Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Chapter 947: Chapter 947: Jose Floyd Is a Complete Lunatic

Nicole’s face instantly turned pale.

Jose Floyd was making a threat! If she didn’t listen to him, he would reveal to her grandfather and father that she had been his woman for the past five years...

Jose Floyd took over Wells Morales’s Restricted District, and if the Seys Family found out she had a relationship with Jose Floyd, they would be furious, not to mention Jose Floyd’s other identities...

Jose Floyd clearly wasn’t going to let her go, he couldn’t stand her being at peace!

Steven Cooper glanced at the two of them, sensing something unusual about them. He felt a bit resistant towards Jose Floyd’s domineering nature. Holding Nicole’s hand, he said, ”Let’s go back, dinner should be ready.”

When it came to this man, he inexplicably felt a sense of danger and didn’t want Nicole to stay with him for long.

Nicole was pulled along by Steven Cooper.

Jose Floyd’s eyes narrowed coldly, his gaze landing on their clasped hands, his eyes exuding extreme coldness as he stood there chillingly, ”Ten—Nine—Eight—”

Jose Floyd had just counted three numbers when Steven Cooper felt the person beside him stop in her tracks. He looked back at Nicole and softly asked, ”Nicole, what’s wrong?”

Nicole’s body was somewhat stiff, her feet no longer daring to take another step, standing in place.

”Nicole, let’s not pay attention to him, let’s go back and eat, okay?” Steven Cooper tightened his grip on Nicole’s fingers, seeing her silent and feeling somewhat panicked.

”Seven—Six—Five—” Behind them, Jose Floyd’s cold countdown continued, each number colder than the last, full of cruel ruthlessness.

Nicole instinctively withdrew her hand from Steven Cooper’s grasp, looked up at Steven Cooper, and said in a deep voice, ”Brother Cooper, you go ahead for dinner, I need to say a few words to him.”

Steven Cooper glanced at the man behind them, feeling uneasy about his cold and heartless face. ”I don’t think this person is good. You’re a young woman; I don’t feel comfortable. Let’s go eat without minding him. I can’t believe he’d dare do anything rash!”

Steven Cooper pulled at Nicole, intending to leave.

Nicole stood firm, her eyes growing deeper.

She didn’t know if others would dare, but Jose Floyd was a man who feared nothing in the world, completely like a lunatic capable of anything!

She knew all too well about his tactics!

Nicole withdrew her hand again, smiled faintly, ”I’m fine, Brother Cooper, don’t worry, nothing will happen. Give me a few minutes, go ahead for dinner, I’ll be right back. This person is an old friend of mine, it’s just that I want to cut ties with him, so I said we’re not friends earlier. Don’t worry, he wouldn’t go as far as to harm an old friend, he’s a man after all!”

Nicole emphasized the last sentence, clearly intended for Jose Floyd to hear.

Jose Floyd’s profound eyes slightly narrowed, emitting a chill and ruthlessness, completely devoid of emotion.

Steven Cooper opened his mouth to say something, Nicole smiled slightly, comforting him, ”Don’t worry, I’m fine. Plus, I’ve been trained by the military, he won’t silently subdue me. If we fight, here is the Seys Family, he wouldn’t dare to act so brazenly near the Seys Family.”

Steven Cooper hesitated for a moment, then nodded.

Yes, the only thing nearby is the Seys Family, and the Seys Family is renowned in City C; even if this man is crazy, he wouldn’t dare kidnap the Seys Family’s daughter right next to them.

”Then be careful, if you’re not back in ten minutes, to ensure your safety, I’ll tell the elders of the Seys Family. If he’s against you, he won’t get away with it!”

”Okay.” Nicole nodded.

Steven Cooper glanced back at the man behind them, memorizing his features in case something went wrong, before finally leaving.
