The older man asked in amazement, ”How can you be sure the Wanyan Family still has a piece of Dragon Blood Wood? Such a precious thing can’t be that abundant, right? If there’s too much of it, the price might drop. Rare things are valuable, you know.”

”I know!” Handsome Fatty Wang replied, ”Even though rare things are valuable, the Wanyan Family’s piece of Dragon Blood Wood is much more expensive than the one protected by the state.”

”So confident?” The older man asked in surprise.

”Of course, I’ve already asked for the price!” Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”When I was in Shenchuan City, I saw the Gold Silk Armor and took a photo to send to a buyer. He told me that just the Gold Silk Armor was worth a billion USD. However, the wooden box it’s in is not complete. If we could get a complete set, the price could increase fivefold!”

”Five times!?” Everyone’s eyes widened, and the older man said, ”Nonsense, right? How much is five times? Fifty billion USD. Who can afford that price?”

”Haha...” Handsome Fatty Wang chuckled, ”The world’s wealthy aren’t what you and I see. The ones actually on the rankings are not the truly rich. It’s those invisible families and consortia that hold real wealth. Since someone abroad can bid a billion USD for the Dragon Blood Wood, the complete set from the Wanyan Family can definitely be worth fifty billion USD!”

The young man asked eagerly, ”Wait a minute, you’ve been saying complete, complete, what makes it complete?”

”Good question!” Handsome Fatty Wang laughed, ”I’ve mentioned before, the Dragon Blood Wood on the Gold Silk Armor is used to lock the Gold Silk Armor. Since there’s a lock, there’s definitely a key. The lock is made of Dragon Blood Wood; the key must be made of Dragon Blood Wood too. Together, they make a complete set. This is why I’m so sure the Wanyan Family still has a piece of Dragon Blood Wood. The Gold Silk Armor belongs to the Wanyan Family, so the key must also be with them.”

”I see!” Everyone suddenly understood, though the older man still had doubts, saying, ”A price increase by five times? Fifty billion USD is no small amount, Fatty, don’t get swindled!”

”Don’t worry, Fat Lord is savvy, who can trick Fat Lord?” Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”Do you know why this set is so expensive?”

”Why?” Everyone asked eagerly.

Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”Everyone should know that Dragon Blood Wood is extremely tough. Even the best steel blades today can’t leave any marks on it. Even the Famed Instruments used by people in the martial arts world can’t leave a scratch on Dragon Blood Wood. So how was this Dragon Blood Wood carved into a lock and key?”

This question left everyone wide-eyed; indeed, how was the Dragon Blood Wood carved?

”I heard from a senior that in this world, if anything can carve Dragon Blood Wood, it can only be two things,” Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”One is the world’s most invaluable instrument, the Xuanyuan Sword, and the other is the Minghong Knife made of the same material. This means that the Dragon Blood Wood on the Gold Silk Armor is definitely linked to the Xuanyuan Sword or the Minghong Knife. As for the value of the Xuanyuan Sword and the Minghong Knife, I don’t need to say it, everyone should be aware!”

No one spoke because they understood the value of the Xuanyuan Sword and the Minghong Knife was immeasurable, far above Dragon Blood Wood. After all, Dragon Blood Wood still has a price, but the Xuanyuan Sword and the Minghong Knife are priceless.

Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”The Xuanyuan Sword and the Minghong Knife have been missing for thousands of years and are considered the most mystical objects of Huaxia by foreigners. Now the Dragon Blood Wood relates to the Xuanyuan Sword and the Minghong Knife, so the price increasing five times is normal!”

Everyone nodded repeatedly. When it involved the Xuanyuan Sword and the Minghong Knife, it was considered priceless, so an increase of five times was reasonable. Knowing these two instruments hadn’t appeared for thousands of years, some even doubted if they really existed. The emergence of the Dragon Blood Wood likely being related to them is truly earth-shattering.

Thinking of this, everyone got excited. If they can really find the complete set of Dragon Blood Wood, they could live the rest of their lives comfortably, even if they sold it for twenty billion USD instead of fifty billion.

Hiding in the shadows, Ye Qing was also shocked by the information from Handsome Fatty Wang, something Ye Qing had never considered before. He never expected Handsome Fatty Wang to have researched so much, linking the piece of Dragon Blood Wood to so many things, even to the Xuanyuan Sword and Minghong Knife.

