Fairy Tail: Collapsing Stars

Chapter 447: The Woman Who Can Freely Control Breast Size

”Hehe~”

Evan and August looked at the Spriggan 12, who were gradually becoming Fairy Tail-ized, with warm smiles.

In this world, no one could escape the influence of the Fairy Tail spirit...

The Fairy Tail spirit was a terrifying force capable of threatening the entire universe. Even in the multiverse, it could be regarded as an extremely infectious viral disaster with an exceptionally high threat level to humanity...

This overwhelming power, capable of infecting others without even requiring contact, was far more terrifying than the T-Virus!

In Evanʼs opinion, even if a god joined Fairy Tail, they would ultimately be unable to escape becoming Fairy Tail-ized!

No matter what kind of existence they were, once they joined Fairy Tail, their way of thinking would gradually become Fairy Tail-like, eventually turning them into one of Fairy Tailʼs members—a proud Fairy Tail mage. That was an inescapable destiny.

This was the true foundation of Fairy Tailʼs strength!

Of course, there was one thing in the Fairy Tail world whose infectious ability surpassed even the Fairy Tail spirit...

Looking throughout the entire Fairy Tail world, the only thing that might surpass it was the Ichiya Virus...

Fortunately, Evan had already eliminated such a terrifying thing before it could develop. After completely taking control of the Magic Council, Evan had only abused his authority once for personal reasons.

That was ordering Jellal and the other Council members, acting in their official capacity, to deliver a command to Blue Pegasusʼs ace mage, Ichiya Vandalay Kotobuki.

The order was simple...

Ichiya was forbidden from privately researching any new fragrances outside the official fragrance catalog registered by the Magic Council ERA. Every fragrance he developed had to be conducted under the Councilʼs strict supervision, with absolutely no exceptions.

After all, the Ichiya Virus ignored differences in magical power and forcibly infected everyone. It was a terrifying fragrance that had already reached the level of a rule-based phenomenon. Evan even believed it could completely replace Etherion and FACE as the Magic Council ERAʼs ultimate trump card...

”Evan, now that the Alvarez Empire has completely merged into Fairy Tail, I think itʼs finally time to begin that plan, isnʼt it?”

August looked at Evan beside him and asked softly.

”Mm!”

”Itʼs time to launch the campaign against the invincible Black Dragon King, Acnologia!”

Evan nodded lightly, making his decision.

Fairy Tail had accumulated enough strength.

The time had finally come to challenge the strongest being walking the surface of Earth-land!

”...”

August exchanged a glance with Evan.

Though he said nothing, the determination shown by his tightly furrowed brows spoke volumes.

The Black Dragon King, Acnologia, was an enemy neither Fairy Tail nor the Alvarez Empire could avoid.

As long as Acnologia remained a threat to Zeref, there was no way around confronting this former human hero...

”Evan, when exactly are you planning to make your move against the great Black Dragon King?”

August asked for a precise timetable.

Even when mentioning Acnologia, August remained respectful.

After all, regardless of whether Acnologia had now descended into madness and obsession, four hundred years ago he had single-handedly ended the Dragon King Festival, exterminating every dragon that waged war across Ishgar and brought destruction to the continent.

That made him a hero of mankind.

Nothing about his current mental state could erase that history.

Unfortunately...

He who slays dragons eventually becomes one.

The hero of old had completely lost himself during four centuries of endless life.

Although he deliberately avoided humanity whenever possible, countless lives were still destroyed by him.

Among those victims were naturally many fools who dreamed of becoming famous by slaying the Black Dragon King.

Endless life and unmatched power eventually caused humanity to record Acnologia in the Apocalypse, transforming him into mankindʼs greatest enemy.

”How about we schedule the campaign against Acnologia for this December?”

”Specifically, on the same day as this yearʼs Fairy Tail S-Class Mage Promotion Trial.”

”That seems like an auspicious day.”

After thinking for a moment, Evan narrowed his eyes slightly and spoke solemnly.

In the original story, the Black Dragon King descended upon Tenrou Island in December of X784, bringing overwhelming despair to Fairy Tailʼs mages.

