Emperor’s Domination

“We shall see.” Skykiller stared intensely at the opponent.

“I permit you to show me what you can do.” Li Qiye smiled.

Others froze because Li Qiye spoke as if he could easily crush his opponent.

“Can this be true?” One immortal asked. After all, Skykiller stood at the apex of their world.

“Sir, will you require a weapon?” Skykiller asked.

“Randomly picking one is undue disrespect, but one made by me is too troublesome. My hands show the most sincerity.” Li Qiye said.

“This spear shares the same title, Skykiller. I shall use it against you, Sir.” Skykiller said.

“It’s a fine spear.” Li Qiye said.

According to the legends, Skykiller True Dragon crafted the weapon from high heaven’s metal using his apex power. Thus, both the craftsmanship and the material were the finest in Heavenrealm.

“Clank!” The spear’s radiance shrank to its extreme, returning to the origin. Suddenly, it resembled an iron spear found in the mortal world.

Dao powers and other energies dispersed into nothingness, leaving behind brute force.

“What is happening?” Those near the sea of wisdom became puzzled.

The spear’s area of effect was massive, causing everyone to lose their cultivation.

“A little interesting.” Li Qiye couldn’t help but praise.

“Mortal Reversion Thrust!” Skykiller aimed for his neck, hoping to temporarily reduce Li Qiye’s cultivation.

When all things became equal and mortal, the thrust became deadly.

“Coincidentally, I know the mortal domain all too well.” Li Qiye said before flicking the tip of the spear.

In theory, a mortal would have a hard time flicking to kill a mosquito. However, his flick struck with impeccable precision and power, breaking the spear’s balance.

Because Skykiller was so capable and performed a mortal’s thrust at the apogee level, it became easier for Li Qiye to do the same thing and break the balance.

Thus, the flick caused the spear to skirt past the side of his face. He then gently pulled on the spear, causing Skykiller to lunge uncontrollably forward.

However, Skykiller twisted at the waist. His spear performed an arc as he turned, driving the tip again toward Li Qiye’s chest.

Li Qiye smiled and tilted his body, easily evading the attack. Skykiller adjusted by swinging his spear sideways, to which Li Qiye evaded by bending his waist, nearly folding himself in half.

The fight astounded the spectating overlords and immortals. They assumed the fight would have destructive shockwaves, capable of destroying space and time. In reality, this was more of a contest between martial artists, using common spear techniques such as “azure dragon emerges from the sea”, “proud dragon repents”, and “hidden abyss dragon”...

Nonetheless, none dared to get close because they would be dragged to the mortal realm once reaching the spear’s radius.

Skykiller’s techniques had returned to simplicity yet within each strike, there was enough variation and complexity to slay any immortal. Nonetheless, Li Qiye still neutralized them with ease.

“You have let go, but there is still a long way to go.” Li Qiye said before shouting and swinging his hand for a crushing blow.
