasing the latest standard employee and Starship Crew benefits, the response has been very positive.

In just five hours so far, the number of ordinary employees recruited at the several recruitment points we set up on the planet has already exceeded ten thousand.

Starship Crew recruits have surpassed one thousand.

However, these recruits still need to pass subsequent skill assessments before they can officially begin work,” Bessie the Succubus reported this information from the side.

Zhao Chen sat in the captain’s chair, a faint smile on his face. ”This is all within our expectations.”

”But... Commander, aren’t the standards you’ve set a bit too high?

Especially regarding the salary. For our Starship Crew, just having food and shelter should be enough. What use is a salary anyway?

And a significant portion of the crew are Slaves you purchased...” Bessie the Succubus said.

The crew benefits she had originally suggested were only about one-third of the current plan.

In her view, that level of benefits was already quite generous, but she hadn’t expected the commander to triple it!

”Once they become crew members of my Fierce Dragon Fleet, I will treat everyone equally. There is no distinction between Slave or not.

Moreover, I want everyone to know that as long as they wholeheartedly serve the Fierce Dragon Fleet, the fleet will definitely reward them in return.

We will never let down anyone’s efforts.

So, we will proceed according to the benefits plan I’ve established.

As our Fierce Dragon Fleet develops and grows stronger in the future, these benefits will also be gradually revised and improved,” Zhao Chen stated seriously.

If he treated crew members differently simply because one was a Slave and another wasn’t, it could very likely create internal conflicts.

Zhao Chen would never do such a foolish thing, risking major losses for minor gains.

As for whether the benefits were too generous...

Zhao Chen understood clearly: if you want a horse to run fast, you have to feed it well.

As for the salaries paid to them, he would simply arrange for some goods to be sold on the Starship later—things like fruits, clothing, and so on.

Wouldn’t the funds just circulate back into Zhao Chen’s own pocket then?

It was even simpler with the Dwarf city. He would set up some sales points for Natural Ingredients, like alcohol, for instance!

Zhao Chen believed those Dwarves would receive their salaries and immediately turn around to spend them on alcohol.

In reality, the cost Zhao Chen would bear would be less than one-tenth of what appeared on the surface!

Using the smallest investment to win people’s hearts.

This business deal couldn’t be more profitable.

”With such generous benefits, are you considering giving your sister a raise too?” A video window popped up, showing Zhao Wan’er teasing him on the other end.

”Ahem, ahem... We must treat everyone equally,” Zhao Chen said, feigning solemnity.

Zhao Wan’er rolled her eyes and got down to business: ”You came back just in time. The Academy semester is about to end, and I’m planning to return for a while.”

”Things on the dwarf planet are now on track, and we can proceed step by step.”

”Let’s head back together. I need to go to the Academy anyway. We can leave the rest here for Annie and Bessie to handle,” Zhao Chen said.

Zhao Chen’s annual mission was to graduate from the North Star Starship Military Academy, which meant he likely needed to go through the formalities there.

For the generous rewards of the annual mission, he had to give them that much face.

Moreover, returning now would perfectly coincide with the commissioning of four starships at the Soaring Dragon Base.

Among them were three T3 interstellar warships.

This would undoubtedly significantly boost the strength of the Fierce Dragon Fleet.

”Also, Wan’er, contact Jiang Hong and send out recruitment information for our Fierce Dragon Fleet within the star system.

Although our star system doesn’t have many talents, as long as they’re willing and pass the basic physical examination, we can recruit them,” Zhao Chen added.

Once the T3 Goddess Academy-class Starship was commissioned, Zhao Chen would be able to quickly train these new recruits!

”All female soldiers again?” Zhao Wan’er stared at Zhao Chen.

Zhao Chen smiled faintly. ”Isn’t that obvious?”

Zhao Wan’er rolled her eyes at him and went off to handle the tasks.

After wrapping up matters on the dwarf planet, Zhao Chen and Zhao Wan’er piloted the newly refurbished T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser back to the North Star Starship Military Academy!
