Emperor’s Domination

“Revenge?” Li Qiye chuckled.

Alch-deer patted Goldblade’s shoulder and said: “Brother, my ancestor can turn your Isles of Evil to dust with one wave.”

Goldblade trembled mentally since he understood this logic. How could there be any feud between them?

Although half of the nine villains were on the run, they weren’t facing the full force of Desolate Frontier. Their problem was with individuals from the sect alone.

If the armies of Desolate Frontier were to march, their isles would be crushed within minutes. This sect had participated in Immortals Slaughtered and Heavenslay. Destroying the islands would be too easy.

Just this ancestor alone could obliterate them with one wave. Therefore, Goldblade realized he was thinking too highly of themselves. How could this ancestor be here for revenge? They couldn’t possibly do anything to warrant retribution. After calming down, he obeyed and led the way.

Isles of Evil was the name for this misty region. Today, it was covered in fog instead.

For some unknown reason, it was always on the move. This made it difficult for enemies to find the nine villains. Each had their own island and territories, rarely interacting with the others.

One exception was Goldblade and Black Wind who were uncle and nephew.

The most mysterious island belonged to Heavenly Crane. It had a peak known as Immortal Seek.

It could be seen floating in the sky like a rootless peak, barely visible through the clouds and fog. Some said this was the source of fortunes for the area.

However, no one had the privilege of getting close since Heavenly Crane allowed no visitors. Nevertheless, people knew how wonderful it was since it saved his soul from dispersing.

Outside of this peak, other villains occupied the livable islands. The higher the rank, the more islands in their possession.

Black Wind, as the weakest member, had the farthest island away from the center. This was the reason why he often brought his men outside to find victims.

Once the group left Black Wind’s island, they saw lightning bolts flashing around a peak ahead.

The more fog, the stronger the lightning bolts. They seemed to be trying to expand but imperial auras from the surrounding islands stopped them.

“That’s Heavenpray Peak.” Goldblade introduced to the group: “Heavenpray Monarch’s home.”

“What is he doing?” Alch-deer asked.

“Dreaming and judging his disciples ever since the fog came.” Goldblade said.

“Roleplaying as the high heaven?” Alch-deer couldn’t help but laugh.

The group arrived at this peak and saw lightning bolts looming above. They entered and saw a heavenly realm filled with divine light. Each beam shone upon them, making them feel as if this was a divine kingdom.

They saw magnificent temples and majestic deities in all directions. At the center was a supreme divine monarch. All others prostrated before his might.

He had a fiery and lightning aura. Cultivators kneeled next to his feet.

“The way of heaven is clear and evil cannot hide, do you know your sin?” He spoke.

Lightning raged alongside his decree, leaving no room for rejection.

A cultivator kneeling nearby trembled in fear and said: “Your Majesty, I-I’m your disciple and am wholeheartedly loyal, I do not know what sin I have committed...”

“Still unaware of your sin? Then you shall be cast into the eighteenth level of hell as punishment!” The monarch threw a lightning bolt through the victim.

The victim saw a horrific vision of the eighteenth level of hell. The excruciating pain caused him to howl and roll on the ground in agony.

“Who dares to enter the heavenly kingdom, this is a great sin!” The monarch noticed unwelcome intruders.

His eyes widened and released a light enveloping the group.

Goldblade’s saber hummed and crushed the aura. “Bam!” The dream dispersed, revealing an armored desolate god with a radiant glow. His disciples still kneeled before him.

“Heavenpray, enough with your dream.” Goldblade furrowed his brows.

“Why are you here, Goldblade? My dream is not aimed at you, it is meant to judge Imperial League.” The desolate god was surprised to see him.
