After Mirai Saru’s surprise attack, which resulted in Aizen’s arm being severed and the Hōgyoku being seized, he immediately utilized his maximum speed to reach Yusuke’s side, entrusting the Hōgyoku into Yusuke’s possession.

Simultaneously, a swirling vortex of peculiar spiritual energy abruptly manifested in Rukia Kuchiki’s eyes, causing her and her body to vanish from everyone’s sight.

The swiftness of these events was such that almost no one present had time to react. Even the ever-calculating Aizen was momentarily left in a state of utter bewilderment.

The entity responsible for diverting Aizen’s attention was Yusuke’s crow shadow clone, employing the newly acquired ”Shikenjō” (Disorientation) dōjutsu (Pupil Technique), a technique gained following the evolution of Yusuke’s eyes.

By utilizing the ”Shikenjō’s” ability to forcibly redirect a target’s focus, the ever-cautious Aizen experienced a momentary lapse in his vigilance, inadvertently creating the opening for Mirai Saru’s successful surprise attack.

To ensure Mirai Saru’s swift and decisive success, Yusuke had specifically instructed him to refrain from aiming to kill Aizen, focusing solely on securing the Hōgyoku as the primary objective.

This was because, for exceptionally skilled combatants, the intent to kill is a powerfully perceptible aura. If the objective had been Aizen’s assassination, even the ”Shikenjō’s” ability might not have been sufficient to guarantee the success of the surprise attack, potentially resulting in the loss of this incredibly rare opportunity to acquire the Hōgyoku from Aizen.

As for Rukia Kuchiki’s sudden disappearance, this was due to a dōjutsu that Yusuke had previously implanted in her eyes while in the human world.

This technique involved the transfer of Kamui’s spatial jump ability, achieved through the application of dōjutsu techniques, directly into Rukia Kuchiki’s eyes.

”Uchiha Yusuke!!”

Aizen, previously exuding an air of calm confidence, lost his composure. His gaze fixated intensely on Yusuke, his voice low and menacing as he uttered Yusuke’s name.

A spatial vortex slowly materialized in Yusuke’s hand, and he carefully placed the acquired Hōgyoku within the Kamui dimension.

Maintaining a faint smile as he looked at Aizen, Yusuke calmly stated, ”It seems I should be the one expressing gratitude, Captain Aizen.”

Upon witnessing the spatial vortex employed by Yusuke, Kisuke Urahara coldly remarked, ”So, you were the one behind the infiltration of the Seireitei. I never imagined that the Gotei 13 harbored two individuals with such insidious and treacherous intentions—yourself and Aizen.”

Captain-Commander Yamamoto Genryūsai was consumed by unbridled fury. The very existence of Aizen and Yusuke felt like an unbearable insult.

He had always believed that the Gotei 13’s strength was sufficient to maintain the stability of Soul Society, only to now realize that this was nothing more than a deceptive illusion.

A powerful surge of spiritual pressure, fueled by his rage, erupted from Yamamoto Genryūsai. He bellowed, ”Both of you will not escape Soul Society today! All captains, I order you to capture Aizen with all your might! As for Uchiha Yusuke, I will personally deal with him!”

At that moment, Kyōraku Shunsui, having sensed the unusual commotion at Sōkyoku Hill, had returned, overhearing Yamamoto Genryūsai’s command.

After observing the current situation, he was able to deduce a general understanding of the events that had transpired.

Neither Yusuke nor Aizen dared to provoke the now-furious Captain-Commander.

Having realized that the opportunity to obtain the Hōgyoku had been lost, and that even his own Hōgyoku had been stolen, Aizen unexpectedly broke into laughter.

He turned to Yamamoto Genryūsai and said slowly, ”Yamamoto Genryūsai Shigekuni, the individual possessing the greatest power here is neither you nor I, but Uchiha Yusuke. Above the heavens, which you believed had been suppressed by Soul Society for a millennium, there exists a power beyond your wildest imagination!”

As Aizen spoke, Tōsen Kaname and Gin Ichimaru simultaneously retreated to Aizen’s side, and a colossal stone gate, radiating a strange and unsettling spiritual pressure, materialized seemingly out of thin air behind them.

This gate was stained with blood, and two enormous skeletons, bound by heavy shackles, were struggling desperately on either side of the gate.

Upon the gate’s appearance, these two skeletons used their arms to pull open the massive doors, unleashing a chilling aura emanating from the depths of Hell.

”The Hell Gate!”

The captains who possessed knowledge of Hell instantly recognized this gate as the passage connecting to the Hell realm.

The shock and astonishment were not limited to Yusuke and the members of the Gotei 13; even Gin Ichimaru and Tōsen Kaname, standing beside Aizen, displayed clear signs of surprise.

It appeared that even they had not anticipated that the escape route Aizen had previously mentioned was, in fact, Hell itself!

At this juncture, Gin Ichimaru, positioned behind Aizen, began to rapidly weigh his options, contemplating whether to continue his allegiance to Aizen.

His original plan had prioritized the assassination of Aizen as a secondary objective.

His primary goal had been to recover the Hōgyoku from Aizen’s possession, as that Hōgyoku contained a fragment of Rangiku Matsumoto’s soul.

It was precisely because Rangiku Matsumoto’s soul fragment had been taken by Aizen that the exceptionally talented Rangiku Matsumoto would forever be unable to achieve Bankai.

However, now that Yusuke had obtained Aizen’s Hōgyoku, continuing to follow Aizen might offer the opportunity to assassinate him, but the chance to recover Rangiku Matsumoto’s soul fragment would likely be lost forever.

As Gin Ichimaru’s mind raced with indecision, his gaze fell upon the figure of Yusuke standing in the distance, and a new plan suddenly formed in his mind.

”Perhaps, in my role as Aizen’s undercover operative, I could forge an alliance with Uchiha Yusuke!”

With this new strategy in mind, Gin Ichimaru formulated his future actions, resolving to continue his covert operation within Aizen’s ranks.

As for the Seireitei and the Gotei 13, they held no significance in Gin Ichimaru’s calculations. His initial decision to join the Gotei 13 had been solely motivated by his desire to protect his childhood friend, Rangiku Matsumoto!

Unaware of the thoughts swirling within his subordinate’s mind, Aizen turned his attention to Yusuke, the opponent who had inflicted upon him his first taste of defeat, and slowly declared, ”Uchiha Yusuke, this time you have emerged victorious, but our confrontation has only just begun.”

As Aizen spoke, the Hell Gate began to slowly close, leaving no doubt in anyone’s mind that Aizen’s escape from Soul Society was now inevitable.

”Let us all bear witness to which will ultimately triumph—the heavens above or the infernal depths of Hell!”

With Aizen’s final words, the Hell Gate completely sealed shut, disappearing from view.

Following Aizen’s departure, all eyes converged upon Yusuke, Captain-Commander Yamamoto Genryūsai’s immense and unwavering killing intent locked firmly onto him.

At that moment, Byakuya Kuchiki, supporting Kōga Kuchiki, approached Yusuke, clearly demonstrating his unwavering allegiance.

While he was aware that Captain-Commander Yamamoto Genryūsai would likely no longer pursue Rukia Kuchiki’s crime, and that his act of rebellion might therefore go unpunished, Byakuya Kuchiki remained steadfast in his decision.

Having already pledged his loyalty to Yusuke, and with the entire Kuchiki clan, including Rukia Kuchiki and Hisana Kuchiki, having been safely relocated to Hueco Mundo, there was no turning back.

The arrow had been loosed; there was no possibility of retraction.