Then let Acnologia descend upon Tenrou Island once again.

Only this time...

With him and the Dragon Gods present, they would surely prepare an enormous surprise for that little black lizard~

”December, huh...”

”That really is a good choice.”

”Itʼs already around August now. There are still three or four months until early December.”

”That gives these children enough time for one final round of training.”

”The enemies awaiting them are the Black Dragon King, the other Dragon Gods ruling Guiltina, and the lofty gods who toy with mankind while ruling over all life!”

After hearing Evanʼs words, August nodded lightly, though worry filled his heart.

The carefree days Fairy Tail had enjoyed were about to end.

Their future enemies would only become stronger.

The world-destroying Black Dragon King...

The Dragon Gods who ruled entire continents...

And the supreme God of Life, Ankhsaram...

Each stood before Fairy Tail like an unavoidable catastrophe.

Facing such monsters...

Even August, the Magic King himself—the man standing at the pinnacle of humanity—could not guarantee his own survival.

All he could do before the war began was train these children with everything he had, giving them at least enough strength to protect themselves.

Thus...

Both August and Evan had only one sentence for Fairy Tailʼs young mages.

”Dear children... letʼs start grinding!! Letʼs show those lofty Dragon Gods and arrogant deities the power of relentless self-improvement~”

”Fire Dragonʼs Crushing Fist!”

Just as Evan and August were discussing matters concerning the future of all Earth-land and Fairy Tail itself, Natsuʼs flames suddenly came roaring toward them.

”Ahahaha...”

”I finally remembered!”

”Evan! August! You two are S-Class Mages too!”

”In other words... youʼre enemies!”

”Since youʼre enemies, donʼt blame me for showing no mercy!”

”Have you felt the power of my flames?!”

”Now you know how awesome I am!”

Watching Evan and August swallowed by his flames, Natsu burst into wild laughter, proudly celebrating his successful sneak attack.

Boom!

Before Natsu could laugh for long, a violent gust instantly extinguished every flame.

”Evan~”

Holding his staff with one hand, August smiled faintly toward Evan.

The meaning was obvious.

”Got it~”

Evan stretched his body lightly before walking step by step toward Natsu.

”...I have a really bad feeling about this...”

Seeing Evan approach, Natsu instinctively sensed danger.

His body trembled slightly.

Cold sweat appeared across his forehead.

Even so...

He showed no intention of retreating.

His eyes still burned with fighting spirit.

”Iʼm all fired up!”

As the fear within him reached its peak, Natsuʼs fighting instinct finally overwhelmed his reason.

Knowing full well he wasnʼt Evanʼs or Augustʼs opponent...

He still charged toward them.

”We donʼt have time to play games with you!”

Evan and August spoke almost simultaneously.

Then...

Both threw a punch at the same time.

”AAAAAH!!”

In an instant...

Natsu was punched straight through Fairy Tailʼs newly repaired ceiling, disappearing into the sky.

”Natsuʼs flying~”

”Heʼs flying really high~”

Watching his best friend disappear into the heavens, Happy merely flapped his wings while floating in the air.

He showed absolutely no intention of helping.

”Happy! Natsu got blasted away!”

”Why are you just standing there?!”

”Arenʼt you going to help him?”

Even Lucy couldnʼt stand it anymore and shouted at Happy.

”Aye~”

Happy nodded in agreement.

”Donʼt ʼAyeʼ me!”

”You stupid cat! Go help him!”

Lucy shouted helplessly.

”Itʼs time to end this ridiculous farce.”

At the same time...

Evan and August exchanged a glance.

Just one look was enough for them to understand exactly what the other intended.

The two strode forward with overwhelming pressure toward the Fairy Tail members still beating each other up.

”Itʼs Evan and August?!”

”So theyʼre finally making their move too?”

”Donʼt be afraid, everyone!”

”As long as we charge together, weʼll survive a little longer!”

”Attack!!”

The Fairy Tail mages froze for a moment before shouting their battle cry and charging together.

”Hehe...”

Facing the overwhelming crowd...

