Twin Treasures: The CEO Wife's 99-Day of Revelations

Chapter 392: Chapter 392: Assigning Her a Task

Anton Miller hadn’t noticed the presence of the undercover media.

Kingston Group.

Today, the company had an important morning meeting that Justin Kingston would attend. There was a last-minute project to present at the meeting, and Finn Morgan was busy sorting out the materials.

Footsteps were heard at the door. Finn looked up and saw Hailey Hale, dressed in hip-hop style, entering.

Their gazes met briefly, and he quickly refocused on organizing the meeting materials.

Hailey Hale wore a baseball cap, with a lollipop in her mouth, ”Special Assistant Morgan, do you have time to discuss the job entry?”

”I’m going to a meeting,” Finn said without looking up, ”I’m busy now.”

”How long will it take?”

”At least an hour.”

”No worries, I’ll wait for you.” She sat at the corner of his desk, glancing back at him, ”You go ahead!”

Finn picked up some documents and looked at her, ”Waiting here?”

”Yeah, yeah!” She showed no sign of leaving, ”You go on!”

Watching Finn leave, Hailey Hale spun around and sat in Finn’s office chair, savoring her lollipop, leisurely surveying the CEO’s office.

Black, white, and gray palette, spacious, grand, luxurious, perfectly matching Justin Kingston’s style!

The domain of a domineering CEO is indeed different!

She fiddled with his mouse; the computer screen was locked.

She put down the mouse and reclined comfortably into the chair, so comfy!

What kind of chair is this?

Curiously, she examined it and accidentally discovered a logo engraved on the armrest, ”Whoa, isn’t this by the famous Italian designer Massimo?”

Limited edition released every five years!

So just this chair alone is worth over a million.

Rich!

Hailey Hale considered herself impressed today, playfully spinning around in the chair!

Glancing at the wall clock, only twenty minutes had passed...

An hour was probably a conservative estimate; it’s entirely possible the meeting could stretch to two hours, and if Justin Kingston went on with more nonsense, three hours might be feasible.

But it’s okay, she had plenty of time!

The bored girl opened a drawer and took out a pen.

There happened to be some blank A4 papers on the desk. She uncapped the pen and lay on the desk, starting to draw comics.

She drew and drew, losing track of time, and didn’t feel bored at all.

Until footsteps were heard again, and she had filled four pages with drawings.

She stopped and turned to see Justin Kingston and Finn Morgan coming in.

Justin Kingston saw her and was slightly taken aback.

”Hello, CEO Kingston!” She quickly sat up straight, ”I wonder whether CEO Kingston keeps his word? When will you formally hire me into your company? I’ve enjoyed all the perks, it’d feel wrong not doing some work.”

”I have just one position suitable for you,” Justin Kingston replied earnestly, ”And that’s the Vice Assistant, but the new VP is busy with other matters. Maybe you could help persuade her? Once she’s finished with this project, she can come to work?”

”Project?” Hailey Hale stood up and asked in confusion, ”What project? Has Mia Lane entered the entertainment industry?”

”Do you know Gina?” Justin Kingston asked.

Thinking young girls should all know her.

Hailey Hale blurted out, ”Voice acting?”

”Yes.” Justin Kingston nodded, ”Gina is her. As soon as you persuade her into coming, your entry follows suit.”

Finn Morgan couldn’t help but give the CEO 10,086 thumbs-up!

This trick was brilliant!

Entrusting such a tricky task to the mayor’s daughter, accustomed to relentless persuasion, was quite a clever strategy!

”No problem! Just give me an address.”

After getting the address, Hailey Hale left without another word.

Justin Kingston’s lips curved slightly as he seated himself in the office chair, ”Remove all of Monica Usher’s things, redecorate the VP office, and add more greenery.”
