The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 803: Chapter 803: Bedroom Maid

”Hmph!”

Mei Ruyan just snorted heavily and turned her head to look at the costume drama on TV, finding it uninteresting.

Bai Shishi chuckled, then turned her neck, and playfully asked, ”Ruyan, do you regret it?”

”Regret? What is there for me to regret?”

Bai Shishi lowered her voice and said, ”A few months ago, that guy was tagging along behind us every single day, and we didn’t think much of it at the time. But now, he’s surrounded by stunning beauties who are just as good as us. Don’t you regret not having claimed him back then?”

”Hmph, only a ghost would regret it. I don’t like men, so why would I regret it?” Mei Ruyan stared intently at the TV and said.

Bai Shishi laughed and said, ”We’ve been sisters for over a decade, do you think you can hide your little secret from me? Not liking men, that’s just an excuse.”

”You’re one to talk; you’re probably regretting it until your guts turn green, who’d have thought that guy would be so popular with women? Gorgeous women flock around him, aren’t you afraid he’ll be exhausted?”

Bai Shishi was momentarily stunned, then laughed again, ”That guy, you know him well; he’s all talk and no action. He’s probably still a virgin.”

”Hmm, maybe. If he had the guts, we both might not have escaped his clutches.” Mei Ruyan casually said, ”Though I’ve heard your dad wants you two engaged.”

”Who told you that?”

”Your dad, he asked me to set it up for you.”

”...” Bai Shishi rolled her eyes and said, ”Yeah, I’ve been fretting over this. Lin Tian clearly has a girlfriend and has even met the parents. This engagement, what is it even supposed to be?”

”Then don’t get engaged, just tell your dad. Now you have so many assets, it’s impossible to be used as a pawn for a marriage alliance, so what’s there to worry about?” Mei Ruyan said straightforwardly.

”...”

Mei Ruyan leaned closer and said, ”I think you just can’t let him go.”

”It’s not that I can’t let go; it’s just that some people are passing by in life, and some are meant to be.” Bai Shishi seemed to be talking to Mei Ruyan, yet also seemed to be talking to herself.

”Ah, so cheesy. Shall I help you out?”

”How will you help?” Bai Shishi glanced at her and laughed, ”You, who even hate men, how could you help with something like this?”

”I can.” Mei Ruyan succinctly replied.

”What can you do, really? I bet you’re just angling to be a concubine.”

”Tsk.”

”Admit it, won’t you?”

”...”

...

Finishing bandaging the medicine in hand, Lin Tian said, ”Alright, your leg has almost recovered. As I mentioned, no water exposure, no strenuous exercise, and no lifting heavy objects. It’s very critical to recovery now that you’re almost healed.”

”I-I know. Uh... I’m sleepy, I’ll go back to sleep first!” With that, Xu Ning’an stood up and, not waiting for Lin Tian to speak, hopped back to her room on one foot.

In a different environment, Xu Ning’an might not have been so shy; she might even have bantered a bit with Lin Tian.

But here, she felt guilty!

Lin Tian looked at her back, bewildered, then chuckled ruefully.

Being handsome really attracts the girls!

Then, Lin Tian tidied up the medication on the table and glanced at the two women sitting on the massage chairs not far away.

Their earlier conversation, every single word, entered Lin Tian’s ears!

They thought the sound of the TV muffled their voices and that only the two of them could hear.

Unfortunately, Lin Tian’s perceptive ability is several times better than the average person, and he heard their conversation as clear as day.

Bai Shishi, that girl, actually dared to doubt I’m still a virgin? Did she forget how a couple of days ago she was in my arms, too scared to move?

If there weren’t so many people in the villa right now, Lin Tian would’ve already dealt with her then and there!

Lin Tian sat on the massage chair next to Mei Ruyan’s side, enjoying it as he turned his head to ask, ”You two, were you talking about me?”

”No, we were talking about a pig.” Mei Ruyan replied.

Lin Tian’s face immediately fell.

”Pfft...” Bai Shishi couldn’t help but laugh; it was the first time she’d heard Mei Ruyan tell a cold joke.

”Alright, you guys chat; I’m going back to my room to rest too.” With that, Mei Ruyan just stood up from the massage chair but was pushed back by Bai Shishi. Only hearing Bai Shishi say, ”You’re a concubine, what’s there to avoid?”

Mei Ruyan gave her a faint look and didn’t say much.

”Hey, Lin Tian. Tell me, how many admirers do you have out there? Look at how bashful Mr. Xu was earlier, completely entranced by you. I bet if you beckon with a finger, she’d fall into your arms in no time, right?” Bai Shishi propped her chin and asked.

”What do you mean I have admirers out there? Be careful with your words. Though I am a man, I also keep myself pure.” Lin Tian shamelessly said.

”Tsk.” That was Mei Ruyan’s disdainful voice.

”Oh? Really? Want me to count them for you? Chen Moxiang is one, Zhou Mi is another, Jiang Pan Die is one more, there’s a whole lot of admirers out there.”

”And Xu Miaoxiu,” Mei Ruyan added.

”Right, I’m quite familiar with Miaoqiu too. Her allure is irresistible to any man so far.”

Lin Tian rubbed his nose and countered, ”I’m just friends with them, how can you say that?”

”Alright, then let’s just say they’re ordinary friends. Now I officially inform you, another member has joined your harem.” Bai Shishi said with a smile, ”It’s the one sitting next to you, consider her my concubine.”

”Uh...”

Lin Tian knew Bai Shishi’s character well; he was indeed very surprised she would say such things.

”Bai! Shi! Shi! Concubine my foot! Whoever wants to be a concubine can be one, but I’m not joining this mess.” Mei Ruyan shouted loudly. Although she had previously expressed her feelings to Lin Tian, being a concubine and expressing feelings are two different things!

Bai Shishi was completely unfazed by her outburst; instead, she smiled and asked, ”Not willing to be a concubine, do you want to snatch the main wife’s position instead?”

”Tsk, not interested.”

Lin Tian just tilted his head, watching the two of them bicker. Suddenly, he interrupted with a question, ”Why aren’t you asking me?”

”Wouldn’t you be willing?” Bai Shishi teased.

Mei Ruyan’s gaze also turned towards Lin Tian, seriously staring at him. It’s as if she were saying: just try saying you’re not willing!

I can be unwilling, but you can’t!

That was Mei Ruyan’s implication.

”Uh... willing... I suppose.”

”What do you mean ’willing, I suppose’?” Mei Ruyan asked.

Lin Tian answered again in a definite tone, ”Willing!”

”I’m not willing!” Mei Ruyan declared.
