The people around Handsome Fatty Wang were also full of emotions, saying that things in feng shui had truly broadened their horizons.

The older man said, ”According to you, why didn’t the Wanyan Family just find an ordinary place to bury them first? That way, when they find the Dragon’s Lair later, they can move the grave, and there won’t be any feng shui conflicts.”

”That’s just a woman’s view.” Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”Do you think finding a Dragon’s Lair is that easy? Many people go their whole lives without seeing one, and do you expect the ancestors’ bones to be buried in ordinary places forever? As the saying goes, first fate, second luck, third feng shui. Feng shui greatly influences people. If the ancestors are always buried in very ordinary graves, the descendants will gradually decline. In a few hundred years, the family might cease to exist, so where’s the chance to find a Dragon’s Lair? If the family declines, even if you find a Dragon’s Lair, do you have the power to transfer your ancestors’ bones there?”

”That’s true,” the older man scratched his head, ”So, according to you, there’s no way out? Either bury them in this Tiger’s Den or don’t bury them at all.”

”Not burying them is no different than burying them in ordinary feng shui.” Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”Without the ancestors’ protection, and without feng shui, how do you expect to develop further?”

”Then what should we do?” the young man asked, ”That doesn’t work, this doesn’t work, doesn’t that mean there’s no way?”

”Heh, why would there be no way?” Handsome Fatty Wang chuckled and said, ”Didn’t I just tell you all? There’s a method called false burial of the living.”

”Right, right, you mentioned this false burial of the living. What exactly is it?” The crowd quickly asked.

”Don’t be in a hurry, listen to me explain slowly.” Handsome Fatty Wang said leisurely, ”Just like the situation I mentioned earlier, wanting to be buried in a Dragon’s Lair, but there is none, only a Tiger’s Den. At this point, of course, you need to bury them in, so they can continue to protect the family’s development. But if you’re unwilling to bury them in the Tiger’s Den, you need to use the method of false burial of the living. A so-called false burial of the living is when a family member passes away, you give them a full funeral ceremony, decorate the burial site with grave goods and the like according to their standards. However, instead of placing their corpse in the coffin, you put a living person inside. Then some feng shui masters perform rituals to turn this living person into a puppet of the deceased and place them in the coffin for burial. This way, the living person will absorb the feng shui of the Tiger’s Den, but as a puppet of the deceased, this feng shui will protect the family. As for the deceased’s body, it is kept until a Dragon’s Lair is found to bury them in, so they won’t absorb the Tiger’s Den’s feng shui or conflict with the Dragon’s Lair’s feng shui. Meanwhile, the Tiger’s Den’s feng shui continues to protect the family, achieving both goals at once.”

Everyone’s eyes widened immediately, they’d never even heard of such a thing. Listening to Handsome Fatty Wang, everyone was shocked.

”Do you know what’s the most critical part of this false burial of the living?” Handsome Fatty Wang asked.

”What is it?” The crowd hurriedly asked.

”The most critical part is, the puppet replacing the burial must be alive when buried!” Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”If they’re dead when buried, it’s all in vain. So, before these living people are buried, they’re tightly bound with ropes, and their mouths are sealed. This way, they can’t escape and are alive during burial, only to be suffocated to death in the coffin!”

The crowd gasped. They’d seen many things in their years of tomb-robbing, but this shocked them. It’s extremely cruel, imagining a living person being locked in a coffin, suffocated to death, it’s far crueler than direct killing.

”I’ve robbed over a dozen Wanyan Family tombs, and in eighty percent of them, they used this method of false burial of the living, using puppets instead of ancestor’s bones.” Handsome Fatty Wang glanced at the crowd and said, ”The other twenty percent weren’t key figures of the Wanyan Family, so they didn’t use this method of false burial of the living. Now, think carefully, isn’t this odd? The ancestors’ bones of the Wanyan Family must still be preserved by them. Where do you think they’re keeping them?”

The crowd exchanged glances, looking amazed. After a while, the older man spoke, ”Who cares if it’s odd or not, it doesn’t seem to have much to do with us. Fat Wang, you didn’t call us here to make a fortune, did you? You’re not suggesting we steal their bones, are you?”

”Geez, isn’t that bad luck? Robbing bodies?” Another person said, ”Fatty, we always aim to get rich, meddling with bodies is taboo in our line of work. You’re not playing us, are you?”

”Darn it, would I do something like that?” Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”You all know, Handsome Fatty Wang doesn’t get up early without benefits. Whatever false burial of the living the Wanyan Family is doing or finding some Dragon’s Lair, it’s none of my business. I came to the Wanyan Family this time to earn a fortune.”

”How to make a fortune? Steal the bodies and threaten Prince Wan Yan for money?” The older man glared and said, ”I’ve heard of kidnapping living people before, but first time hearing someone talking about kidnapping corpses, are you out of your mind?”

