The Female Lead Decides to Act Wickedly

Chapter 535: Chapter 223: The Top-grade Classical Prose (Part 15)_2

Hua Country’s first generation computer was the Model 103, while the second generation was 104.

He Tiantian was jokingly called ”101,” indicating that she was even more impressive than the 103 and 104.

As electronic computers were being upgraded, He Tiantian’s knowledge base also needed to be updated.

”Right! Yes, yes, bring all the materials from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and other relevant departments to Comrade He. Additionally, bring in the foreign documents as well!”

When the higher-ups gave the word, everyone below acted swiftly.

He Tiantian’s room was filled with various documents, notebooks, and theses.

Far from being intimidated by the massive amounts of information, she was quickly flipping through each book.

The speed at which she read left the soldiers who had been with He Tiantian for a while completely astounded.

And then, the auntie and doctor sent to take care of He Tiantian’s health were shocked to the point of dropping their jaws.

This, was she really reading or just joking around?

But soon, they realized that Engineer He was certainly not joking; she genuinely had the ability to read ten lines at a glance, never forgetting what she saw.

After skimming through a small pile of documents, He Tiantian leaned over her desk and swiftly wrote out a set of data.

”Artificial rainmaking??”

The leaders, when they received this material, couldn’t help but be surprised.

The information that He Tiantian ”copied” out mostly involved missiles and Mushroom Eggs.

Hence, the leaders thought she excelled in military matters.

But they didn’t expect her to be an expert in artificial rainmaking too.

”...Well, when we delivered the materials to Comrade He, we basically didn’t restrict anything and sent a bit of everything.”

The staff hurriedly explained.

In Hua Country, the first artificial rainfall had already been conducted last year.

But at that time, the technology was immature, with too many limitations and costs too high to be widely implemented.

”How does Comrade He’s set of technical documents compare to the set we used before?”

Not being familiar with these overly technical matters, the leader directly asked for a comparison with previous examples.

”Excellent! Much better! It’s highly operable, and the costs can be controlled!”

The staff had already roughly reviewed the set of documents and found them very feasible.

”Good, then let’s give it a try!” The leader made a decisive decision and immediately issued the command.

Following that, He Tiantian brought out a piece of information on improved fertilizer technology.

Leader: ...Comrade He really understands the principle that ”food is the paramount necessity of the people,” with both rain and fertilizer, making sure the crops in the fields grow well.

However, a technology that benefits the national economy and people’s livelihood is good technology.

With more convenient artificial rainfall and a new yield-increasing fertilizer, the food crisis was indeed alleviating.

The R-type missile from Factory 3518 was successfully manufactured in time for the National Day, becoming a gift presented for the celebration.

Additionally, the steel plant subordinate to Factory 3518 also produced a special steel that not only facilitated experiments and production at Factory 3518 but also popularized this technology nationwide.

And there’s also the prematurely exploding Mushroom Egg!

”...The historical background of the plot has changed, what on earth is happening?”

”Could it be that I, as a tiny butterfly, could really bring about such a huge change?”

He Tiantian, this ”101,” was top secret, known only to a select few. Even the He Family’s relatives and friends were hardly aware of her existence.

Let alone the general public.

Although the female lead, Xiao Nan, had the Protagonist Halo, she did not have the God’s Eye View.

Seeing news reports in the newspapers that were somewhat different from the history she was familiar with, she couldn’t help but feel a bit worried.

She feared that as the female lead, she had changed the entire world.

Had the course of history changed, would this world within the book collapse?

She, her lover, and her family, could they all suffer consequences?

Xiao Nan was filled with such worries despite having the godlike ”Red Packet Group.” She had never exposed it.

To keep the secret, she dared not reveal the high-tech technology that could change the country and the world.

But now, she had done nothing, yet the country had still undergone significant changes, and Xiao Nan felt increasingly afraid.

She had thought about subtly passing some information to her dear boyfriend by ”hinting,” but feeling the changes in the outside world, Xiao Nan shrank back.

Let’s just forget it, she thought. The country had already become different from her memory. If she flapped her wings a few more times, causing a greater storm, what if her ”familiar with the plot” Golden Finger became ineffective?

Xiao Nan didn’t give Su Zhichen any ”inspiration,” but the male lead was the male lead after all.

Without the help of the female lead, he occasionally had bursts of inspiration and came up with a decent invention.

At this time, He Weiguo wasn’t killed by his sister as in the original plot, but was instead transferred to the foreign affairs department.

The plot took a slight detour, then got back on track—the male lead shifted from being one of two heroes standing side by side to shining alone.

He became the most outstanding new generation in the research institute.

Of course, his achievements this lifetime weren’t as high as in the original plot.

But among his peers, he was still outstanding.

The female lead also successfully made a name for herself in the literary world.

Time passed quickly, and over a year had gone by, with He Tiantian always in Capital City.

However, the units she was ”seconded” to were quite numerous.

This month she was at the Atomic Energy Research Institute, next month at a military factory.

In another two months, she went to the vast Gobi Desert.

But no matter where she was ”seconded” to, her treatment was always the best.

There were security personnel, accompanying doctors, and a live-in aunt.

He Tiantian’s days consisted of eating and writing; she didn’t care about, nor did she need to worry about, anything else.

So when He Tiantian was getting ready to go abroad with the foreign affairs department’s work group and was reminded to exchange some foreign currency, she blurted out, ”Money? I, I don’t have any money!”

”How could you not? Engineer He, you have a salary, and bonuses, and besides, you received a project bonus for the successful research!”

The speaker was Aunt Zhang, assigned by the organization to take care of He Tiantian’s daily life. She was in her forties.

Her husband was a retired soldier, her son a factory worker, and because she was registered as a rural resident, she didn’t have a job, making her family situation somewhat difficult.

It just so happened that when He Tiantian was working at the Capital City Steel Factory and needed a live-in aunt, the unit leaders brought in Aunt Zhang.

Aunt Zhang, although illiterate, was very sensible, neat, and quick on her feet.

Her daughter was only three years younger than He Tiantian, so she took care of He Tiantian as if she were her own daughter.

”Salary? I have a salary?” He Tiantian said, looking completely detached from the mundane world; not because she was pretending, but because she really didn’t need to concern herself with these matters after successfully establishing herself as a Human-shaped Computer.

Her clothing, food, housing, and transportation were all taken care of by National Daddy. She just needed to say the word, and any scarce resources would be delivered to her.

Sometimes, money and vouchers were actually less effective.

He Tiantian had never needed to use money, and household trivia like firewood, rice, oil, and salt were all far removed from her life.

”Of course, you do. Xiao Liang and I have been saving it for you; look, here is your passbook!”

Aunt Zhang hurriedly pulled out the passbook, showing it to He Tiantian.

And Xiao Liang she mentioned was one of the first Soldiers who had been by He Tiantian’s side...
