Journey to Planar World

”Queue number A-012, please enter the examination room.”

The calling voice from the electronic loudspeaker broke the silence of the laboratory waiting room.

Charlie stood up, adjusted his jacket, and then led Mahiru forward.

The two of them stepped through the door and entered an examination room dominated by a clean, stark white typical of medical settings.

Behind the desk, a middle-aged male doctor with silver-rimmed glasses greeted them with a polite nod.

”Please, have a seat.” The doctor said while glancing at the registration sheet on his computer screen.

His gaze briefly lingered on Charlie’s remarkably young appearance before shifting to Mahiru, yet his expression remained professional and non-judgmental.

”I am Doctor Sato. According to the data, you have come to undergo a spermiogram examination today, correct?”

”That’s correct, Doctor.” Charlie tried to keep his tone calm and casual.

Doctor Sato nodded, then pulled out a medical record form to begin the pre-test anamnesis.

”Very well. Before we collect the sample in the dedicated room, there are several standardization procedures I must first verify to ensure the subsequent laboratory results are accurate and unbiased.”

Doctor Sato adjusted his glasses and began to question them.

”First, are you currently taking any specific medications, hormone supplements, or antibiotics within the past two weeks?”

”None.” Charlie answered shortly.

He was not even susceptible to poison, let alone in need of antibiotics.

”Have you experienced a high fever or severe illness within the last three months?”

”No, I am very healthy.”

”Good.” Doctor Sato noted Charlie’s answers on his computer, then proceeded to the next crucial question. ”Now for something very important: have you complied with the rule regarding the period of sexual abstinence? That is, refraining from any form of ejaculation for a minimum of two to a maximum of seven days prior to today?”

”...”

Hearing that specific question, the words already on the tip of Charlie’s tongue suddenly locked up. He was left utterly speechless.

The awkward silence instantly crept into the room.

Charlie’s brain, which usually worked to formulate battle strategies, suddenly went completely blank.

How could he possibly answer ’yes’ when for the past five days—even just a few hours ago on the kitchen counter—he and Mahiru had been engaging in nonstop intimate activities?

Let alone two days, refraining for even two hours felt impossible given the provocation of Mahiru’s naked apron this morning.

Beside him, Mahiru’s face flushed crimson all the way down to her neck the moment she realized the meaning behind the doctor’s question.

She immediately hung her head low, staring intensely at the tips of her shoes while her fingers tightly gripped the hem of her skirt, not daring to look up even a fraction due to her immense embarrassment.

”...”

Seeing the silent reaction of the youth in front of him and the flushed face of the girl beside him, Doctor Sato immediately understood the situation without needing any further explanation. As a specialist doctor, he had faced this exact expression from young couples countless times.

Doctor Sato let out a soft sigh, then offered an understanding, reassuring smile. ”It seems you haven’t met that requirement yet, have you? Let me explain a bit why this two-to-seven-day abstinence period is so crucial before a spermiogram examination.”

He tapped his pen on the desk for emphasis.

”If you ejaculate too close to the time of the examination—for instance, just a few hours ago—the fluid volume and the concentration of sperm cells released in the sample will drop drastically, quite drastically.”

”The results could be biased and indicate a false infertility diagnosis, even though your actual condition is normal. Conversely, if you hold back for too long—more than seven days—many of the accumulated sperm cells will actually die and their movement will slow down. So, we need accuracy.”

Doctor Sato then typed something into his computer and printed out a new document sheet.

”Since you do not meet the requirements today, I will reschedule the checkup and sample collection for three days from now. Remember, within the next three days, the two of you must absolutely not engage in sexual intercourse or perform any activity that triggers ejaculation. Understood?”

”Very well, Doctor. I understand.” Charlie answered with a forced, obedient tone.

After receiving the new follow-up appointment sheet from the doctor, Charlie and Mahiru promptly said their goodbyes and left the examination room.

As soon as the door closed and they walked down the somewhat deserted hospital corridor, Mahiru immediately let go of his arm and glared at him, her face still burning crimson.

”Charlie-kun, this is all your fault!” She hid her embarrassed face. ”The atmosphere inside just now was completely humiliating, you know! The doctor definitely knew right away what we did this morning!”

Charlie raised both hands, putting on an innocent face as he began to defend himself.

”Hey, you can’t entirely blame me, Mahiru. It’s your own fault for cooking first thing in the morning wearing nothing but a naked apron. That sight is simply irresistible to any normal man. I wouldn’t be a real man if I just stood by and watched.”

Mahiru stopped in her tracks, turning to face Charlie with a facial expression that suddenly turned incredibly serious.

”No more excuses. Charlie-kun must obediently follow the doctor’s words. From this very second until three days from now... no sex at all. Period.”

Hearing the girl’s verdict, Charlie’s face fell in disappointment. His shoulders slumped, and he nodded in dejected resignation.

He could only lament his fate.

In the Danmachi Planar World, which was set in an era akin to Earth’s Middle Ages, medical technology like this did not yet exist, so he had no choice but to comply if he wanted to know his fertility status.

Seeing Charlie’s expression suddenly turn gloomy and listless like a puppy that had lost its toy, Mahiru’s tender heart instantly melted. Guilt and deep love washed over her once more.

Mahiru stepped closer, tiptoeing slightly, and whispered something in an incredibly soft voice right into Charlie’s ear.

”Listen... if Charlie-kun can behave well and restrain yourself for these three days... in exchange, after the laboratory examination is finished, I... I will let you use my back hole as a reward...”

Hearing that promise, Charlie’s eyes sparkled as bright as stars in the night sky. His lethargy evaporated in an instant.

”Mahiru... is what you said really true?!”

Even though Mahiru was extremely obedient and submissive in letting Charlie explore her body—including catering to various strange fetishes and wearing all sorts of vulgar costumes—the girl had actually always strongly opposed having her back hole area touched or used.

To Mahiru, that area was a dirty place that should not be used for intimate union. But now, for the sake of comforting Charlie, she was willing to yield.

Mahiru’s face instantly flushed perfectly all the way to the tips of her ears upon hearing Charlie’s incredibly enthusiastic response.

In her sheer exasperation, she reached out her hand and pinched the soft flesh at Charlie’s waist quite hard.

”Ugh! Charlie-kun lewd! You absolute pervert!” Mahiru grumbled while quickening her pace, leaving Charlie behind to walk with a triumphant smile spread across his face.
