Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

”Okay, okay, no need to worry so much, it’s nothing major.”

”Nothing... major?”

Misaka Mikoto looked at Fang Zheng with a look of ”don’t try to fool me, I didn’t study much.”

”The explosion just now doesn’t seem like something minor!”

”Oh, that’s just someone with a screw loose around here doing that. She doesn’t feel comfortable unless she releases a Burst Magic every day, and that Burst Magic was specifically for welcoming your arrival.”

”Uh......”

Hearing Fang Zheng say this, Misaka Mikoto didn’t know what to say for a moment.

”You said that was... magic?”

”Yes.”

”..........”

Misaka Mikoto silently glanced at the night sky not far away, swallowed a mouthful of saliva. Honestly, with the attack power just now, in Misaka Mikoto’s view, it’s comparable to a tactical nuke. Even she probably couldn’t achieve that level. Just in terms of power, that one shot’s power was already on par with an LV5 Rank Superpower User.

Is magic really that powerful?

But Fang Zheng didn’t care about such a small issue. After that, he released an overnight language course for Misaka Mikoto, finally allowing both parties to communicate. And Misaka Mikoto also greeted the girls of this world, though she was relieved to find that although this world looked like Another World, these people still seemed human.

Of course, except for Parker, the little talking cat.

Seeing this flying, talking cat, Misaka Mikoto immediately and happily held it in her hands, constantly petting it, obviously liking the cat a lot.

During this time, the Little Misakas were also sent over continuously, and Fang Zheng specifically brought over number 9982 to confirm that the Little Misakas of this world couldn’t connect to the network with the Little Misakas in Academy City, which somewhat put his mind at ease.

Although generally speaking, the Little Misakas wouldn’t have the capability to interlink across worlds, having an extra assurance is always good.

A thousand people aren’t too many, but not too few either. If they were ordinary people, a migration of a thousand people would certainly be a headache. Fortunately, the Little Misakas have all received adequate knowledge and training, allowing them to automatically and methodically line up, which eliminated most of the trouble, and it only took a few hours to send them all over.

”What should we do next, Mr. Fang Zheng?”

At this moment, looking at the formation of Little Misakas on the nearby grassland, Misaka Mikoto felt somewhat uneasy. She had just conversed with Kiare and learned that this entire area was Fang Zheng’s territory, but the only place with actual inhabitants was this castle. However, although the castle is fully modernized, it can’t accommodate more than ten thousand people!

”Don’t worry, I’ve already prepared.”

As Fang Zheng spoke, he waved his hand, and three Tanji were pulled out from the item list. Then Misaka Mikoto saw three golden little orbs appear out of thin air, chirped twice, and waddled over to the open space on the other side. Then a light beam shot out from the golden spheres’ eyes, projecting into the air, forming a black sphere.

At the same time, Fang Zheng snapped his fingers.

Soon, three Crystals emerged instantly, and then dazzling Radiance descended from the sky, landing heavily on the ground.

Then, the light dissipated.

”This is......”

Looking at the colossal structure before her, Misaka Mikoto’s eyes nearly popped out.

It was a Golden Castle, soaring higher than any skyscraper, resembling the King’s City of a giant. And on either side of this ”Golden Castle” were two uniquely shaped and beautiful warships...... Misaka Mikoto didn’t know what they were.

”One Apostle Level, one Eternal Level, and one Paladin... should be enough.”

Nodding with satisfaction at the scene in front of him, Fang Zheng nodded. In fact, he had already figured out the arrangements for the Little Misakas. Indeed, the number of Little Misakas was very large, and ordinary space wasn’t sufficient to accommodate them. However, the space within the warships was significantly larger. The Apostle Level alone was five thousand meters high, plus the Eternal Level Aircraft Carrier and Paladin-Class Raider Ship, ensuring ample accommodation for over ten thousand Little Misakas.

This was Fang Zheng’s plan.

Due to the unique nature of the Third Coordinate Point, Fang Zheng couldn’t openly connect the Heavenly Dao Palace to the Third Coordinate Point. So, the best solution was to establish a base within the Third Coordinate Point itself. However, this required adequate manpower, which Fang Zheng had not found until now. Plus, the two Fragment Worlds in the Third Coordinate Point were both fantasy worlds with very low levels of civilization, leaving Fang Zheng with few options.

But upon discovering over ten thousand sisters in Academy City at the Third Coordinate Point, Fang Zheng immediately devised a plan.

The over ten thousand sisters received military training and were well-versed in knowledge. Of course, lacking common sense was somewhat problematic, but Fang Zheng had confidence in filling this gap.

In the end, he gritted his teeth, spent money to build three warships, and teleported them to this world.

However, unlike the Azure Fleet and Scarlet Fleet, these three warships didn’t have a core, which means they didn’t have a Mind Model and were simply warships.

In other words, they needed to learn ”Emma’s Aircraft Carrier Operations,” ”Emma’s Combat Support Ship Operations,” ”Flagship Operations,” ”Advanced Spaceship Control Studies,” ”Fleet Command Studies,” ”Armored Command Professional Research,” ”Energy Cannon Research,” ”Precision Shooting Theory”...... and a slew of other skills before operating them.

