Reborn and Counterattack: The CEO's Powerful Sweetheart

Chapter 1369: Chapter 1368: Psychological Suggestion, Psychological Implied Conditioning

The distribution of human muscles is something that almost every medical student is familiar with, and every student present has a grasp of this concept.

Gu Tong explained calmly, ”The transmission of human mental intention is a connection, and the transfer of power is also an input point. Observing muscles is a good way for us to know the action at the first moment.”

The students from the second internal medicine class understood what Gu Tong meant but did not understand the significance of her words.

Gu Tong continued, ”So, I was able to predict actions in the first moment not because I have any special powers, but because the muscles told me.”

Muscles?

All the students from the second internal medicine class widened their eyes.

Even if the muscles act faster than the human body, actions are meant to be simultaneous, with only a few seconds of difference. How could they continue at such speed?

”Let me first talk about this student’s muscle distribution.”

Gu Tong walked up to Hu Bichao and explained, ”This student’s muscles are primarily in the abdominal area and legs, which shows that he is a fitness enthusiast.”

”When the brain commands him to act, the legs exert force first, then transmit to the abdomen, like passing a ball.”

Gu Tong patted Hu Bichao on the shoulder, signaling him to demonstrate.

Hu Bichao looked confused but obediently completed the action.

Gu Tong smiled faintly and said, ”You can see, before he dribbles the ball, there was a movement in the leg muscles. Such subtle changes can serve as an observational reference. Of course, it must be combined with his gaze and other observations to make a comprehensive reference.”

”For example, at the start, his muscles suggest that he intends to pass the ball to A, but his eyes look at B. That means he has anticipated it. If A is not available, he will pass to B. In this way, you can comprehensively judge the position of the player he wants to pass to.”

As these words fell, the entire lawn was almost as silent as the deep night, not a sound to be heard.

No one expected that Teacher Gu Tong would use such a method of observation.

Though it sounds simple, it requires a lot of anticipation, and the time difference is almost simultaneous, something most people cannot achieve.

Hu Bichao couldn’t help but ask, ”But doing this can’t reach a hundred percent certainty. Just now on the field, Teacher, you had us completely watched.”

He was the first to be targeted, so he could feel the sensation, really being watched from every angle, three hundred sixty-five degrees without any dead angles.

Hu Bichao’s fear at that time was something no one could comprehend.

So, he couldn’t suppress the doubts in his heart.

Gu Tong smiled lightly and said, ”That’s right, under normal circumstances, I can’t achieve it, so I incorporated the content of medical psychology, psychological suggestion. Psychological suggestion is the simplest and most typical conditioned reflex of humans.

In terms of psychological mechanism, it is a hypothesis affirmed by subjective will, not necessarily based on evidence. But since it’s subjectively affirmed, the mind tends toward it. In life, we are constantly receiving hints from the outside world.”

Sss...

Everyone took a sharp breath.

Initially, they thought Teacher Gu Tong was talking nonsense, but unexpectedly, it was logical and well-founded.

Sheng Yiweng’s eyes lit up with a delayed realization, suddenly awakening to something.

He finally understood the true meaning of Gu Tong’s offhand comment...