Evan and August merely smiled lightly.

Then both slowly raised a hand.

BOOM!!

With an earth-shaking explosion...

The rebellion launched by Fairy Tailʼs ordinary mages against the S-Class Mages ended beneath an overwhelming eruption of magical power.

Peace was restored...

The moment Evan and August attacked, even Magnolia Town shook violently.

”Whatʼs happening?”

”An earthquake?!”

Tourists lured to Magnolia by Fairy Tailʼs beautifully edited promotional video panicked as they looked around.

To their surprise...

The townʼs longtime residents didnʼt react at all.

They calmly continued smoking and going about their business.

”Puff...”

”Donʼt panic.”

”Itʼs only a magnitude seven or eight earthquake.”

”No need to worry.”

An old man puffed leisurely on his pipe as he reassured the tourists.

”Hey, hey, hey!”

”You literally said magnitude seven or eight!”

”How am I supposed not to panic?!”

The tourist stared in disbelief.

He couldnʼt imagine what the people of Magnolia had gone through to remain completely calm in the face of such an earthquake.

”Puff...”

”Young man, donʼt panic so easily.”

”When youʼre my age, youʼll realize...”

”Compared to meteor impacts, orbital laser bombardments, kilometer-wide fireballs falling from the sky, asteroids crashing into continents, the town getting stuck between two worlds because of spatial displacement, or even the moon falling...”

”A mere magnitude-seven earthquake is nothing.”

The old man calmly explained while smoking.

”No, no, no!”

”I donʼt think Iʼll ever experience any of those disasters even if I live to your age!”

”Honestly, itʼs a miracle youʼre still alive!”

the tourist complained.

”Heh.”

”Thatʼs hardly what Iʼd call a miracle.”

”Youʼve just seen too little.”

”Iʼm telling you, I once saw a kid whose hair was literally on fire headbutt a meteor.”

The Magnolia resident recalled the scene proudly.

”...”

The tourist fell silent.

Looking at the old manʼs completely sincere expression...

He couldnʼt say another word.

Only one thought remained in his mind.

Iʼm never coming back to Magnolia.

This isnʼt a place where ordinary people can survive.

Meanwhile...

Inside Fairy Tail...

Every mage participating in the brawl was lying flat on the floor.

Only Evan and August remained standing.

”August... Evan Belserion...”

”Unfathomable...”

The Spriggan 12 had been defeated as effortlessly as nameless foot soldiers.

The enormous guild hall was now covered with groaning bodies, resembling a battlefield.

However...

Evanʼs attacks werenʼt meaningless.

Every strike secretly attached his Haki to anyone who had not yet received it.

Naturally...

What he granted was only Level 1 Haki.

How far each person could develop it afterward depended entirely upon themselves.

Evan had already done everything within his power.

Incidentally...

Both Armament Haki and Observation Haki could be bestowed upon anyone.

There was virtually no prerequisite.

Conquerorʼs Haki, however, was completely different.

Because of its unique nature, it possessed an enormous threshold.

Only those born with the qualifications of a king could truly possess it.

Even if Evan forcibly attached the seed of Conquerorʼs Haki to someone lacking that potential through his overwhelming Enchantment Magic...

It was meaningless.

Their Conquerorʼs Haki would never grow stronger alongside them.

It would remain forever at the exact level Evan had originally granted.

As for Evan himself...

Through relentless effort day after day...

His Haki had finally advanced from Level 11 to Level 12.

His progress was remarkably rapid.

To that...

Evan simply smiled.

”This is the result of hard work.”

”Erza, letʼs go~”

Having finished distributing his Haki to Fairy Tailʼs mages, Evan had accomplished his objective.

He waved toward Erza, who had fled upstairs the moment Evan and August entered the battle.

”Okay, Big Brother Evan~”

Hearing Evanʼs call, Erza immediately jumped down from the guildʼs second floor and landed beside him.

The siblings then left Fairy Tail together.

As for Irene...

She had already opened a portal and departed before the guild descended into civil war.

”Ah...”

After Evan and Erza left...

