My All-Female Fleet Swept the Galaxy

Chapter 210: Chapter 210: The Empire’s Veteran

When Zhao Chen’s T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser reappeared at the North Star Starship Military Academy, it was already the end of June.

At this moment, the starport of the North Star Starship Military Academy was docked with the largest number of starships in the entire year. After all, with a large number of students graduating and going on vacation, many starships naturally gathered here.

During this time, most starships would hover in the outer space docking areas, allowing those who needed to enter the academy to take shuttles, as starship berths were truly scarce!

But who was Zhao Chen?

He was an outstanding student of the North Star Starship Military Academy and a major celebrity.

When his T3 Blizzard appeared here, starport administrators automatically came to inquire if docking services were needed. Just as Zhao Chen was about to pay the docking fees,

the other party enthusiastically stated that any starship belonging to Student Zhao Chen would not need to pay any fees when docking at the North Star Starship Military Academy’s starport.

He hadn’t expected to still enjoy such treatment now. Zhao Chen sighed inwardly.

Standing on the bridge, Zhao Chen looked down at this interstellar academy.

”After this month, I will truly leave this place.”

Although his time living at the North Star Starship Military Academy hadn’t been very long, this place could be considered his starting point in this world.

No matter how long he had been away before, there had always been a day to return.

But this time, when he left, he didn’t know when he would return again. To be honest, he felt a bit reluctant.

”What, feeling reluctant? I think you’re reluctant to part with those junior female students at the academy, right?” Zhao Wan’er chimed in at an inopportune moment.

Zhao Chen coughed. ”Speaking of junior female students, there’s actually something I need you to help me handle.”

”What is it?” Zhao Wan’er looked at him suspiciously.

Zhao Chen raised his hand and sent an electronic document to Zhao Wan’er.

Zhao Wan’er glanced at it—it looked familiar.

Wasn’t this the crew recruitment plan for the Fierce Dragon Fleet that had been sent out on the Dwarves’ planet before?

”Help me post this at the academy. The conditions are the same as written above.

Prioritize selecting civilian crew members. It doesn’t matter if their qualifications aren’t top-notch, as long as they meet the standards,” Zhao Chen said.

That’s right—Zhao Chen had his eyes on the student pool of the North Star Starship Military Academy.

Generally speaking, most students graduating from the North Star Starship Military Academy each year would first enter the Imperial Army to gain experience for a period of time. Then, based on their individual circumstances, they would choose their future career paths.

Among them, aside from noble students, there were actually many more ordinary students. However, ordinary students typically wouldn’t pursue departments like the Starship Captain Department, which had high ”financial” requirements.

”Hey, hey, when did I become your recruitment officer? And you specifically want to recruit female soldiers,” Zhao Wan’er said somewhat resistantly, especially regarding the clause that only recruited female soldiers.

”Speaking of which, I’ll soon have a second T3 interstellar warship entering service,” Zhao Chen casually remarked.

Zhao Wan’er immediately straightened up, beaming at Zhao Chen. ”Brother, leave this matter to me, you can rest assured!

I guarantee I’ll recruit a group of excellent crew members for you!

As for this... newly commissioned T3 interstellar warship... as the saying goes, ’fertile water shouldn’t flow to outsiders’ fields’...”

Looking at Zhao Wan’er’s ingratiating expression.

Indeed, nothing can’t be solved with a starship.

”That depends on your attitude in handling matters,” Zhao Chen said with a smile.

”I’ll go make arrangements right now!” Without another word, Zhao Wan’er prepared to leave the ship to deal with the matter.

To maximize the effect, she even contacted a few of her close girlfriends to help her.

”There are still a few days until the graduation ceremony.

I might as well take this opportunity to stroll around this ’alma mater’ properly. I might not have such a chance in the future,” Zhao Chen thought to himself. Before leaving the ship, he deliberately changed into an outfit that concealed his figure, also wearing a hat and sunglasses.

The terrifying scene from his previous return to the North Star Starship Military Academy, where he was nearly ’devoured’ by female cadets, was still vivid in his memory.

This time, he had to be careful.

After changing his clothes, although Zhao Chen noticed many people were drawn to the T3 Blizzard, fortunately, his departure went unnoticed.

The entire North Star Starship Military Academy was vast, with teaching areas, residential zones, and even recreational and entertainment districts.

It could be considered a small interstellar city.