However, to Ye Qing, regardless of the value of the Dragon Blood Wood, it’s not the main concern because he’s more interested in the connection between the Gold Silk Armor and the Heaven Earth Man Three Gates. According to the carvings inside the Dragon Blood Wood, it involves a tremendous secret left by Guiguzi, which is what Ye Qing cares about most!

”Then what are we waiting for, let’s head to the Wanyan Family and take the Dragon Blood Wood!” a man said anxiously, and others seemed eager to try.

”Wait a minute...” The older man waved his hand, ”Something’s still not right. If the Dragon Blood Wood of the Gold Silk Armor is so crucial, why is it not kept by the Wanyan Family but buried in a tomb which you managed to take? Doesn’t this seem strange?”

”I thought about this before. But later, I understood the reason,” Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”I reviewed the history of that period, the Wanyan Family was going through a major upheaval, the family was facing serious crises. I suspect the Wanyan Family was afraid that the secrets within the Gold Silk Armor would be stolen, so they separated the lock and key. The Gold Silk Armor was placed in someone’s tomb, relatively safe. Luckily for me, I managed to take it from the tomb. If not, how would such a good opportunity come to us?”

”But...” The older man wanted to say more, but someone beside him patted him and said, ”Why do you have so many questions? Regardless of the reason, the Dragon Blood Wood is undoubtedly valuable. Getting the Dragon Blood Wood is what’s important, no matter the other stuff!”

”Right, why bother with all that, let’s figure out how to get the Dragon Blood Wood!” another man said to Handsome Fatty Wang, ”While Prince Wan Yan isn’t around, let’s first get this key, then find that guy named Ye Qing and take the lock from him. When we have both things together, we sell them for a big profit without worrying!”

Everyone spoke up in support of the man’s idea. They had come out seeking fortune, knowing the Dragon Blood Wood was valuable was enough, and they didn’t need to care about other matters.

”One last question, one last question,” the older man grabbed Handsome Fatty Wang and said, ”You’ve said so much, but I still don’t understand the relationship between the Wanyan Family’s false burial and the Dragon Blood Wood. Also, you said that building is the Wanyan Family’s ancestral tomb; are we after the Dragon Blood Wood, or their ancestors’ bones?”

”I don’t know if the fake burial relates to the Dragon Blood Wood, just sharing some knowledge,” Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”But think about it, if the Dragon Blood Wood key is with the Wanyan Family, where would they hide it? Besides the building housing the ancestors’ bones, where else in Wan Yan Manor could be safer?”

Everyone nodded. Handsome Fatty Wang was right; the most heavily guarded place in the Wanyan Family is that building. If the Dragon Blood Wood’s key is indeed with the Wanyan Family, it must be hidden in that building.

”Enough, no more talking!” a man waved his hand, looking at the young man beside him and said, ”Little He, you’ve been pretending to be that person’s nephew at the Wanyan Family for quite some time. You should be familiar with the place. Do you think there’s any way we can enter that building?”

The young man, Little He, shrugged and said, ”Trying to enter that building is entirely impossible. Unless we have the skills to kill everyone in the Wanyan Family, there’s no way to get in!”

”What are you talking about? Considering the Wanyan Family’s power, are you suggesting we fight them head-on?” the man asked wide-eyed, ”Don’t be ridiculous, we’re tomb robbers, we’re in the business of skill. Doing grunt work isn’t our thing!”

”Then there’s no other way,” Little He spread his hands, ”I’ve been watching that building these days. I don’t think we have any hope of entering it!”

”Geez, isn’t this a mess?” The man looked at Handsome Fatty Wang and said, ”If we can’t get into that building, aren’t we just staring at the money inside, with no way to get it?”

”Not entirely hopeless.” Handsome Fatty Wang smiled, ”Don’t forget, what line of work are we in?”

Everyone looked at Handsome Fatty Wang, and Little He asked curiously, ”We’re tomb robbers, but how is that related? This isn’t a tomb, there are so many people guarding, we can’t get in!”

”That’s right, we’re tomb robbers. What’s the thing we are best at?” Handsome Fatty Wang smiled, ”If we can’t get in from above, why not think from below?”

”Below?” Everyone looked down at the ground beneath their feet, and they all widened their eyes simultaneously, realizing what Handsome Fatty Wang meant.

”Fatty, you mean...” The older man looked at Handsome Fatty Wang and whispered, ”Dig a tunnel from below?”