Only the countless defeated challengers remained sprawled across the guild hall.

They groaned in pain beneath the beating Evan and August had given them.

Even with vitality rivaling magical beasts...

The pain was unbearable.

”Revenge!”

At that moment...

Every Fairy Tail mage shared the same thought.

They would defeat Evan...

And August.

Although...

None of them had the slightest idea how they could ever become that strong.

Still...

Within only a few minutes, Evan and August had completely changed the fate of Fairy Tail.

The guild had entered a brand-new era.

An era the two of them called...

The Great Competitive Grinding Era.

...

Time flew.

A week passed in the blink of an eye.

It had now been one week since the Spriggan 12 joined Fairy Tail.

During that short week...

The former barriers between them and Fairy Tail had completely disappeared.

”Cheers, brothers!”

The Desert King, Ajeel—once a prince from a western kingdom—had long since lost his former pride.

Holding a mug of alcohol, he drank shoulder to shoulder with Fairy Tailʼs resident alcoholics.

One week...

That was all it had taken for the proud prince to become completely assimilated, spending every day drinking with the guildʼs rowdy crowd.

Anyone who hadnʼt known Ajeel before would never believe how he used to behave.

”Dimaria...”

”Your magic controls time, right?”

Meanwhile...

Ultear approached Dimaria, who also wielded time magic.

In truth...

Ultear had become interested in Dimaria ever since she watched her battle against Gildarts.

After all...

Time Magic was even rarer than Dragon Slayer Magic or God Slayer Magic.

If not for meeting Dimaria, Ultear would have believed Arc of Time was the worldʼs only time-related magic.

”Thatʼs right.”

”My magic manipulates time.”

”But... how did you figure that out?”

Dimaria asked curiously.

To everyone except herself, her magic occurred in an instant.

Almost nobody could tell what kind of magic she actually used.

The moment they realized...

They had already lost.

Her battle with Gildarts had simply been an exception.

”Because...”

”My magic is also related to time~”

Ultear smiled.

With a wave of her hand, she summoned the lacrima she always carried.

As she activated her magic before Dimaria...

Her bright eyes suddenly glowed white.

Faint clock faces appeared within both pupils.

The clock in her left eye rotated clockwise...

While the one in her right eye rotated counterclockwise.

”This is...”

”The power of time!”

Feeling Ultearʼs magic, sweat appeared on Dimariaʼs forehead.

This was the first time she had ever sensed Time Magic from another person.

”Would you be interested...”

”In exchanging our experiences and understanding of Time Magic?”

After demonstrating both her overwhelming magical power and her ability to manipulate the time of inanimate objects, Ultear extended an invitation.

”Gladly~”

Dimaria immediately accepted.

She herself had become extremely curious about Ultear.

Just as Ultear had long searched for someone else capable of wielding Time Magic...

Dimaria had also been searching for companions who could manipulate time.

”Sigh...”

Watching the two leave together, Brandish finally relaxed.

She had honestly been worried Dimaria wouldnʼt find any friends in Fairy Tail.

Apparently...

She had worried for nothing.

Compared to Dimaria...

She herself was probably the one least likely to make friends.

Brandish was simply too lazy.

She disliked talking to people.

All she wanted to do was lie down quietly.

”Ah...”

”A life where nobody bothers me is wonderful~”

Brandish smiled beautifully.

After the S-Class Mage Challenge ended...

Lucy had already gone out on a job with Natsu and the others.

At present...

Aside from Dimaria, Brandish had no acquaintances left inside Fairy Tail.

Now even Dimaria had been dragged away by Ultear.

In other words...

She was finally free.

Best of all...

Unlike the Alvarez Empire, nobody in Fairy Tail forced missions upon her.

As long as she had enough money to support herself...

She could spend every day lying around.

Those days of constantly handling administrative work throughout her territory in Alvarez...

Were finally over.

”Um...”

”Big Sister Brandish...”

”I heard your magic can freely make things bigger and smaller... is that true?”

Just as Brandish lazily rested on a table enjoying her peaceful life...

A soft, timid voice reached her ears.

”Hm?”

