Love Strategy: CEO He is Really Scheming！

Chapter 160: Chapter 160: Third Young Master Haynes’ Resentment as a Single Dog!

Nico Haynes took out a bunch of tickets and handed them to his group of buddies, a swarm of guys carrying the tickets, buzzing towards the cinema.

Ariel Morris frowned and mocked, ”Just look at them, all single dogs!” Coming out as a third wheel on Christmas—if not a single dog, then what? Poor God Seys’ date with her just got disrupted like this!!

As Ariel sighed and admitted defeat watching the boys’ backs, Nico Haynes walked over and handed her a cinema ticket.

Ariel grabbed the ticket and walked over to Arlo Seys, ”Arlo, what’s your seat number?”

Arlo Seys glanced at the ticket in his hand and replied casually, ”Row 2, No. 13.”

Ariel flicked a look at her ticket, ”Row 2, No. 15? Hey, Nico Haynes, did you mess up? Why is there a person between me and Arlo?!”

Dawn Sutherland checked his ticket, ”I’m Row 2, No. 11.”

Ariel frowned in confusion, ”All odd numbers?” She turned her gaze to today’s host, ”Nico Haynes, why are they all odd numbers?”

Nico Haynes waved the ticket in his hand, smirking, ”Because I bought all the odd-numbered ones. Didn’t I say so? I said I bought half of the movie tickets! So, I bought all the odd-numbered ones in the entire cinema!”

”....” Ariel rolled her eyes at him, ”Is this the resentment from a single dog?”

Nico Haynes snorted, ”Always spreading love, huh? Young master can’t outplay you, so I’ll splash the cash! Little ones, challenge me, whether it’s about looks or wealth? Bring it on! Couples and all, breaking up one is one more victory!”

”So you called a group of single dogs to occupy seats, just to annoy the true loves?” Ariel mocked.

Arlo Seys looked at Ariel with full resentment and chuckled softly, walking over to take her hand and headed to the cinema.

Ariel’s face suddenly flushed crimson, the warmth from his palm wrapped around her fingertips, spreading from fingertips to heart. She glanced slightly upwards at Arlo’s side profile, with indifferent brows and eyes, a strikingly handsome outline carved like a sculpture, gracefully and nobly elegant in grace and movement, instantly and unexpectedly stirring her heart and bewildering her soul. Ariel’s lips unconsciously curled into a slight smile.

Nico Haynes followed behind them, unable to resist complaining, ”Seriously, can’t they stop with the love feeding!”

Dawn Sutherland walked leisurely, passing by Nico Haynes, smiling faintly, ”Third Young Master, you gave the boss and Ariel odd-numbered tickets, the boss will surely pay you back for this, take care.”

”...”

------

The movie they watched was an action film from the United States. Ariel Morris fought off drowsiness as she internally criticized Nico Haynes’ taste. She and Arlo finally got to watch a movie date, not only are their seats not together, but it’s also an action film in a foreign language! Does he know how much she dislikes English? Obviously, she’s in love with God Seys, can’t it be a sweet romantic film? Honestly, Nico Haynes really has no taste!

Ariel finished her internal grumbling and saw there was more than half an hour of the movie left, badly tormented, if it continued like this she was going to fall asleep for sure! Thus, she took out her phone and sent a message.

Arlo Seys, who was sitting on Ariel’s left but separated by a stranger, felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. He took out the phone, and a message came into view.

”God, save me!~”

Arlo Seys’ lips curled up slightly, he turned his head to the right, his gaze passed through the stranger sitting between them, landing on the girl. And she pouted, looking disgruntled.

Arlo Seys chuckled softly, his fingers swiftly moving across his phone, and soon, the message was sent successfully. He pursed his lips with a smile, gently standing up and walking out of the cinema.
