Global Lords: I Have Information System

In Zong Shen’s view, the Lion Skeleton Knights might be weaker than the contemporary Tier Five Human Knights.

But they won’t be much weaker.

Such combat strength is already challenging enough.

Fewer in number, they are easier to handle, but if they are many, Zong Shen and his team might not win.

Moreover, as Undead Creatures, their greatest advantage isn’t merely reflected in pure combat strength.

The reason the Undead Calamity could once sweep across the continent was due to the traits of the Undead.

They fear neither life nor death, have no emotions, no sense of pain, high execution rate, won’t hesitate in slaughter, and no matter how fierce the enemy’s assault, they remain unwavering.

As long as there exists a high-tier undead capable of commanding, once these monsters group up, it’s truly a calamity.

These two issues combined become a major problem.

”How to eliminate the Skeleton Knights without alerting the Fishmen...”

”And still ensure the safety of subsequent excavations.”

”Ah, it’s really difficult!”

Zong Shen smirked, suddenly feeling that this expedition was indeed challenging.

After thinking it over several times, no reliable plan emerged.

At least, based on the known information, this operation would be extremely tough.

Fortunately, he had several more hours to research further.

Baron Bezos and his team would take at least five hours to arrive.

This time is the best opportunity for preparatory work.

The Guide Module can provide detailed information, but specific details require his own observation.

As the saying goes, seeing once is better than hearing a hundred times; it can be applied here.

At present, Zong Shen planned to go down the mountain to investigate.

He must first ascertain the status of the ruins to consider the next moves.

Although those Fishmen are closely monitoring this place, they won’t operate at the foot of the mountain.

Perhaps consider luring those Lion Skeleton Knights to the Fishmen.

Zong Shen, sitting cross-legged at the edge of the cliff, quietly pondered.

A gentle breeze blew from north to south, allowing him to face the current difficulties more calmly.

Wenresa and others were freely moving along the cliff, observing the situation at the mountaintop while keeping watch.

Madeleine, having advanced to a Tier Four Strong Strike Ranger, stood beside Zong Shen, gazing at the lake lost in thought.

With the Eagle Eye enhancement, her vision was extraordinarily sharp compared to ordinary people, but she still couldn’t see the situation at the lake shore clearly.

To talk about vision at a distance is just absurd.

Zong Shen paused his thinking, turned his head, saw Madeleine standing next to him, and casually handed the Single-Person Telescope to her.

”Madeleine, take a look with the telescope.”

”With your vision, you should be able to see more clearly.”

Hearing Zong Shen’s words, Madeleine nodded, reached out, and took the telescope.

The size of this thing wasn’t small, and it was heavy in her hand.

Madeleine stepped back a few paces before positioning the lens near her right eye.

During this time, she moved left and right, adjusting the observation position.

After a while, Madeleine finally lowered the telescope and pointed northward.

”Sir, there is a stone tower on the north shore of this lake.”

”It looks like it might be an altar.”

”Additionally, the number of grass huts on the north shore is greater than on the east and west shores.”

”There are also some strange buildings resembling large ponds.”

Madeleine reported what she saw to Zong Shen.

After hearing her report, Zong Shen didn’t say much more.

He casually took the telescope and nodded slightly.

”I understand.”

”You guys wait for me at the mountaintop.”

”I’ll go check it out myself.”

Zong Shen stored the telescope in the Storage Grid and leapt off the cliff without looking back.

In an instant as he descended, he activated the Floating Technique.

Pale azure Wind Spirit Energy enveloped him, making his body as light as a feather.

Madeleine had just wanted to say something, but Zong Shen was already out of sight.

This method of departure was indeed somewhat erratic!

The cliff had a drop of five to six hundred meters; below lay the dense forest at the mid-mountain.

Zong Shen used the Floating Technique to control his body, steadily landing in the dense forest on the mountain.

He decided to act as a Scout himself to examine the status of the ruins.

If necessary, he might have to utilize the Illusory Mask of the Shapeshifter (Purple) or Transformation Potion (Blue) to disguise as a Shallow Water Fishman and infiltrate the Rapids Tribe to check the situation.

However, being human, transforming into a Fishman, the Transformation Potion might be somewhat inadequate.

He should probably use the Illusory Mask of the Shapeshifter (Purple) for it.

Regardless, he needed to reach the foot of the mountain first.

Zong Shen landed in the forest, scanning the surroundings.

He didn’t find anything suspicious, suggesting the ruins weren’t located here.

”Please guide me to the location of the ruins!”

Using his intention, he conveyed a request to the Guide Module.

Almost instantly, he received a response, and a conspicuous golden indicator appeared before him.

With a clear target, Zong Shen floated up once more, heading towards the foot of the mountain.

Flying is certainly faster than walking.

Leaving the forest at the mid-mountain, the area below opened up suddenly.

It was a wide open space extending downhill, without plants or rocks, only large patches of dark, soft soil.

This place was approximately two kilometers in a straight line from the lake.

Of course, the straight-line distance here refers to the South Shore.

While to the Fishmen outpost points on the east and west shores, the path is at least five to six kilometers.
