Journey to Planar World

How could the lung capacity and stamina of an ordinary girl like Mahiru possibly match Charlie?

This youth before her had received a god’s blessing, and his physical constitution had been reinforced to the extreme upon reaching Level 6 with a flawless parameters statistic that was unprecedented in history.

Inevitably, Mahiru quickly ran out of breath in that intense kiss which seemed to have no end.

Her head began to spin with dizziness, and she felt on the verge of fainting from the lack of oxygen.

Feeling that she was truly at the absolute limit of her capability, Mahiru was forced to hit Charlie’s chest weakly with her fist as a pleading signal to stop.

Noticing the code, Charlie slowly withdrew his face.

The lips of the two parted, revealing a faint silver thread breaking in midair, leaving behind a lingering trace of the iron taste of blood.

(This should be enough, right? Has Mahiru calmed down a little bit? Hopefully, that impulsive mind can subside with this shock.) Charlie thought while staring at the face of the girl before him, which was now flushed.

It was crystal clear that he had committed this act intentionally.

By radically shifting Mahiru’s emotional focus, Charlie hoped the Angel would change her mind.

Unfortunately, he had underestimated the level of sensitivity possessed by the girl.

Mahiru leaned against the wall with a limp body, panting heavily to scoop a supply of air into her lungs.

With eyes that were still watery and clear, she looked up and stared with a gaze that was sharp yet fragile.

”Charlie-kun... you must have intentionally kissed me until I gasped for breath like this, right?” Mahiru said in a voice that was still somewhat choked up. ”Your purpose in committing an act this rough... is only so that I would cancel my intention to engage in intimacy with you.”

”...”

The corner of Charlie’s eyes twitched faintly.

He truly had not expected that his plan could be guessed so easily by Mahiru even in a shaken mental condition.

The spontaneous reaction in the form of Charlie’s locked expression explained everything without the need for words. Seeing that her assumption was correct, Mahiru once again showed an expression of deep disappointment.

She lowered her gaze, disparaging herself again and falling back into the cycle of self-reproach.

”It’s true, isn’t it... You did it only out of obligation.” Mahiru murmured in a bitter tone. ”In the end, there is no sincerity there. I am indeed a girl who was never wanted by anyone in this world—”

”Stop it, Mahiru!”

Charlie instantly interrupted the girl’s sentence before she could step any further into an even worse hole of depression.

He gently gripped both of Mahiru’s arms, forcing her to listen.

”It is not at all like what you think. Can you try to think a little more optimistically just for once? Who says no one wants Shiina Mahiru in this world?”

Charlie caught his breath for a moment, then continued with a tone full of conviction.

”Just so you know, I dare to guarantee and am extremely sure... if you were to announce to the public that you are looking for a boyfriend, your suitors would definitely line up in a long queue stretching all the way from the station to the gates of Seijo High School!”

”And it wouldn’t just be normal men, either; even women with deviant sexual orientations would definitely join that long line just for the sake of getting your attention!”

Hearing the analogy that came out of Charlie’s mouth, Mahiru’s face, which was initially pale from sadness, spontaneously blushed to the point of turning red all the way to the tips of her ears.

An overwhelming sense of awkwardness instantly evicted the melancholy atmosphere.

”Ch-Charlie-kun! You... you are being far too excessive! That kind of embarrassing thing could never happen!”

Mahiru turned her face to the side for the sake of hiding the flush on her cheeks.

Charlie exhaled helplessly seeing that adorable reaction, yet he smiled with relief because the girl’s sadness had finally faded.

”It is just you who always underestimates the incredible charm you possess yourself, Mahiru. What I said just now is what I think about you.”

Hearing the narration that sounded so honest, Mahiru was stunned.

”...”

Silence crept between them again for a few seconds.

Slowly, Mahiru turned her face back, staring straight into Charlie’s eyes with an expression that suddenly turned extremely serious, as if her future depended on this answer.