As Zhao Chen wandered, he arrived at an artificial park where many couples were enjoying leisurely moments.

”Ouch!”

”What’s wrong with you, old fool? Are you blind? Can’t you see you stepped on my girlfriend’s foot and dirtied her clothes? How are you going to handle this!”

An argument erupted from a corner of the park.

Zhao Chen instinctively looked over and saw a young man and woman berating an elderly woman lying in a wheelchair, while a teenage girl shielded the old woman.

A spilled drink bottle lay near the woman’s feet, and her clothes were stained with liquid. She looked displeased.

Seeing this, the young man grew even angrier, shouting at the elderly woman and the child.

The little girl kept apologizing, trying to explain.

But the voices of the couple completely drowned out the girl’s words. She grew increasingly anxious, on the verge of tears.

The elderly woman in the wheelchair opened her mouth, also distressed, but couldn’t utter a word.

Zhao Chen looked at the little girl and felt she looked familiar, as if he had seen her somewhere before.

”I’m sorry... we... we didn’t see you... please stop scolding my grandma... we didn’t mean to... I’m sorry...” The little girl, her eyes red and swollen, defended her grandmother.

”Sorry? Is a simple ’sorry’ enough?

Oh, an old fool, and she’s wearing some kind of medal? An Empire-issued medal? Must be fake,” the young man said, noticing the medal pinned to the elderly woman’s chest. He pushed aside the girl blocking his way and snatched it.

”Ugh...” The old woman grew agitated, trying to retrieve her medal.

”That’s my grandma’s Combat Medal! Please give it back!” The little girl was now completely frantic.

But her frail frame was no match for the young man.

”Combat Medal? This piece of scrap metal? Probably bought from a street stall,” the young man mocked, while the woman beside him chuckled softly.

Ignoring the little girl’s pleas, the young man tossed the medal to the ground and raised his foot to stomp on it.

A hand suddenly appeared on the young man’s chest, giving him a seemingly light push.

The young man staggered back several steps.

The man wearing a hat and sunglasses crouched down, picked up the medal, and gently brushed off the dust.

”Grandma, let me put this back on for you.” The man half-knelt in front of the wheelchair and personally reattached the medal to the elderly woman.

Seeing the medal returned to her chest, the old woman’s agitated emotions finally settled. Her bony, frail hand slowly rose, clutching the medal tightly.

The young man glared at the man in front of him, who was dressed in a hat and covered up completely, and shouted with a furrowed brow, ”Hey kid, I suggest you mind your own business! This old hag wasn’t looking where she was going—her wheelchair ran over my girlfriend’s foot and dirtied her clothes!”

”Is your girlfriend’s foot and clothes that precious?” the man in the hat said coldly.

”Of course they’re more precious than this old hag!” the young man retorted disdainfully.

”More important than this Empire White Cloud Medal, which symbolizes the honor of this elderly lady’s participation in the 2955 White Cloud Star System Defense Battle?” The man in the hat raised his head, staring straight at the young man.

”What White Cloud Star System Defense Battle?” the young man muttered.

”In 2955, the Mechanical Race launched a highly threatening assault. Their Mechanical Starship Fleets attacked multiple military bases along the borders of the Stellar Glory Empire. Among them, the military base in the White Cloud Star System was of critical importance, as it housed a Military Stargate connecting the Stellar Glory Empire’s frontline with the frontlines of two other empires. However, due to a surprise attack by the Mechanical Race fleet, the Stargate was damaged and required a full week to repair. The commander of the White Cloud Star System ordered the fleet under his command to hold the star system at all costs for that week. A single Legion Fleet—three thousand starships—faced off against tens of thousands of Mechanical Race starships, outnumbered many times over, yet they fought to the death without retreating. In the end, with the fleet’s combat loss rate exceeding 95%, they held out until the Stargate was repaired and reinforcements arrived. Of the more than two million Empire soldiers stationed in the White Cloud Star System at the time, fewer than ten thousand survived. The Imperial Royal Family specially awarded these ten thousand survivors the Empire White Cloud Medal!”

The man in the hat stepped closer to the young man, removed his sunglasses, and revealed eyes as sharp as a hawk’s. ”Don’t even mention your girlfriend’s foot—even your life isn’t as valuable as this elderly lady’s medal!”

”You’re Zhao Chen!” the young woman beside him gasped, covering her mouth in surprise.