If it were up to Fang Zheng, he wouldn’t learn even if it killed him.

Just looking at the near-bottomless directory, Fang Zheng felt like dying.

But the Little Misakas weren’t afraid; they had a learning device! They could directly download the information into their brains!

This was precisely why Fang Zheng specifically requested that dead-fish-eyed girl to come along. She created the learning device used to impart knowledge to the sisters. Honestly, Fang Zheng generally wouldn’t recommend using such a device for learning; it’s practically force-feeding information. But the Little Misakas had already been fed once, so an extra feeding wouldn’t be a problem......

They’ll get used to it with enough force-feeding.

The reason Fang Zheng chose the aircraft carrier as the flagship for this world’s base was due to the world’s characteristics. Presently, with the carrier and raider ships, Fang Zheng also stuffed a batch of VF fighters inside. Basically, outside of those cheating Angel and Demon-type NPCs, it would certainly sweep through the three-world civilization.

Of course, Fang Zheng had no intention of world domination; the base’s purpose here was for observation, reporting, and occasionally handling emergencies. For this, the Eternal, Paladin, and Apostle Level, coupled with VF fighters, was enough to accomplish these goals.

Fang Zheng had no plans to send the Little Misakas to the battlefield. Sending this group of cute, 1.6-meter-tall girls to fight in ground offenses — is the Swarm not effective? Or is the celestial orbit bombing not enough fun?

”Is this really okay?”

After hearing Fang Zheng explain his idea, Misaka Mikoto was stunned. She originally thought that these warships belonged to Fang Zheng, and her sisters were just working on them, but she didn’t expect that they were actually going to operate these warships...

The question of how much one of these warships costs, Misaka Mikoto didn’t dare to think about.

If she did, she was afraid she’d collapse right on the spot.

”It’s not like I’m giving them to you. In principle, I’m still in charge; your sisters just need to be responsible for operating them. Due to some reasons, it’s unlikely my people can come to this world, so I plan to hire your sisters. Of course, I’ll pay them, so you don’t need to worry about me defaulting on the contract. As for the danger... I can’t say everything will be safe, but at least it’s generally safe. You can think of it as similar to the work of Discipline Committee Members or Guard Officers, got it?”

”Hmm... I understand...”

Misaka Mikoto hesitated a little but then nodded. Fang Zheng had already clarified his identity and the responsibilities of the Heavenly Dao Palace. To be honest, Misaka Mikoto was indeed somewhat surprised initially, but since she had already arrived in another world, these issues... weren’t that important.

Anyway, being able to have her sisters stay away from danger and have a new beginning wasn’t bad.

But...

”But if that’s the case, I won’t be able to see my sisters in the future, right?”

”No worries.”

However, Fang Zheng waved his hand.

”If you want to come over, you can. I’ll give you permission. Of course, if you’re just visiting your sisters, it’s okay; but if you want to do something else in this world, you have to report it to me.”

”Really!”

Upon hearing this, Misaka Mikoto’s eyes lit up.

”Can I really come?”

”Of course, not just you, but others can too. Like Kuroko, Ruiko, and your friends can also come.”

”But... doesn’t this need to be kept secret?”

Hearing Fang Zheng say this, Misaka Mikoto was somewhat confused. In her mind, the ability to travel between two worlds should be absolutely confidential!

”Just keep it secret within a small range. As long as you know, don’t tell others.”

Fang Zheng waved his hand.

”Besides, even if you tell people, they have to believe it, right? Even if they believe it, how will they get into the research institute?”

”Uh... that’s true...”

This is also why Fang Zheng didn’t really care if others knew about this. After all, the crossing channel was under his control, and typically, even if people found out, they wouldn’t casually mention it. If mentioned casually, others... wouldn’t believe it either!

Moreover, Fang Zheng also knew that asking one person to keep a secret was almost impossible, especially for untrained ordinary people—it felt like torture.

However, asking a group of people to keep a secret was much easier.

Just like Magical Girls, it’s not interesting for one person to sneak around, but when a group sneakily do it, it becomes very harmonious.

Fang Zheng didn’t expect Misaka Mikoto to keep it completely secret; even if she wished to keep it, over time others would become suspicious. Besides, the circle Misaka Mikoto was in was so small, it was beneficial for the secrecy if they all knew.

But these are issues for later; for now, there’s one last step.

”Kiare.”

Fang Zheng called out to the side, and soon, Kiare came out with a group of maids.

”Are you ready?”

”Ready, Master.”

”Good.”

Seeing the maids holding parchment, Fang Zheng nodded.

”Hand them out.”

”Yes.”

Kiare quickly turned around, handing out parchment to each of the Little Misaka sisters.

”What’s this for?”

Curious, Misaka Mikoto took a parchment to have a look, only to find it was mostly empty except for a peculiar symbol at the top.

”To sign a contract.”

Fang Zheng answered.

”Next, these Little Misaka sisters will sign a contract with me and become Magical Girls.”

”...Eh?”
