The Unveiling of Secret Queen

The news that Khendy Lordon from Maybelissa is coming to Inderia is known by more than just a few.

Many powers in Inderia have also received this news.

In the Illegal Zone, Khendy Lordon’s influence can be said to be at its peak, except for a few special existences like the Red Alliance, diamond tycoons, and others, almost all powers are under Maybelissa’s control.

With Khendy Lordon holding a large chain of influence in the Illegal Zone, naturally, it attracts many of the old powers in Inderia, who want to curry favor with or exploit him; there are countless such people.

Since Valencia Jett and they set foot on Inderia, almost all factions have sent messages wanting a meeting, but all were rejected by Khendy Lordon citing health reasons.

There is only one exception.

The Davidson Family.

As one of the three great families in Inderia, the Davidson Family also received the news of Khendy Lordon coming to Inderia this time, and Mr. Davidson specifically gave Khendy a phone call.

Supposedly, because the Davidson Family is related to both the Kingsleys Family and the Moore Family, it is also considered a great family.

Khendy Lordon always acts smoothly.

In both sentiment and reason, Khendy Lordon should have politely accepted Mr. Davidson.

But this time, Khendy uncharacteristically and unequivocally refused Mr. Davidson’s invitation over the phone, also clearly stating that Maybelissa and the Davidson Family could not have any form of cooperation.

That phone call was initiated by Mr. Davidson, somewhat causing the Davidson Family to lose face.

In the On the Cloud Club’s coffee shop.

Valencia Jett also brought up the matter: ”Boss, someone from the Kingsleys Family heard about our arrival and also sent you an invitation, inviting you to their family banquet. Are you going?”

Khendy Lordon turned his head, his gaze constantly looking out the window, as if waiting for someone.

Valencia paused, then continued: ”We’re already not giving face to the Davidson Family, it might not be good to also not show face to the Kingsleys Family.”

”They’re here for the chip project.” Khendy slightly lowered his gaze, his delicate face unusually translucent and fair due to a lack of sunlight, resembling white jade under light, with a natural elegance, though his tone sounded somewhat indifferent: ”Ha, we’re the fat piece of meat everyone is eyeing, wanting a share of the pie, and the Kingsleys Family is no exception.”

Maybelissa is planning a chip project recently.

This project has attracted the attention of many powers, and several factions want to get involved to claim a share.

Khendy has not yet publicly announced cooperation with any party, and factions from various countries are eager, all wanting to secure this cooperation.

After all, chip technology is the dream technology for many countries, and Maybelissa possesses top talent and channels in this field.

Once the parties reach cooperation, it would definitely be a great benefit.

Even countries like Mundania have attempted to contact Maybelissa and Khendy.

However, Khendy has never clearly stated which side he favors more.

As one of the top families in Inderia, naturally, the Kingsleys Family also wants to secure this project.

”So boss... what are you thinking? Are you going to cooperate with the Kingsleys Family?” Valencia hesitated for a moment and asked him.

Khendy lowered his eyelashes, speaking with some disdain: ”In the past, we always cooperated with the Kingsleys Family, and it went quite smoothly. Logically, there is no reason not to cooperate this time, but... this time, I’m not considering the Kingsleys Family.”

Valencia’s mind quickly understood: ”Because of Nathalie?”

The conflict between the Kingsleys Family and Nathalie Quinlan escalated quite a bit, and they’ve heard some rumors even in the Illegal Zone.

Khendy neither denied nor affirmed, only calmly said: ”The Kingsleys Family has been arrogant for too long; they assume Inderia has only one dominant force but never considered that the Kingsleys Family is aging, and their new generation lacks any promising talents, they’ve started to decline.”
