The Last Paragon in the Apocalypse

“Are you impressed yet?” Nari asked, smiling.

“You are a cheat of existence,” Klaus replied, also smiling as he read through all the enhancements on her armour.

The more he read, the more he thought that perhaps some people are indeed fortunate.

“If I am a cheat, then you are the overlord of cheats because these enchantments, armor, bow, and everything I have came from you.”

“Say what now?” Klaus, who was examining her chest plate, raised his head and asked.

“What, don’t you know the nature of your blood?” Nari smiled.

“I can sense my Phoenix blood, but for some reason, it has been merged with your blood. Right now, if I do this—” Nari extended her hand, and an arrow appeared. A red arrow.

“This red arrow is from my bloodline. But the moment I do this—” She channelled her energy into the arrow, and it became even more solid, with golden runes running across it.

“These golden writings and lines are from your blood. So don’t look so surprised; your blood is a treasure everyone would want to have.”

Klaus looked surprised and shocked at the same time.

‘Senior, what are your thoughts on this?’ Klaus was very happy hearing this, and if the senior confirmed his suspicion, he would know what to do next.

[I don’t know much about the Star Monarch bloodline, but if you can turn a mere beast or monster into a divine being, then I don’t think this is something you should be surprised about.

Of course, you can try it on your friends, too, for the Star Monarch has proven to be more than just something only beasts can benefit from.

The only moral dilemma is that you will have supreme control over them. But they are your friends, so they will understand.]

Klaus sighed.

“Let me guess, you’re thinking of using it on your friends and my sisters, but you don’t want to deal with the moral dilemma,” Nari spoke calmly.

“I do. The moment they take my blood, I will have the power to end their lives or even control them if I want to. That’s just too much, even for me.”

“Then let me ask you this: Do you want your friends safe or dead?” Her question was simple and plain, making Klaus look at her thoughtfully. She truly asked the real question.

“From where I stand, you don’t seem like someone who would abuse his power, so why are you concerned about their feelings when you haven’t even asked them?

I know I’m okay with being connected to you like this. It makes me feel safe, knowing that you can pull me back when I go too far.”

She moved forward, wrapped her arms around his neck, and kissed him.

“So don’t think too much about it. Your friends trust you, and I know if you offer, they’ll accept in a heartbeat. I know they will because what you just saw is only the tip of the iceberg.”

Klaus smiled and kissed her. “Why don’t you show me the rest, my overgrown bird—ouch!” Klaus smiled through the pain.

The next second, his heart skipped a beat as the armour around Nari’s body dropped, revealing her naked form.

“No need to stare too much; this is all yours for the taking,” Nari said, wrapping her arms around his neck again and locking lips with him.

This time, Klaus grabbed hold of her butt and even started kneading it as they kissed. They exchanged saliva and even sucked on each other’s tongues for five whole minutes.

“To think you’re such a good kisser—who would have thought the crazy fire queen could be this romantic?” Klaus said, and for the first time, Nari blushed.

Klaus was getting more handsy, so she seemed rather flustered.

“You can tell the dragon in your pants to relax; I have something to show you first,” Nari said, stepping back and glancing at the bulge in Klaus’s pants before giggling.

Klaus just smirked and waited for her to show him what she had.

Nari smiled and activated the next ability. This time, her eyes turned golden, and golden lines ran across her body, covering everywhere, from her face to her legs.

“Watch this,” she said, activating another ability. Her body was enveloped by dark golden armour with dark patterns on her sides and chest.

She extended her hand, and a golden spear appeared.

“Wait a minute, what is the meaning of this?” Klaus was already liking where this was going, yet he just couldn’t believe it.

“I don’t know how to explain this, but in this form, I can use the spear like a spearman. In fact, aside from this form, when I am using your blood in my other form, I can use the spear and spear skills. Just that this form is meant mainly for the spear.”

“So, in this form, you are no longer Nari, the queen of the bow, but a spearman?” Klaus asked.

“Indeed,” Nari smiled. “This means I have four forms: my Phoenix form, my demi-Phoenix form, my Spearman form, and my human form. Cool, right?”

She deactivated the armour, revealing her naked body.

Klaus grabbed her by the butt and raised her, wrapping her legs around him.

“You have become monstrous, Nari; we should celebrate.” Klaus kissed her and continued to kiss her for three minutes.

“I already planned on becoming your woman today, so don’t even think about getting any sleep tonight,” she smiled.

“Your mouth will be running now, but when I am done with you, I can already see you sleeping for an entire week,” Klaus smiled and kissed her neck down to her chest.

“I am a Void Stage expert and a Phoenix; my stamina is something you cannot measure,” she countered, but when Klaus’s lips wrapped around her red nipples, she started moaning.

“You see, this small gesture already turned you on,” Klaus smiled at the lustful expression that appeared on her face.

“We will see about that,” Nari said, locking lips with him again.

“We should go back first. I will learn more about you after you pass out,” Klaus set her down, and a red fabric gown appeared around her body.

She held his hand, and the next second, they appeared in a room where Miriam, Ohema, and Queenie were guarding the cube despite Klaus telling them he could easily hide it with an illusion.

“Klaus will be busy tonight, ladies,” Nari didn’t even wait for them to say anything, already claiming ownership for the night.
