Chapter 197: Chapter 197 Don’t Die, Ariel Morris【1】

Valeria Johnson stood by and did nothing, as the fear in Ariel Morris’s eyes grew heavier and heavier. The instinct to survive made her cry for help loudly: ”Help! ---- Help! ----- I can’t swim!”

Because of her shouting, Ariel Morris swallowed more and more water, eventually choking so much that she couldn’t breathe, nor could she make a sound. The violent struggle caused her to sink faster, and in an instant, Ariel Morris’s body was engulfed and covered by the waves.

Valeria Johnson gave a cold laugh, watching Ariel Morris sink, feeling nervous yet slightly exhilarated.

As long as Ariel Morris is dead, then she won’t fear not being able to win over Arlo Seys? Life is so long, Arlo Seys can’t possibly remember Ariel Morris forever; time can wash away everything!

”Someone fell overboard!!!” screamed a staff member from the yacht, their voice piercing the air.

In the water, Valeria Johnson was so angry she felt like spitting blood, damn it! Ruined the plan!

But then she thought, Ariel Morris had already sunk, as long as she didn’t say where, the rescue could be delayed, so Ariel Morris---- go ahead and die!

A woman’s jealousy, once ignited, can spread like wildfire! Valeria Johnson made up her mind, then calmly retracted her swimming strokes and deliberately pretended not to know how to swim, struggling fiercely. Meanwhile, she loudly cried for help to the crowd gathering by the yacht’s safety rail: ”Cough cough--- I can’t swim! Help----!”

The crowd quickly gathered on the yacht’s deck.

The director looked urgently at Valeria Johnson surrounded by seawater and shouted hastily to the staff: ”Hesitate over what! Anyone who can swim, jump! Miss Johnson is overboard!”

”Director, I can’t swim!” Some staff members were also anxious, with a touch of sob in their voices.

”I can.....”

”I can too...”

”Damn it, those who can swim jump in! Waiting for me to kick you?!” The director stomped in frustration, angrily cursing at those who said they could swim.

A group of people quickly jumped into the sea to rescue.

The director watched the rescue action in the sea with a heart full of anxiety, trembling with fear, and constantly prayed: Please, let nothing go wrong! President Seys from Era is here, and the person in the water is Era’s star, rumored to be the future Boss Lady! If President Seys blames him and withdraws the investment, he would seriously consider jumping into the sea himself----

At this moment, the director wished it was himself in the sea rather than Valeria Johnson!

He stomped in anxiety while secretly praying Valeria Johnson would be unharmed. The director’s gaze involuntarily swept to a certain significant figure standing nearby, Era’s President Arlo Seys!

Arlo Seys looked indifferent, showing no waves of emotion as he watched Valeria Johnson fall into the water.

Director:....

President Seys, is the person who fell into the water truly your artist from Era? Truly the future Boss Lady of Era? Why can you be so calm and without a trace of urgency on your face?

Arlo Seys’s gaze swept over the crowd, and he suddenly shouted in a cold voice: ”Where is Ariel Morris?!”

The director was startled by this sudden outburst, also scanning the crowd, ”Where is Ariel Morris? President Seys is calling you! Come out quickly!”

Nearby, Langdon Seal looked at the crowd and didn’t see Ariel Morris either, so he urgently shouted to the crowd, ”Has anyone seen Ariel?! Search! The rest cabin, the rear cabin, search them all! Additionally, all personnel who can swim, get ready! Put on life jackets and prepare to jump into the sea immediately!”

The group of staff looked at each other shaking their heads, indicating they hadn’t seen Ariel Morris.

Hearing someone had fallen overboard, Nicole Seys stepped out from the rest cabin, quickly approached, glanced at the person who had fallen into the sea, and saw it was Valeria Johnson, then quickly turned her head to President Arlo Seys, saying: ”Brother, I just saw them together, now that Valeria Johnson has fallen overboard, could it be that Ariel Morris is also...”
