The Interstellar Queen of Scavengers

The strong smell of blood wafted around, and the entire abandoned Dock was almost in ruins.

Two Star Beasts, as large as small Floating Cars, rampaged in the dock, encountering almost no resistance.

Human strength was too insignificant, and besides, these people were all natives of the 381 garbage planet. Initially, they had no talent and lacked the conditions to move their families to resource-rich planets, which left them with no choice but to stay until the garbage planet collectively relocated.

Neither Uncle Liang nor A Ke had the strength to fight these two Star Beasts.

Roar~

Roar~

Roar~

A Ke and Granny Chen huddled in the toilet pit, not daring to make a sound, not daring to move, not even daring to let their heartbeats quicken.

But!

Tap! Tap! Tap!

The footsteps of the Star Beast were getting closer and closer.

With each count, A Ke felt death approaching one step closer.

Roar~

The sound was already close to the ear.

Granny Chen was getting restless, having made up her mind, that if they were discovered, she’d run out first, leading these damned beasts away!

She had lived half her life, and would sacrifice this old life to offer A Ke a chance for survival!

The roars of the Star Beast were already so close, they could even smell the stench emanating from the beast’s body!

Just as Granny Chen was about to move, A Ke held her tightly!

A Ke understood Granny Chen’s intention, glaring fiercely at her, as if using every ounce of life in her gaze!

[Granny!]

[No!]

[If we die, we die together!]

[Even if you lead them away, I won’t survive.]

Granny Chen’s heart softened instantly, tears falling in that moment.

Fine.

Die together with A Ke, at least there’s companionship on the road. Otherwise, what will happen to this little one without anyone by his side? Alive alone, dead alone?

As these thoughts flashed through Granny Chen’s mind, only a second had passed.

Roar——

The Star Beast outside had little patience, or perhaps this kind of beast was very violent, and upon discovering an obstacle ahead, it raised its paw and slammed down hard!

Rumble! Rumble!

Half of the toilet collapsed.

Exactly on the side where A Ke and Granny Chen were hiding, the collapsing wall and beam formed a triangular gap, giving A Ke and Granny Chen a brief respite.

The two dared not make a sound.

The Star Beast took a few steps and viciously swung its paw, slamming it into the building connected to the toilet!

Crash~

The building more solid than hard alloy crumbled in that instant!

A person rolled out of the building!

A Ke’s pupils constricted!

It was Uncle Liang’s companion!

”No!”

”Don’t kill me!”

The person was scared to the point of falling over, but how could the Star Beast possibly understand human speech?

It didn’t understand human words!

In its eyes, humans were merely prey.

They were toys.

The Star Beast swung its paw and leaped over, raising its foot and in a few moments, stomped the person to death!

Almost in an instant.

A Ke watched in shock, gripping Granny Chen’s hand tightly, telling himself to stay calm, stay calm, and pretend he wasn’t there.

Uncle Liang’s companion was killed, there clearly were people still inside the building, making slight noises, how keen was the Star Beast?

It detected it immediately!

Then.

It crashed into the building! In an instant, the house that could hide dozens of people was shattered thoroughly, nowhere to hide, Uncle Liang, and several young adults were exposed.

Everyone was panicking.

A Ke closed his eyes.

Then.

The sounds of cries and screams arose!

The other Star Beast also came upon hearing.

Surrounded on both sides!

No chance to escape.

Uncle Liang and the others closed their eyes in despair.

”Hide!!!”

Uncle Liang suddenly shouted!

A Ke shivered all over!

The direction of the sound was towards him!

Uncle Liang knew that he and Granny were hiding here! Was he trying to lure these two Star Beasts away before dying?

A Ke’s tears wet his face.

At that moment, he sincerely prayed that this world had deities, hoping the deities could hear his prayer, begging them to descend and save them.

...

Just after hearing Uncle Liang’s shout, he gripped a weapon, and with two strong men formed a formation, suddenly moving faster than ever!

In the blink of an eye, they had run a distance,

The two Star Beasts hadn’t reacted, were these little bugs escaping?

In the next second.

The Star Beasts chased after them!

Within moments, the Star Beasts caught up with them! The speed of the two Star Beasts was too fast, the human speed not worth mentioning before them.

Uncle Liang and the other three all held bombs, glaring fiercely at the two Star Beasts before them! Their brows filled with determination!

At that moment——

Boom Boom Boom——

Something seemed to fly over from the sky!

A Ke’s pupils widened!

It’s a spaceship!

A spaceship was flying towards the abandoned dock!

But—

Would it be useful?

Uncle Liang had already been caught by the Star Beast, he was holding the bomb, ready to detonate.

Even if the spaceship stopped now, it couldn’t save Uncle Liang and the rest.

So hopeless, A Ke felt weak all over, even the strength to breathe was being drained away.

Swish——

Just then, an arrow flew over! Precisely hitting the claw of the Star Beast that had just caught Uncle Liang!

A Ke’s pupils constricted!

Star Beast’s claw loosened, Uncle Liang crashed onto the ground.

The next moment, a long rope fell from the sky, and upon closer look, there was a person dangling from the rope!

That’s right!

It was a person!

A Ke thought he was seeing things, but it was undeniable, at the critical moment, someone wrapped just in a rope jumped out of the spaceship!

At that instant, A Ke’s heart tightened!

The person on the rope fell right in front of the colossal head of the Star Beast, she pulled out a Big Chopper, and in the Star Beast’s rage, attacked it!

One strike!

Two strikes!

Three strikes!

A Ke couldn’t count, in just under 2 seconds, how many times did she swing the blade! The Star Beast’s huge head was bleeding profusely!

A Ke’s heart leaped with joy!

”Why are you staring blankly?”

”Run!”

The girl’s voice was crisp and clear, full of determination and decisiveness, waking up the dumbfounded Uncle Liang and the other three!

Uncle Liang and the other three’s legs were weak, but they still gritted their teeth to crawl away!

Roar——

The Star Beast became even angrier!

Furious beyond measure!

They stomped their feet powerfully, at that moment, A Ke felt the ground shaking in all directions!

This!

What grade of Star Beast was this?

A Ke clenched his fists tightly!

That girl, surrounded by two Star Beasts, she seemed even smaller than the Star Beast’s arm, could... could she escape?

A Ke was worried and afraid!

But!

The girl maintained a calm expression on her face throughout, she didn’t even frown, in the next second, the girl raised the Big Saber, leaping into the air!

Slash! Slash! Slash!

That head, although struck many times, still bounced alive, but in that moment, the Star Beast’s head was split in two!

A Ke: ”!!!”

If there were gods in this world, this would be them.