”Speak properly!” Handsome Fatty Wang waved his hand and said, ”Kidnap what corpse? Don’t mess around, listen carefully to what I have to say. Let’s not talk about anything else; if this business succeeds, I guarantee that the money you’ll earn will be enough for you to live extravagantly for lifetimes and still not finish spending it, you could retire immediately!”

Hearing this, everyone perked up immediately. Even Ye Qing, who was hiding in the shadows, was a bit surprised. What kind of fortune could Handsome Fatty Wang possibly make here?

”This matter specifically goes back to a year and a half ago,” Handsome Fatty Wang said. ”A year and a half ago, I robbed a very important great tomb of the Wanyan Family and took out a Gold Silk Armor from it. At the time, I didn’t pay much attention and sold it off quickly. You guys know, in our line of work, we earn tough money. That Gold Silk Armor could sell for tens of millions, but I let it go for just about two million. Originally, it wouldn’t have been a problem, but do you know what happened? Later, Prince Wan Yan actually came looking for me because of this, asking me to hand over that Gold Silk Armor!”

Everyone stared, and an older man laughed, ”I told you, kid, the more you walk the night roads, the sooner you’ll meet ghosts. You dared to rob the ancestral tombs of the Wanyan Family, who else would Prince Wan Yan look for but you?”

”I’ve been mentally prepared for such things long ago in our line of work. But here’s the key issue: Prince Wan Yan came to me not to hold me accountable for robbing their ancestral tomb, but to pursue that Gold Silk Armor. I noticed his attitude was clear; he didn’t care at all about me robbing their ancestral tomb, what he cared about most was that Gold Silk Armor!” Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”I almost lost my life because of this Gold Silk Armor. Later, I conducted special research on this Gold Silk Armor; do you know what I found out?”

”What?” everyone asked in unison, curious.

”You probably haven’t seen this Gold Silk Armor. This Gold Silk Armor is actually locked inside a wooden box. The key issue isn’t the Gold Silk Armor, but the wooden box!” Handsome Fatty Wang took a deep breath and said in a deep voice, ”Do you know what material this box is made of?”

”Wooden, didn’t you just say so?” someone said.

”I know it’s wooden, but do you know what kind of wood?” Handsome Fatty Wang glanced at everyone, seeing that they couldn’t guess, he smiled proudly and said, ”This box is made from the extremely rare Dragon Blood Wood!”

”What!?” everyone exclaimed simultaneously. Being experts in tomb-robbing, they were well aware of the preciousness of Dragon Blood Wood.

So far in the world, only one piece of Dragon Blood Wood has been unearthed. This piece of Dragon Blood Wood has been strictly protected and hardly anyone has seen it. On the black market, someone once offered One Billion US Dollars to find someone to steal this piece of Dragon Blood Wood, but no one was able to do it. This means that this piece of Dragon Blood Wood has already been hyped up to the price of One Billion US Dollars on the black market, truly describable as invaluable.

Now, another piece of Dragon Blood Wood appears, and everyone finally understood Handsome Fatty Wang’s meaning. Just this piece of Dragon Blood Wood alone is enough to let them enjoy their lives for several lifetimes without worry.

”What about the Gold Silk Armor?” a young man hurriedly asked.

”I don’t know either.” Handsome Fatty Wang shrugged and said angrily, ”Last time it was snatched by a punk named Ye Qing. I went to Shen Family Manor with the intention of stealing it, but who knew, that bastard switched the Gold Silk Armor. Now the Gold Silk Armor is probably still with him, but here’s the key problem, Prince Wan Yan suspects that I stole the Gold Silk Armor, and now he’s looking everywhere for me. Damn it, I’ve really been screwed by that punk!”

Everyone looked at Handsome Fatty Wang, and the older man laughed, ”You also have a day when you’re tricked by someone, huh?”

”Ah!” Handsome Fatty Wang sighed and said, ”Let’s not talk about that, let’s get down to business. Everyone should be clear on the value of Dragon Blood Wood; it’s also the key reason I called everyone here.”

”You just mentioned the Dragon Blood Wood is with Ye Qing, so why don’t we just go directly to Ye Qing, what are we doing at the Wanyan Family?” the young man said, ”The Wanyan Family’s defenses are very tight. I feel we shouldn’t cause trouble here. Otherwise, if we get caught, we probably won’t even have the chance to escape!”

”Fortune favors the bold, what do you know!” Handsome Fatty Wang said, ”The Gold Silk Armor is indeed with Ye Qing, but now Prince Wan Yan is also keeping an eye on Ye Qing. If we go find him, isn’t that asking for death? Besides, there isn’t just this piece of Dragon Blood Wood, why should we go looking for Ye Qing? I’m sure right now the Wanyan Family is still hiding a piece of Dragon Blood Wood!”

”Really?” Everyone perked up immediately. Regarding the Dragon Blood Wood, everyone’s emotions were stirred. After all, this piece of Dragon Blood Wood was enough to let them all live a life of comfort and leisure for the rest of their days.
