The Female Lead Decides to Act Wickedly

Chapter 931: Chapter 361: My Sister Is Reborn (Part 5)_2

Back home, He Tiantian saw the familiar and cozy house, and her whole body relaxed.

She flopped right onto the sofa and sprawled out without any composure.

”Tiantian, what do you want for lunch? Mom will make it for you!”

Mrs. He saw He Tiantian in this posture and instead of scolding her, she was overjoyed.

Her daughter was back to her old self, instead of lying sick on a hospital bed.

While gently asking her daughter, she bent over to take off her shoes and put on slippers for her.

”Braised pork, oil-braised shrimp, sauced pig trotters, oh, and stir-fried intestines!”

He Tiantian rattled off several heavy, oily dishes without pause.

Having no choice, after spending a week in the hospital with nothing but bland meals, He Tiantian had long been craving, her eyes practically glowing green.

Uh, so, she was rushing to be discharged from the hospital; aside from the inconvenience of staying there, her cravings were largely to blame.

Only after leaving the hospital could she indulge in lavish meals and enjoy the cuisine she’s been yearning for.

Seeing her daughter salivate while talking, Mrs. He was amused, ”Okay, okay, mom will make it for you!”

This little glutton, it was only a few days of hospital food and she’s already this hungry.

Mrs. He went to He Tiantian’s bedroom to get a throw pillow and a thin blanket, she placed the pillow under her daughter’s head and covered her with the blanket.

She thoughtfully helped to turn on the TV and tuned to her daughter’s favorite channel.

After finishing all this, Mrs. He went to the kitchen, washed and cut, then brought out a fruit platter.

The fruits were not only peeled but also cut into small pieces with small forks stuck in them.

Mrs. He didn’t put the fruit platter on the coffee table but placed it directly on the sofa next to He Tiantian.

”Tiantian, have some fruit first, mom is going to buy groceries!”

”Oh, by the way, mom also bought a cellphone, the number is written in our family phone book, if you need anything, just call mom!”

After bustling around, Mrs. He still couldn’t rest easy, she flashed the newly bought bar phone in front of her daughter.

She pointed to the landline on the corner table of the sofa, and right next to it was the phone book.

He Tiantian casually picked up a piece of apple with a fork, eating leisurely while watching TV, she casually nodded to her mother’s words, ”Got it, mom!”

Mrs. He arranged everything meticulously, but she still felt uneasy.

Holding the phone and carrying a grocery basket, after stepping out of the house, Mrs. He suddenly thought, ”Right, I can directly buy Tiantian a phone too, store all the important numbers in it, so that if something really happens, Tiantian wouldn’t even need to flip through the phone book.”

The more Mrs. He thought about it, the more she liked the idea. Although she was a housewife who could stay with her daughter every day.

But her daughter still needed to go out, learn painting, she couldn’t watch her every minute, could she?

Having a phone, if her daughter really encountered trouble, she could call for help immediately!

Mrs. He, thinking of this, quickly used her phone to call her husband.

After listening to Mrs. He’s explanation, Mr. He found it very reasonable.

However, Mr. He was more rational than Mrs. He, and he had previously seen He Tianxin’s certain emotional fluctuations.

After pondering a moment, Mr. He said, ”Buy! Buy two identical phones, Xinxin is grown up too, she should have a phone!”

”What? Also buy one for Xinxin? She’s still a student!”

Mrs. He was a bit reluctant.

It’s not that she didn’t care for her daughter, but phones were still considered luxury items at this time.

Even many working people may not be willing to buy one, He Tianxin as a current university student didn’t have any business, why would she need a phone?

”Tiantian is also a student! She’s even younger than Xinxin!” Mr. He said firmly.

Mrs. He subconsciously replied, ”Tiantian’s situation is special, we’re buying her a phone so she can contact people anytime. However, Xinxin—” She’s healthy, the dormitory also has a card phone, when she first started university, we even bought her a pager with Chinese display, she can contact home anytime!

Besides, He Tianxin is studying in the Provincial City, she can come home every weekend.

Mrs. He really could not think of any need for the eldest daughter to have a phone!

”Xinxin is also our daughter!”

Mr. He cut off Mrs. He’s words and said in a deep voice following her tone, ”I know you care for Tiantian, and Tiantian does indeed need a phone!”

”But, as parents, we must be fair to all our children!”

”Partial parenting can lead to conflicts among siblings.”

”Also, we cannot overlook Xinxin just because she’s healthy and sensible.”
