Strongest Lord by Opening Blind Boxes

Chapter 210: Chapter 185: Wang Yi Wants to Create the Three Realms

After the little train departed and ”Their Lord” was gone, Lu Aqi hurriedly took his men to greet Pei Zhi.

’To Lu Aqi, this Pei Zhi was going to be a colleague. Since he was in charge of the Fire Dragon Trading Team, it was essential to build a good relationship with him.’

And there was Grand General Man Datou, the one who drove the Fire Dragon Vehicle. He was clearly a favorite of Their Lord, so they had to get on his good side as well.

Lu Aqi also planned to recruit soldiers and expand his forces to re-establish the Red Tiger Camp. However, this would no longer be the Red Tiger Camp of King Dongsheng’s Prince Mansion. It would be his, Lu Aqi’s, Red Tiger Camp, serving under the Divine Being.

...

Meanwhile, Wang Yi’s little train drove all the way into the Exile Court.

”End of the line, end of the line! Everybody off!”

Man Datou and Pang Damao called out, and the Green-skinned Orc Bitter Workers disembarked from the train. They looked around, more dazed than curious.

Ye Qitian, Xue Shentian, and Li Mingli also got off the little train.

Xue Shentian and Li Mingli, however, were forcibly escorted off.

Not wasting any time, Wang Yi immediately activated the functions of the Exile Court. He sentenced the Beastman Laborers to sixty years and forcibly changed their profession to Bitter Worker!

Even with the Exile Court’s batch processing function, it still took Wang Yi a full hour to sentence every last Beastman Laborer and change their profession.

With that, these Beastman Laborers had officially obtained a territory profession, becoming special residents under Wang Yi’s command.

By this point, Wang Yi had finished his count. There were 4,432 Beastmen in total!

’’Over four thousand of them... that should be enough! I need to hurry up and get them tools, and I also need to establish a work schedule...’’

Wang Yi prepared to activate the exile. Facing the crowd of Beastman Laborers, he announced, ”You were born to be Bitter Workers, but that doesn’t mean you have to live a bitter life. I want you to be happy Bitter Workers, to work for me with joy. I won’t mistreat you. Food, supplies, entertainment—you’ll get it all in due time! Once your sentence—oh, no, once your work contract is up, you can retire and never have to work again...”

With that said, Wang Yi waved his hand. A white light instantly enveloped the Exile Court. In the blink of an eye, the light vanished, and with it, the 4,432 Beastman Laborers. Wang Yi had sent them to Shanhai Pass City on Yamero Star.

”Now, it’s your turn!”

Wang Yi looked toward Ye Qitian, Xue Shentian, and Li Mingli.

The three of them were still a bit dazed. They couldn’t comprehend what Wang Yi had just done and were curious about where he had sent the Green-skinned Orcs.

Wang Yi, intending to use them as an experiment, said slowly, ”You have two choices. The first is to become Bitter Workers and mine for me! The second is to become prostitutes! Please make your choice quickly.”

Li Mingli asked, ”What’s a prostitute? Do you have to mine?”

”No mining required. As for the specific duties... they’re indescribable. Forbidden...”

”In that case, I’ll be a prostitute!”

Li Mingli was currently tied up and couldn’t use his Lord Talent, [Continuous Blinking]. ’I’ll just play along for now,’ he thought. ’The second they untie me, I’ll teleport out of here.’

Hearing Li Mingli’s request, Wang Yi nodded. ”As you wish! What about the two of you? Do you want to be prostitutes as well?”

Ye Qitian sighed. ”It seems the Great Saint is serious. In that case, I’ll just be a Bitter Worker.”

Xue Shentian declared, ”I am a dignified Prince! How could I possibly be a Bitter Worker? I’ll be a prostitute, too!”

”Good!” Wang Yi nodded, his face stern. ”I will now pronounce your sentences. Ye Qitian: a sentence of sixty years, profession changed to Bitter Worker! Xue Shentian and Li Mingli: a sentence of sixty years, profession changed to prostitute. The sentences will now be carried out!”

With another wave of his hand, a white light flashed, and the three Chaos Lords before him vanished into thin air.

’’You guys go on ahead. We’ll meet again later... Those two geniuses actually chose to become prostitutes. I wonder if they’ll ever have a chance to reduce their sentences in this lifetime!’’

Wang Yi muttered to himself, then immediately turned to Man Datou and Pang Damao. ”You two, go to Eggshell Castle, report to Jelena, and bring all the armored off-road vehicles over. Also, find Jin Buhuan and tell him to wait for me here!”

”Yes, sir!”

Man Datou and Pang Damao immediately bowed and departed.

Wang Yi then used his self-exile ability to teleport, arriving instantly inside the Exquisite Weapon Factory.

As luck would have it, Fish-Transformed Dragon was there, forging a Yellow Springs Lock.

Inside the factory, four Huajin Fengyu Cultivators sat cross-legged with their eyes closed, appearing to be in a state of Cultivation.

When Fish-Transformed Dragon saw Wang Yi, he hurried over. ”Teacher, you’ve come. What are your instructions?”

Wang Yi glanced at the four seated Huajin Fengyu Cultivators. ”What are they doing?”

”Just Cultivation. I have refined their Inner Strength. I expect them to break through to the Heroic Level shortly. Once they’re equipped with the Yellow Springs Lock, their combat power will be able to rival a King!”

”Excellent!” Wang Yi nodded. ”Fish-Transformed Dragon, I’ve come to you with an urgent matter. Can you make some pickaxes and mining shovels? I need them immediately! Oh, right, I have some metals here. See if any of this is useful!”

