Peerless Divine Doctor

Chapter 585: Chapter 585 Can you compare with your sister?_1

”So, what do you plan to do? According to our intelligence, the charitable gala is tonight, held within the Prime Minister’s residence. Security will surely be tight, and it won’t be easy to blend in,” Leng Ruobing’s eyes turned towards Ye Luo.

Ye Luo’s eyes flickered for a moment before he said, ”Do you think Yamaguchi Momoe will be invited to this charitable gala?”

Mingyue and Leng Ruobing both narrowed their eyes at Ye Luo, ”Are you thinking of using Yamaguchi Momoe to get in?”

”The Yamaguchi Family, being one of the Island Country’s premier families, will naturally be on the invitation list, and Yamaguchi Momoe, as an outstanding figure in the Island Country’s business world, will surely attend. But are you sure Yamaguchi Momoe will take you inside? And even if you do get into the Prime Minister’s residence, it won’t be easy to snatch the Dragon Head,” Leng Ruobing said, her eyes sparkling.

”As long as I get inside, there will naturally be a way,” Ye Luo said, his lips curling up to reveal a playful smile.

Ye Luo arrived at the Yamaguchi Family’s place.

”Ye Luo, you’ve come.”

Seeing Ye Luo’s arrival, Yamaguchi Momoe seemed very enthusiastic, with a slight smile on her lips.

”I’ve come to rid your father of the last remnants of the drug,” Ye Luo said outright.

”Mm!”

Yamaguchi Momoe nodded, leading Ye Luo to Yamaguchi Yūfu’s room to begin the removal of the last parts of the drug.

”Mr. Yamaguchi, the drugs that were controlling your mind have been completely cleared. However, if the people from the Amaterasu Shrine get wind of this, they’ll likely resort to other tactics,” Ye Luo remarked after finishing the procedure.

”I wonder why the Amaterasu Shrine would do such a thing,” Ye Luo stated, his gaze fixed on Yamaguchi Yūfu, filled with curiosity and puzzlement about the Temple and its occupants.

”This matter is complicated, and I’m truly unable to disclose it. Regardless, you are a benefactor to the Yamaguchi Family; you’ve saved my daughter and my life. Momoe, make sure you take good care of Mr. Ye as a token of my gratitude,” Yamaguchi Yūfu instructed his daughter.

Yamaguchi Momoe nodded at her father, ”Don’t worry, Father, I will.”

”By the way, I won’t be attending the charity gala tonight. It will suffice if you go on my behalf,” Yamaguchi Yūfu continued, and Ye Luo’s eyes narrowed.

”Alright then, Father, you should rest well,” Yamaguchi Momoe said before leading Ye Luo out of the room.

”Mr. Ye, lunchtime is upon us. Stay for a meal today; I will cook myself,” Yamaguchi Momoe suddenly proposed to Ye Luo.

”Miss Momoe, you can cook?” Ye Luo asked, a hint of surprise in his eyes.

”Is that so surprising?” Yamaguchi Momoe asked curiously.

Ye Luo chuckled, ”Miss Momoe, you are a business elite, and also the heiress to the Yamaguchi Family. I thought someone like you would never have set foot in a kitchen.”

”In our Island Country, cooking is an essential skill every Island Country woman must possess, no matter who she is. After marriage, they must manage household affairs and keep their husbands at ease as a virtuous wife, so I have been learning how to cook from a very young age,” Yamaguchi Momoe explained calmly.

”I see. Well then, I shall get to experience Miss Momoe’s culinary skills,” Ye Luo took her up on the offer, following her into a villa, where he took a seat on the couch, and Yamaguchi Momoe entered the kitchen.

Not long after, Yamaguchi Kiyoshi appeared, her eyes directly sought out Ye Luo as she walked over.

”Is there something you need, Miss Kiyoshi?” Ye Luo inquired as he regarded Yamaguchi Kiyoshi.

Yamaguchi Momoe was dressed in a sexy outfit, with large swaths of her pale skin exposed without reserve. She walked directly over to Ye Luo and sat down beside him, pressing her body close to his, allowing him a clear view of the deep cleavage and her two fair and tender peaks.

”Mr. Ye, do you think I’m beautiful?” Yamaguchi Momoe asked with a coquettish smile, her eyeshadow-adorned eyes shimmering with seductive light, one hand gliding across Ye Luo’s chest.

”What do you mean by this, Miss Momoe?” Ye Luo’s countenance remained very composed as he looked at Yamaguchi Momoe, who once again leaned closer, her entire body pressing against him.

”Can you tell me what your relationship with my sister is, and what were you doing with her in my father’s room for so long?” Yamaguchi Momoe whispered into Ye Luo’s ear, her breath warm against his skin.

”Sorry, no comment!”

Ye Luo replied coldly, which made Yamaguchi Momoe’s expression darken.

”Also, Miss Momoe, I have to say, you are far behind your sister,” Ye Luo said bluntly as he looked at Yamaguchi Momoe.

”What do you mean? Are you saying I’m inferior to my sister?” Yamaguchi Momoe’s gaze turned icy, her cold eyes fixed on Ye Luo.

”Your grapes are so purple they cannot be more purple, and your ’wood ears’ are so black they cannot be blacker, do you really think you can compare to your sister? I have no interest in women like you,” Ye Luo said unapologetically, his words almost causing Yamaguchi Momoe to erupt.

”You bastard, you...” Yamaguchi Momoe glared at Ye Luo, anger uncontrollable, her face twisting with rage and her eyes flashing a gloomy light.

”Excellent!”

Yamaguchi Momoe spat coldly, rising to leave the room.

”Momoe! Why are you here?”

At that moment, Yamaguchi Ruo Bing walked out of the kitchen and called out to Yamaguchi Momoe, but the latter completely ignored Yamaguchi Ruo Bing and walked out.

”What happened to her? Did something happen between you two?” Yamaguchi Ruo Bing looked at Ye Luo with some confusion.

”Nothing, I just told her some things, she might be contemplating them,” Ye Luo said with a smile on his face.

Soon, Yamaguchi Ruo Bing had prepared a table full of dishes, aromatic and appetizing.

”Come, try and see how it tastes?”

”Mm, the flavor is really good, Miss Ruo Bing, your culinary skills are indeed impressive, just as outstanding as your business capabilities,” Ye Luo sampled a dish, nodded, and spoke with a smile.

”Thanks for the compliment,” Yamaguchi Ruo Bing said, her lips curving into a bright smile.

”Miss Ruo Bing truly fits the saying, ’A woman who can both hold court and run a kitchen.’ Whoever marries you will surely be very happy,” Ye Luo said with a smile.

A rare blush of shyness painted Yamaguchi Ruo Bing’s cheeks.

While eating, Ye Luo looked at Yamaguchi Ruo Bing and asked, ”By the way, I heard from your father about a charity event earlier, what is that about?”

”Oh, that charity banquet is hosted by the Prime Minister’s wife. It invites the elite and celebrities from the Island Country, contributing some valuable items for auction. The funds raised from the auction will be donated in full to those in need. I will be attending on behalf of the Yamaguchi Family tonight,” Yamaguchi Ruo Bing explained in a nonchalant tone.