Turning around...

She saw an adorable blue-haired girl blinking nervously.

Like a small animal separated from its parents...

The girlʼs eyes were filled with both curiosity and fear.

”What a cute girl~”

Brandish silently evaluated her.

”She looks about twelve or thirteen...”

”Oh right.”

”Girls this age usually want to see what theyʼll look like when they grow up.”

”So...”

”She probably came to me because she wants to see her future appearance?”

”Hehe...”

”Interesting.”

Brandish smiled.

”Big Sister Brandish...”

”Did I bother you?”

”Iʼm sorry...”

”P-Please just pretend I never said anything...”

The blue-haired girl panicked, believing Brandishʼs silence meant sheʼd become annoyed.

She hurriedly apologized.

”Haha.”

”Itʼs okay.”

”You didnʼt bother me.”

”As you can see...”

”Iʼm just lying here doing absolutely nothing.”

Brandish tilted her head and smiled gently.

”So big...”

The blue-haired girl stared at Brandish and secretly swallowed.

”What did you say?”

Brandish blinked.

She wondered if sheʼd misheard.

”N-Nothing...”

The girl hurriedly shook her head.

”Um...”

”Big Sister Brandish.”

”Please allow me to introduce myself.”

”My name is Wendy.”

”Wendy Marvell.”

”Iʼm a Dragon Slayer Mage of Fairy Tail.”

”My Dragon Slayer Magic is Sky Dragon Slayer Magic.”

”And...”

”Iʼm also the vice president of Fairy Tailʼs Flat Chest Association.”

Wendy proudly introduced herself.

”Mm, mm.”

”I know who you are...”

”...Wait.”

”What association did you just say youʼre the vice president of?”

Brandish nodded at first.

Lucy had mentioned Wendy in her letters before.

According to Lucy...

Wendy was the only normal person in Fairy Tail.

Brandish had agreed.

Right up until now.

”The Flat Chest Association?”

”I must have heard wrong...”

Brandish twitched.

She tried convincing herself.

”Iʼm the vice president of Fairy Tailʼs Flat Chest Association!”

Thinking Brandish genuinely hadnʼt heard, Wendy repeated herself earnestly.

”So I really didnʼt mishear...”

Brandishʼs eyelids twitched violently.

A terrible premonition welled up inside her.

”I actually came today to ask you for a favor.”

”I heard your Shape Magic can freely enlarge or shrink matter.”

”You can even change the size of another personʼs body.”

”And even individual body parts...”

”So...”

”Could you make my boobs a little bigger?”

”Please...”

Wendy looked at Brandish sincerely.

She confessed her lifelong dream.

”I...”

Brandish instinctively wanted to refuse.

But...

Looking into Wendyʼs eyes filled with hope...

She hesitated.

”Please!”

Sensing Brandishʼs hesitation, Wendy clasped her hands together.

Her adorable face overflowed with expectation.

”...You...”

After hesitating for a while...

Brandish finally surrendered to Wendyʼs overwhelming cuteness.

There was nothing she could do.

Wendy really was as adorable as a kitten.

”Sigh...”

”...Fine.”

”Iʼll help you.”

Brandish sighed.

She wasnʼt sure whether this was the right decision.

But she agreed anyway.

”Thank you so much, Big Sister Brandish~”

”Youʼre the savior of Fairy Tailʼs Flat Chest Association!”

”Oh, by the way...”

”Besides me...”

”Our president and executive committee members would also like to ask for your help.”

Hearing Brandish agree...

Wendy happily hugged her, rubbing her face affectionately against Brandishʼs cheek like an adorable kitten.

Perhaps because sheʼd grown up with Carla...

She unconsciously copied Carlaʼs habit of expressing affection that way.

”...”

But when Brandish realized Wendy wasnʼt the only one needing her ”help”...

She completely froze.

Who on earth had told her Wendy was Fairy Tailʼs only normal person?

Was this obsession with huge breasts really something a normal person should have?

Brandish had said it from the very beginning.

”Heh... Fairy Tail?”

”Thereʼs not a single normal person in that guild~”
