Urban Supreme Evil Young Master

Late at night, in a spacious room on the eleventh floor of the Five Directions Building.

Qi Kun sat before the desk, his eyes glued to his computer, filled with a vicious coldness.

Displayed on his computer was a photo of Meng Yue, with a large ’kill’ written across it. This scene, paired with the twisted expression on Qi Kun’s face, was extraordinarily eerie.

”Meng Yue, you damned cop, how dare you recklessly arrest my brother? You’re really asking for it!”

Qi Kun learned of Qi Wei’s arrest a few days ago and immediately arranged for someone to secretly monitor Meng Yue. Finally, this morning, they found Meng Yue and injected snake venom into the back of her neck.

”This time, I used venom from a Southeast Asian viper. Regular serum won’t save you. Meng Yue, this time, you can wait helplessly in the hospital to die. You dare arrest my brother; I’ll make you pay with your life!” Qi Kun snarled coldly, his words dripping with menace.

Buzz!

Just as Qi Kun uttered this, the room’s lights abruptly flickered and went out, casting a reflection off Qi Kun’s contorted face from the outside lights through the window — making him look terrifying!

”Damn it, another blackout!”

Qi Kun cursed under his breath as he got up and walked toward the door.

As he passed by a mirror, he looked at it instinctively, and his heart instantly pounded, his hairs standing on end.

Reflected within the mirror was an unfamiliar figure — standing right behind him!

Seeing a stranger’s figure in the mirror at midnight — how terrifying is that?

”Who?!”

Startled by the image in the mirror, Qi Kun quickly turned around, but there wasn’t a shadow in sight.

Buzz!

Confronted with this scene, Qi Kun’s scalp almost started to tingle; even as a ruthless criminal, such occurrences in the dead of night made his skin crawl.

Critical as ever, he braced himself to look at the mirror again, finding nothing reflected this time.

”Was it my imagination?”

Qi Kun murmured to himself, his words filled with uncertainty.

”You didn’t see it wrong.”

Immediately after he spoke, an amused voice rang out: ”They say if you do nothing wrong, you need not fear the ghost calling at your door. Now, a mere shadow scares you half to death — how many wrongs have you committed?”

Buzz!

Upon hearing those words, Qi Kun was covered in goosebumps, forcing himself to scan the room, but found nothing other than pitch blackness.

”Who’s there?”

Qi Kun spoke coldly, his voice tinged with a tremble.

”No need to look, just glance at the sofa.”

As Qi Kun was stunned to the core, a calm voice emerged from the sofa behind him.

At the sound, Qi Kun spun around and saw a man in casual wear lounging on the room’s sofa, his feet draped over the coffee table, staring intently at him with bright eyes.

It was Lu Yu!

”Who… who are you!?”

Seeing Lu Yu, Qi Kun spoke fearfully, his voice full of anxiety and trepidation. This man sneaking into his room silently spurred dread within him.

Lu Yu’s eyes flashed coldly as he replied, ”Before questioning, correct your posture. You’re not worthy to stand and talk to me — kneel!”

With cold disregard, Lu Yu kicked the coffee table forward with great force, slamming it into Qi Kun’s knees!

Thud!

His knees hit hard, making Qin Kun buckle instantly, kneeling before Lu Yu, eyes filled with terror as he asked, ”Who… who are you? We have no enmity, why are you doing this?”

”No enmity?”

Lu Yu chuckled coldly, ”You act innocent, but I hold grudges; if we had no enmity, why would I come looking for you?”

These words sent chills down Qi Kun’s spine as he struggled to comprehend how he had wronged Lu Yu.

Staring at Qi Kun, Lu Yu stood slowly, turning on his phone’s flashlight to illuminate his face, saying coldly, ”Now, do you remember?”

”It’s you!”

Qi Kun’s heart skipped at the sight of Lu Yu, ”You were with that bitch Meng Yue this morning…”

Slap!

Before Qi Kun could finish, Lu Yu slapped him hard, looking at him coldly, ”Watch your words. If I hear another unfriendly term, I’ll snap your neck right now!”

Hearing Lu Yu’s words, Qi Kun sneered coldly, ”It took you a lot of effort to find me; you want the antidote, don’t you?”

”Meng Yue is suffering on her hospital bed, isn’t she?”

Qi Kun sneered cruelly at Lu Yu, his tone mocking.

”Finding you was indeed hard work, but I’m not here for the antidote.” Lu Yu replied casually, his words chilling.

Not for the antidote!

Lu Yu’s words left Qi Kun puzzled; victims usually pleaded tearfully for antidotes after his venom attacks. Lu Yu’s intentions baffled him: ”If you’re not here for the antidote, what are you here for?”

”You ask what I’m here for?”

Lu Yu smiled slightly before grabbing the ashtray from the table and smashing it onto Qi Kun’s face!

Bang!

Qi Kun fell to the ground from the blow, his cheeks instantly covered in bruises, teeth spewing from his mouth, moaning quietly.

Seeing Qi Kun’s state, Lu Yu slowly stepped up, pressing a foot on his face, stating, ”I came to take your life!”
