Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

Pang Qiang’s words were filled with undisguised disdain, and he spoke loudly without any regard for Lu Yu’s feelings.

As soon as he finished speaking, all the customers in the Patek Philippe flagship store turned their eyes towards Pang Qiang, with a hint of displeasure in their expressions.

To them, Pang Qiang’s words were not only harsh but also rude!

Upon hearing Pang Qiang’s words, Lu Yu simply smiled, not rushing to retaliate. He was curious to see what Pang Qiang intended to do.

Seeing that Lu Yu did not retort, a smug expression appeared on Pang Qiang’s face. He looked at Xia Bing and spoke more arrogantly: ”Xia Bing, do you think you’ll be happy with someone like that?”

Hearing this, Xia Bing responded coldly, ”Whether I’m happy or not is my business. It seems to have nothing to do with you, Pang Qiang.”

”It’s none of my business, but I must tell you, Xia Bing, that rejecting me back then was a grave mistake!” Pang Qiang replied arrogantly, ”Do you know? I’m now a general manager of a jewelry company, my status is far above that of this security guard!”

As he spoke, Pang Qiang flaunted the left hand of the girl next to him, revealing a pink Patek Philippe GONDOLO ladies’ watch, and said, ”See this? The watch my girlfriend is wearing is worth 450,000, equivalent to this kid’s ten years of savings without eating or drinking, and just one component is worth more than his monthly salary!”

While saying this, Pang Qiang looked at the Patek Philippe watch on Lu Yu’s wrist and said, ”Look at his watch, it’s only 130,000, and I bet it was a gift from you!”

”Pang Qiang, don’t be so excessive. I know you’re doing this to get back at me for rejecting you, but let me tell you, the thing I despise most is your disgusting character!” Xia Bing said, her words as cold as ice.

”So what if you despise me? But you fancy this guy, a poor kid who doesn’t even earn 4,000 a month!”

Pang Qiang was inwardly delighted, reveling in his satisfaction, and sidled up to Lu Yu, saying mockingly, ”Kid, are you even a man? Your girlfriend’s being insulted and you don’t even dare to fart, tsk tsk tsk.”

Hearing Pang Qiang’s words, Lu Yu shook his head, looked at him rather helplessly, and said, ”There are many smart people in the world, but also plenty of idiots, and you happen to be one of them!”

Upon hearing this, Pang Qiang raised his eyebrows and said, ”Oh? Me, an idiot? Even if I’m an idiot, I’m better than you, you poor bastard!”

Pang Qiang was extremely arrogant, looking at Lu Yu with sheer conceit in his words.

”Heh.”

Hearing Pang Qiang’s boastful words, Lu Yu merely chuckled and said, ”How do you know I’m poor?”

”Oh? You’re not convinced?”

Pang Qiang said, looking at Lu Yu, ”Aren’t you poor? If you’re not, buy a high-end watch to prove yourself!”

”I bet you can’t even afford the one on your wrist!”

Pang Qiang spoke to Lu Yu with utter disdain.

”What will you do if I can afford it?” Lu Yu glanced at Pang Qiang and asked, a smile playing on his lips.

”If you can afford it, I’ll kneel down and apologize to you right now!” Pang Qiang proclaimed boastfully, filled with confidence.

In his mind, Lu Yu couldn’t possibly have that much money!

”Alright, you said it!”

Lu Yu smiled faintly upon hearing Pang Qiang’s words, then turned around slowly, pointed at a platinum watch encrusted with diamonds, and told the staff, ”I’ll take this watch.”

As he spoke, Lu Yu handed over his bank card.

”Pretend! Keep pretending!”

Seeing the watch Lu Yu chose, Pang Qiang shouted arrogantly, filled with conceit.

The staff was also dumbfounded at Lu Yu’s choice; the watch he picked was a Patek Philippe TWENTY~4 ladies’ watch worth 2.4 million, the most expensive in the flagship store.

”Could you hurry up a little...”

Seeing the stunned staff, Lu Yu spoke softly, calmness in his voice.

”Sure, please wait a moment!”

The staff took Lu Yu’s card, swiped it at the register, and the machine instantly emitted a cold electronic voice: ”Payment successful!”

Buzz!

The moment that phrase was spoken, the atmosphere in the entire Patek Philippe flagship store froze!

A watch worth 2.4 million was, unbelievably, successfully paid for?!

Now no one could believe what they heard!

This seemingly ordinarily dressed Lu Yu had just casually purchased a ladies’ watch worth 2.4 million!

This is what you call understated luxury with substance!

And you, Pang Qiang, you brought your girlfriend a Patek Philippe worth over 400,000 and thought you were all that? Here I am, buying a 2.4 million watch for fun!

”Sir, here is your card. I’ll wrap the watch up for you right away,” the staff said as they calmly handed Lu Yu his bank card.

”There’s no need.”

Lu Yu smiled faintly and said, ”My girlfriend is right here; just put it on her.”

Lu Yu gently took the platinum Patek Philippe ladies’ watch, and delicately grasped Xia Bing’s soft hand, carefully placing the watch on her wrist.

The platinum watch complemented Xia Bing’s slender wrist perfectly, as if the watch was designed just for her, matching her aura impeccably.

After glancing at the watch on Xia Bing’s wrist, Lu Yu turned his gaze to the stunned Pang Qiang and said, ”I remember someone said that if I bought this watch, they would kneel and apologize to me, didn’t they?”

Swish!

As soon as Lu Yu spoke, everyone in the Patek Philippe flagship store turned their eyes to Pang Qiang.

Every person was now anticipating how Pang Qiang would handle this situation.
