Wrong Flirt, Right Trouble: His Uncle Pulls Me Close

Quentin Blackwood’s intentions were perfectly clear. He pulled off her bath towel, his hand lingering on her body.

The pads of his fingers were calloused. As they brushed against Ivy Sherwood’s delicate skin, a tingling, trembling sensation shot through her. A moment ago, Ivy had felt no desire, but after just a few expert teases from Quentin Blackwood, she could barely stand.

Ivy Sherwood had only ever been with one man: Quentin Blackwood. He knew every one of her sensitive spots.

She had to admit it. When it came to a body like Quentin Blackwood’s, she had absolutely no resistance.

After all, Quentin Blackwood was tall, well-built, and good in bed.

But a situation like this was definitely not the right time for *that*.

”No!” Ivy Sherwood pushed against Quentin Blackwood with both hands.

Thankfully, the lights were still off. If they were on, Ivy Sherwood didn’t know what she would do from sheer embarrassment.

”I’m afraid that’s not up to you.”

Quentin Blackwood had no intention of letting Ivy Sherwood go. He considered this her punishment. Besides, he held all the power here.

As long as he wanted it, Ivy Sherwood had no right to say no!

”You can’t. I... I got my period. Uncle, you should just go back!”

It had been less than two days since the last time he’d put her through the wringer. Tonight, Quentin was clearly furious and wouldn’t let her off easy.

Although he was usually easy to placate, when it came to *that*, Ivy Sherwood had absolutely no say in the matter.

Quentin Blackwood’s eyes narrowed. His hand slid down below her waist. ”On your period, but not wearing any panties?”

”I just got out of the shower, I didn’t have a chance to. It’s the first day, so it’s not heavy!”

Quentin Blackwood sneered. Ivy Sherwood was clearly talking nonsense.

His hand moved lower, brushing lightly against her most sensitive flesh. Then he lifted his hand. It was pristine—not a single trace of red.

What was there instead...

He held his hand in front of Ivy Sherwood’s face. ”Is your period transparent?”

’That’s a line straight out of a pervert’s handbook!’

”I...” Ivy Sherwood was so mortified she was speechless, her face hot enough to fry an egg on.

”Ivy Sherwood, are you made of water?” Quentin Blackwood chuckled, moving his hand even closer to her face so she could get a clear look at herself.

”You... you...”

Ivy Sherwood had never considered herself some innocent maiden, but when it came to Quentin Blackwood, she was completely out of her league.

Quentin Blackwood felt her body temperature rise. He continued, ”What? Disgusted by your own?”

Ivy’s earlobes burned so hotly they felt like they might bleed. She never thought Quentin Blackwood would one day throw those exact words back at her.

The last time, after she had pleasured him with her mouth, she had tried to kiss him. He had flinched with a hint of distaste, and those were the words she had used on him.

Quentin Blackwood suddenly leaned in, his lips brushing against Ivy Sherwood’s ear. ”Or do you, perhaps, prefer mine?”

’This man is lethal.’ Ivy Sherwood was completely defenseless against him!

”President Blackwood, you’re always so impeccably dressed. Do other people know you’re actually a monster?”

But ”monster in gentleman’s clothing” didn’t even begin to cover it. He seemed so serious and proper all the time; who would have known he loved to talk so dirty, always teasing Ivy until she was left completely powerless to resist.

”Feel free to go out and spread the word.”

”Since you claim you’re on your period, I won’t force you. Why don’t we just do what we did last time?”

Quentin Blackwood’s meaning was obvious: they would do the same thing they did the last time she had her period.

”No,” Ivy Sherwood refused. He had nearly tormented her to death last time.

”I was lying just now. It hasn’t come,” Ivy Sherwood confessed.

”Little liar.” The man suddenly swatted her bottom.

”Quentin Blackwood!” Ivy Sherwood cried out in anger. ’How old does he think I am, spanking me like that?’

”Don’t like it? Even children know that liars get punished.”

”But not this kind of punishment!”

”True. This isn’t enough!”

As he spoke, he swept a hand across the table to make sure it was clear. Then, with a single arm, he lifted Ivy Sherwood and set her down on it.

The table was glass and impossibly cold. When Ivy Sherwood’s feverish skin made contact, she nearly leaped back up.

”No, not on the table, it’s cold...” Ivy Sherwood whined, her arms hooking around Quentin Blackwood’s neck.

Quentin Blackwood’s voice was tinged with amusement. ”So delicate.”

Despite calling her delicate, he lifted her off the table.

”I’ll give you a chance. Choose a place.”

Ivy Sherwood bit her lip. ’How can I possibly choose? I’m like a fish on a chopping block, completely at his mercy. He won’t let me go no matter where it is.’

Besides, knowing Quentin Blackwood, he wouldn’t limit himself to just one spot.

Seeing that she wasn’t speaking, Quentin Blackwood nodded. ”Fine. Then we’ll try every single place.”

Just as she’d thought. Ivy had only one request: ”Don’t turn on the lights...”

The words had barely left her mouth before his lips came down hard on hers, silencing her. After that, she was given no further opportunity to speak.

Quentin Blackwood was, without a doubt, a wicked man. Whenever a sound managed to escape Ivy’s throat, he would lean in and tell her to be quiet. What if someone was walking by outside and heard them?

Ivy had no choice but to bite her lip, not daring to make the slightest sound. But Quentin Blackwood was just too forceful, and she simply couldn’t bear it.

And she’d stayed here for two nights without ever realizing the room was stocked with so many adult toys.

Ivy herself didn’t even know at what point she finally lost consciousness.

Her last coherent thought, in any case, was that one should never, ever provoke a young, virile man by the name of Quentin Blackwood.

「Late that night」

After their wild, absurd encounter had ended, Quentin Blackwood carried Ivy Sherwood to clean her up.

Ivy Sherwood was fast asleep. Quentin Blackwood switched on a dim lamp, and the room came into view. The first thing his eyes landed on, of course, was the woman in his arms.

’Her stamina is really poor,’ he thought. ’She can’t even handle this much. I should make her exercise more, and put on some weight.’

In the bathtub, Quentin Blackwood filled the water and gently placed Ivy Sherwood inside.

The water was clear, her body distinctly visible. Soaking in the tub, her skin was rosy and delicate. Reflected in the ripples, it seemed almost translucent.

She was like a Mermaid Princess from the depths of the ocean, breathtakingly beautiful. She had barely arrived in the mortal realm before she was targeted and ensnared by him, pulled into a domain that belonged to him alone.

A sight like this... even Quentin Blackwood found it hard to maintain his composure. If Silas Blackwood were to see her like this, he would lose his mind.

In ancient times, a face like hers would have been called a harbinger of ruin, and it wouldn’t be an exaggeration. It was better to keep it hidden most of the time. In that, at least, she was clever.

Quentin Blackwood watched her like that for a long while. Why, of all people, did she have to be Yvonne Summers’s daughter?

Her body was a perfect match for his. It was a shame there was no future for them.

Every time, he told himself not to get drawn in any deeper, but every time he saw her like this, he lost all control.

In that moment, he thought he understood why Silas Blackwood was always chasing women.

Quentin Blackwood’s self-control was formidable; he had denied himself so much. This, it seemed, was the one thing he couldn’t resist.

Things seemed to be spiraling, yet they weren’t completely out of his grasp. He could still pull them back from the brink.

Before long, she would officially become his nephew’s wife. He knew Caleb Blackwood was already making the arrangements.

’Tonight was the last time,’ Quentin Blackwood told himself.
