The Invincible Strongest Student

Chapter 598: Chapter 598: A World of Ice and Fire

After Qiansimei went public, Bai Shishi, the chairman, and Mei Ruyan, the vice chairman, became even busier.

Every day was filled with various meetings and establishing many plans, keeping them extremely occupied.

In comparison, another shareholder—Lin Tian—had a much more relaxed schedule than the two of them.

After the launch of the new product, Lin Tian drove straight to Xianglong Tea House.

After going public, Qiansimei had transformed in every respect; take the territory as an example—six floors of Xianglong Tea House were no longer enough, so many branch offices were established. Yet, the headquarters of Qiansimei remained at Xianglong Tea House.

Lin Tian parked his car in the parking lot and walked towards Xianglong Tea House.

As soon as the hostess on the first floor saw him, she greeted him with a smile, her soft lips forming a gentle smile as she said, ”Good morning, Mr. Lin.”

Lin Tian began to carefully observe this extremely charming hostess, wearing an office-lady outfit, but couldn’t immediately remember where he had seen her before.

”You recognize me?” Lin Tian asked.

The hostess nodded with a smile and pointed to the wall, ”We have photos of company shareholders posted on the wall to make sure us employees recognize them at a glance. It would be embarrassing if we didn’t recognize them. And since you’re so handsome, us female employees look at your picture several times a day. Didn’t expect to see you in person today.”

So she’s a little fan girl.

Lin Tian chuckled, ”Haha, knowing each other is great. I’m here to see Ruyan, oh, your vice chairman.”

”Mr. Mei is currently in a meeting, how about I take you to the guest lounge to wait a moment?” the hostess said, blinking playfully, admiring Lin Tian’s handsome face with delight.

”Meeting? Alright, I’ll wait a while then.”

”Please follow me.” With that, the hostess led the way, and Lin Tian, walking behind, couldn’t help but appreciate her alluring figure.

Taking the elevator to the sixth floor, as they passed the vice chairman’s office, Lin Tian overheard a conversation inside.

His hearing was particularly acute. Even though the soundproofing was excellent, Lin Tian could hear two women arguing inside.

Besides Mei Ruyan, the other voice sounded familiar to Lin Tian—was it... Miaoqiu?

Seeing Lin Tian pause outside the vice chairman’s office, the hostess smiled warmly and said, ”Mr. Lin, Mr. Mei is currently in a meeting. Please wait a moment?”

Lin Tian pointed to the office door, asking, ”There are only two women talking inside, right?”

The hostess shook her head, ”I’m not sure about that.”

Lin Tian had no choice but to listen at the door a little longer. Seeing that he didn’t leave, the hostess had no recourse; he was a shareholder, after all.

After listening for about ten seconds, Lin Tian could confirm there were only two women inside—Mei Ruyan and Miaoqiu.

He knocked on the door.

”Can it wait?” Mei Ruyan’s voice yelled from inside.

The hostess’s face turned pale; if blame was assigned, she couldn’t bear it.

However, Lin Tian seemed completely unaware, placing his hands lightly on the door and giving it a push; the door opened.

The hostess’s expression became even more disheartened; it seemed her days at the company were numbered.

”Hey Ruyan, are you busy?” Lin Tian smiled sheepishly as he walked in, knowing Mei Ruyan’s temper—if she got angry, she wouldn’t be polite at all.

But seeing the two women arguing, how could he not intervene?

As expected, the office solely contained Mei Ruyan and Miaoqiu.

They sat opposite each other, one in black stockings, the other in red, each with her legs crossed—a scene impossible to describe with mere words.

Seeing it was Lin Tian, Mei Ruyan’s furrowed brow deepened, and she and Miaoqiu simultaneously asked, ”Why are you here?”

Then, as Mei Ruyan noticed the slightly apprehensive hostess standing at the door, she waved her hand and said, ”You may go now.”

Hearing this, the hostess, relieved like a pardon, nodded and quickly turned away, afraid she might be remembered by Mei Ruyan.

”I heard the first batch of new beauty products came out, so I’m here to get some to give away,” Lin Tian said with a slight smile.

”Give away? There’s none!” Mei Ruyan refused bluntly.

Lin Tian immediately exclaimed, ”What do you mean none? I just asked Shishi, there are two hundred sets, and you’ve only given out one hundred fifty; there should be fifty left!”

”These are meant for women. You have that many females to give them to?” Mei Ruyan glared at Lin Tian with obvious annoyance.

Lin Tian counted off on his fingers, ”Of course! Besides girlfriends, I have my mom, mother-in-law, and many classmates.”

”No!” Mei Ruyan refused again.

Miaoqiu covered her mouth, laughing charmingly, ”Lin Tian, Ruyan is in a bad mood right now, better not provoke her. If you want products, go to the sales department; they have dozens more.”

Lin Tian scratched his head and asked, ”What are you two arguing about anyway?”

”Humph!” Mei Ruyan said angrily, ”None of your business.”

”Actually, it is Lin Tian’s business,”

Miaoqiu laughed, patting the seat next to her on the sofa, ”Come, sit over here.”

Lin Tian looked at the icy and seductive combination before him, two stunning beauties with contrasting styles, making him regret getting involved.

Mei Ruyan lifted her eyes to Lin Tian and asked, ”Lin Tian, do you know this vixen?”

Lin Tian nodded, walking over. Instead of sitting next to Miaoqiu, he sat beside Mei Ruyan.

Miaoqiu didn’t mind, smiling flirtatiously and acknowledging, ”Of course we know each other. I must say, Lin Tian is indeed a man with great self-control.”

Watching her enchanting demeanor, Lin Tian felt parched, wanting to pounce and teach her a lesson.

She truly is a vixen!

Mei Ruyan glared at Lin Tian, ”How do you know such a sketchy person?”

”Sketchy? I’m your sister, now your most competent helper. If I’m sketchy, what are you?”

Miaoqiu, living up to her vixen reputation, even argued charmingly; if it weren’t for Lin Tian’s self-restraint, he might have already...

Caught between them, it felt like living in two worlds—both delightful and tormenting.

If they lost their temper, would they vent on him?

”Humph!” Mei Ruyan snorted heavily, her puzzled gaze settling on Lin Tian, ”What does he have to do with this?”

Lin Tian was utterly confused, ”What’s this about?”

Miaoqiu smiled and replied, ”It’s what we talked about before—helping my father with his illness.”

Miaoqiu pointed at Lin Tian and told Mei Ruyan, ”Let me introduce, this is the miraculous doctor I invited, to treat our dad.”

”Treat an illness?”

Mei Ruyan was just as puzzled; she had never heard of Lin Tian being able to treat illnesses.
