I AM the Football Star

”Team Report: The term ’world-class’ is laughable because Lu Yang is simply not a world-class player, and is unlikely to ever be one in the future!”

”Marca: We greatly admire Lu Yang, but he is not yet in a position to speak of being world-class, even though he won the De Laurant Cup with the Italy Team!”

”Asi Bao: Lu Yang 7? This is the boldest branding ever! Even the god of basketball wouldn’t dare name his brand MB23!”

”The first shoe from LY7 is set to be launched at this year’s Milan Fashion Week! In collaboration with top luxury brand Armani!”

”Not a sneaker! LY7’s first product is not a sneaker? What exactly is Lu Yang doing?”

”Poor business decisions! Lu Yang’s team epitomizes what it means to be unprofessional, what it means to be a nouveau riche in business!”

”Armani picked the wrong person! Lu Yang’s commercial value will soon be proven worthless!”

”Apart from the field of football, what kind of product appeal does Lu Yang have? Why is he so confident?”

”LY7’s first product, do you think it will be successful? I bet the sales will struggle to exceed a thousand!”

”A string of the worst operations in history, Lu Yang may declare bankruptcy this year!”

Lu Yang’s personal brand LY7 has sparked widespread discussion.

People do not deny Lu Yang’s success in the field of football.

He is arguably the best young football player on the planet!

No player younger than him has performed so well in the National Team, not to mention winning the European Cup.

But this is solely about football.

French Football’s dedicated reporter CZJJ expressed dissatisfaction with Lu Yang’s commercial activities: ”For a long time, there has always been a desire to overly exploit the personal appeal that belongs to football players.”

”But facts prove that these actions are mostly misguided.”

”On one hand, this causes the players to be distracted, affecting their focus on the field, impacting performance. On the other hand, these commercial activities, without reasonable planning, do not yield positive returns, instead prematurely depleting the players’ personal commercial value.”

”With the rise of a new generation of young stars and increasing restlessness in society, the situation intensifies. Led by Lu Yang, this new generation of stars is making waves in various sectors.”

”But according to statistics, most young stars’ performances have declined to varying degrees over the past year. Including Real Madrid’s Enriquez, Barça’s Mancini, Premier League’s Rashim, and others.”

”In contrast, Poland’s top striker Pavovsky and Melcan, who have less commercial development, are improving overall performance.”

”Excessive commercial development also leads young stars to misjudge their value, leading to excessive demands for transfer fees, signing fees, and salaries.”

”They inflate the salary system further, exacerbating the contamination of Golden Yuan in football, disrupting team salary structures... the downsides are numerous!”

The reporter’s points are quite sharp and have some correctness.

This problem indeed exists.

If Lu Yang’s investment fails, there’s no doubt that his competitive state will be affected.

No one could lose tens of millions one day and still be excitedly running around on the football field; many might only have the strength to climb the rooftop.

Sunshine, a renowned analyst on Wall Street, USA, also agrees with CZJJ’s perspective, commenting, ”When a person becomes obsessed with commercial operations, they cannot focus on any other aspect.”

”Because once you understand the stock market’s trend chart, you’ll know it is the most beautiful and exciting curve in the world. You’ll become addicted, and in turn quit basketball, football, ping pong, games, work, entertainment, and even women and men... You’ll quit everything!”

Such comments clearly reflect Lu Yang’s public opinion situation.

Moreover, it’s not just outsiders or the media; many football players actually resent Lu Yang’s commercial activities too.

But the latter’s resentment is understandable.

We’re all playing football, we’ve been playing longer than you, but why do you earn tens of millions of Euro a year, while we fight to the death for tens or hundreds of thousands?

Even, you can spend tens of millions of Euro a year!

It’s too unfair!

These commercial news even overshadowed football itself, making the end of this transfer window period seem somewhat rushed.

Until Bayern Munich, due to conflicts with Lu Yang at the European Cup, took action against San Remo.

Everyone’s attention returned to football.

”Bundesliga excavator takes action overseas, angrily stabs rival San Remo twice!”

”Lu Yang has gotten into huge trouble! Bayern wants to raid San Remo’s midfield, not just once, but twice!”

”Fifteen Million! Bayern bids for Lam! Intending to take away this young Italy international!”

”Another Fifteen Million! Bayern bids for Serie B’s best defensive player, Kaint! Next season, San Remo has no midfield to use!”

”San Remo refuses Bayern, treating Thirty Million as dirt!”

”Twenty Million! Southern King strikes again! Bayern raises the bid! My mind is made up!”