”In that case... if the situation you mentioned really does happen one day...”

”Will Charlie-kun also join the line of people waiting in that queue?”

”...”

Charlie knew full well that the answer coming out of his mouth at this moment would be the deciding anchor of life and death for the girl before him. He must not play around or show the slightest bit of hesitation.

With a gaze that was no less serious, Charlie nodded slowly.

”Yes, I will definitely join the queue there.”

He showed a thin, incredibly charming smile before continuing his sentence.

”And if that situation happens, I will not stand with empty hands.”

”I will ensure myself to stand at the absolute front of the line while carrying a massive bouquet of roses consisting of every color combination that exists in this world, just to draw the entirety of the Angel’s attention.”

There is no woman who does not like to be praised, and Mahiru was absolutely no exception.

Normally, every time people at school called her by the nickname ’Angel’, she would always feel uncomfortable and secretly hate the designation because she felt herself highly unworthy of bearing it.

However, for some reason, when that word slipped directly from Charlie’s lips with a tone so sincere, Mahiru’s heart instead felt incredibly sweet, to the point of warming her chest cavity that had temporarily frozen.

Even though a flush still adorned her tear-stained cheeks, Mahiru’s look slowly turned bolder, as if driven by desperation and a powerful desire to bind Charlie completely so he could no longer look away from her.

”Then... prove it to me, Charlie-kun.” Mahiru whispered, her voice sounding hoarse.

”Huh?”

Charlie felt a premonition about what kind of proof was being requested by the girl in front of him.

His heartbeat accelerated slightly, yet he maintained his composure and asked for the sake of obtaining confirmation.

”Proof... of what kind do you want, Mahiru?”

Instead of answering with words, Mahiru slowly lowered her right hand.

With a slightly trembling movement, her slender fingers moved to touch the sensitive part at the base of Charlie’s thigh, right over the fabric of his trousers.

Mahiru’s face instantly flushed red like a boiled crab from the immense embarrassment over her own action, but she refused to draw her hand back.

”I ask you to prove it with concrete action now, not just through sweet words.”

Her breath began to pant softly as she felt the physical tension of the youth before her.

As if that physical provocation were still not enough, Mahiru—whose common sense had completely shifted due to trauma and a surge of adrenaline—suddenly threw out a sarcastic sentence intentionally designed to wound the pride and masculine ego of any man in this world.

”Why stay quiet, Charlie-kun?” Mahiru looked up, glancing at Charlie from behind her wet eyelashes with a provocative, challenging gaze. ”Is the size of yours too small so that you feel embarrassed to show it in front of a girl?”

”Or could it be... you suffer from premature ejaculation? Or even impotence?”

”Hissss...!!!”

The provocation instantly succeeded in striking Charlie’s ego.

His face immediately darkened in a flash the moment his manhood as a man was questioned outright by a woman.

The atmosphere inside the living room, which was initially filled with melancholic despair, now suddenly shifted into highly intense sexual tension.

Charlie’s relaxed expression vanished completely, replaced by a sharp gaze at Mahiru like a predator ready to pounce on its prey.

”Watch your words, Mahiru.” He said in a tone of voice that was low, deep, and filled with a dangerous vibration capable of making the hairs on one’s neck stand up.

He gripped Mahiru’s waist with one hand, pulling the girl’s body until there was no distance left between them.

”I hope you will not regret those words later. Because after this, I myself will show you directly just how powerful the man you are currently challenging is.”

Hearing that highly dominant counter-threat, Mahiru’s body briefly shuddered with dread while simultaneously trembling from a foreign sensation spreading through her body.

However, she kept biting her lower lip tightly, refusing to back down a single step, and returned Charlie’s sharp gaze with a challenging gleam in her eyes.

”Show me then... prove that it isn’t all just empty talk, Charlie-kun.”

Mahiru surrendered the entirety of her self-control into the vortex of passion that was ready to explode.