As he spoke, Wang Yi quickly took out a variety of materials: Crystal Steel, Vein Gold, Ice Red Iron, Tao Steel, Snowflake Copper, and Dewdrop Silver.

The largest portion was Vein Gold, followed by Crystal Steel. There was very little of the other metals.

Fish-Transformed Dragon’s eyes lit up instantly. ”Excellent materials, just excellent! Absolutely top-grade! Teacher, please wait a moment!”

He immediately picked up a piece of Vein Gold and fed it into the weapon production line. A few moments later he added several more pieces, and then continued adding more... and more...

Wang Yi couldn’t make heads or tails of what Fish-Transformed Dragon was doing.

In any case, after a short while, Fish-Transformed Dragon had fed more than half of the metal ores Wang Yi brought into the weapon production line.

Only then did Fish-Transformed Dragon stop. He frowned at Wang Yi, a look of shame on his face. ”Your student is incompetent. I was unable to craft fine pickaxes and mining shovels. I could only produce this!”

”What is it?”

Wang Yi stepped forward curiously to look, only to find that Fish-Transformed Dragon was holding a Nail Rake!

A nine-toothed one, at that!

It was nearly as tall as a man, its body appearing to be made of gold and jade. It emitted a faint golden light and was covered in fine, exquisite engravings.

’Isn’t this the Nine-toothed Nail Rake?’

Wang Yi’s spirits soared!

What surprised him even more was that he could see the Nine-toothed Nail Rake’s Attribute Information. It was a Gold-tier weapon named the Golden Nail-Raking Tool, and it possessed four special attack effects: [Solid], [Smash], [Armor Piercing], and [Piercing].

’’Holy cow, what a weapon!’’

Even Wang Yi was tempted.

”Your student is incompetent...”

Fish-Transformed Dragon started to explain again.

Wang Yi quickly cut him off. ”It’s fine, it’s fine! This Nail Rake is amazing, but you don’t need to make them this high-quality. Just make some ordinary ones—the more material-efficient, the better. Also, make some smaller, one-meter-long, short-handled rakes for one-handed use!”

”O-Okay!”

Fish-Transformed Dragon agreed. However, as the factory’s quality inspector, he would never allow an inferior weapon to leave the Exquisite Weapon Factory. Even an ”ordinary” one would have to be at least Blue-tier.

”If I’m making Blue-tier Nail Rakes, I can save on materials,” Fish-Transformed Dragon said softly, a plan quickly forming in his mind. ”I can just use any piece of metal, whether it’s Crystal Steel or Vein Gold, and add some Virtual Refined Iron. That will be enough. I won’t even need to spend Gold Coins on auxiliary materials.”

”I’ll leave it to you, then. Step up production; this is urgent! Use up all the materials here first, then have someone deliver the finished Nail Rakes to the Exile Court as soon as possible!”

After giving his instructions, Wang Yi shouldered the Golden Nail-Raking Tool and left, quickly making his way to the first level of his underground territory.

There, he expended a surge of Mountain and River True Qi to release a Starlight River, letting it hang suspended in mid-air like a halo.

An ordinary river, without the support of Mountain and River True Qi, would be unable to float in the air and would plummet to the ground.

The Starlight River, however, was different. It was naturally capable of floating in mid-air.

”Not bad, not bad at all!”

Wang Yi looked at the halo-like Starlight River, feeling very satisfied. He had released it to serve as a light strip; he disliked dim environments and wanted his underground territory to be brightly lit.

The Starlight River could also be placed in his surface territory as a decoration, which would look incredibly cool. At night, the flowing river of light and drifting starlight would surely be a magnificent sight.

However, Wang Yi preferred to be low-key. In the surface territory, the Starlight River would be a pure decoration. ’Better not to show off such an extraordinary natural spectacle,’ he figured.

Wang Yi had only released one Starlight River. His other was still in the form of the Qiankun Universe Blade, which he was keeping as a trump card for emergencies.

’’Once I’ve saved up enough Chaos Energy, it’ll be time to move Qixia Mountain over here. Then I’ll create Huaguo Mountain and the Water Curtain Cave. With that, the basic form of my surface territory will be complete. After that, I’ll start building out this underground territory... I’m going to forge it into the Battle Sacred Land! And the second underground level will be the Wukong Dojo! Huaguo Mountain, the Battle Sacred Land, and the Wukong Dojo—those will be my Three Realms!’’

Wang Yi was starting to feel the joy of freely building his own territory. He mused that having three territories, each with a different ecosystem, would be very interesting in the future.

「A short while later」

Wang Yi met Jin Buhuan in the Exile Court.

”Jin Buhuan, I have an important task for you. It’s something no one else can accomplish. Only a rare talent such as yourself, someone both bold and meticulous, has any hope of success!”

Upon hearing this, Jin Buhuan immediately knelt and cupped his hands. ”Whatever Your Lordship commands, this humble servant will go through fire and water to achieve it!”

”Excellent. In a moment, you will accompany me somewhere.”

With his hands clasped behind his back, Wang Yi then used his Starlight Bracelet to collect the armored off-road vehicles.

The armored off-road vehicles were spoils of war Wang Yi had acquired from the World of Suffering. There were twenty-four in all, and he planned to send them to Yamero Star to make mining more convenient.

It was worth noting that the armored off-road vehicles ran on fuel and couldn’t be recharged, which meant the Energy Lighthouse couldn’t power them directly.

As for fuel, while Wang Yi had obtained a good amount from the World of Suffering, the resource was non-renewable—what was used was gone forever. If he wanted to keep using the armored off-road vehicles in the long term, he would have to acquire more resources from the World of Suffering.

’Thinking of the World of Suffering, Wang Yi felt it was about time he sent a group over for some training.’
