Reborn and Counterattack: The CEO's Powerful Sweetheart

Chapter 1352: Chapter 1351: What Kind of Tactic Is This?

No wonder Gu Tong dared to agree to the two-on-eight arrangement. If two equally skilled players were on the court at the same time, they could win this match.

At the same time, not only the students from Internal Medicine Class Two began to focus on this ball.

Even the elective class students from not far away also cast their gazes.

Sheng Yiweng is Gu Tong’s top student; this shot is definitely going in, they have a hope of victory.

’Boom--’ The basketball hit the rim, but instead of bouncing back into the hoop, it shot towards the middle of the court.

’Thud, thud, thud--’ The basketball bounced twice and then started rolling naturally, stopping at Huang Chengyi’s feet.

Huang Chengyi bent down to pick up the basketball, but made no moves, instead showing a face full of shock.

Jiang Lihao: ”...”

Lin Wenjue: ”...”

Internal Medicine Class Two: ”...”

Elective class students: ”...”

What the...

What’s going on here?

The vanguard they sent out is messing with them, where’s the promised basketball master’s character?

It’s crumbling, oh geez...

Sheng Yiweng scratched his head awkwardly and said, ”Teacher, I’m not skilled enough, I know a bit of basketball, just a bit, ahem, I’m a letdown, I’m a letdown.”

Internal Medicine Class Two: ”...” Is this guy trying to sabotage them?

Huang Chengyi: ”...” Eight against two was already unfair enough.

Hu Bichao: ”...” And now sending out someone who can’t play basketball to the court, wouldn’t it be even more embarrassing if they won?

Gu Tong’s mouth twitched twice, unsure how to respond; this guy, it turns out he’s so unreliable, maybe her estimate of forty percent was a bit high.

The elective class students were dumbfounded; they held their silence for a while, amazed.

Suddenly, someone screamed, ”Oh oh oh! I get it, this is Gu Tong’s strategy, she actually wants a one-on-eight, so she deliberately called Sheng Yiweng, who can’t play basketball, to completely humiliate them.”

”So that’s how it is, I figured as much, Gu Tong definitely has a reason for what she does. Amazing, my teacher is indeed the strongest.”

”Gu Tong is awesome, Gu Tong must win, Gu Tong one-on-eight, annihilate them, go teacher, we believe in you!!!”

Not far away, hearing the students’ shouts, Gu Tong was about to spit blood. Where do these guys get such wild imaginations? She’s already frowning, can’t they see that...

Jiang Lihao: ”...” They’re both teachers.

Lin Wenjue: ”...” What’s with the huge difference?

In the corner, let’s find a sheltered place and stay cool, it’s so disheartening.

Huang Chengyi held the basketball, awkward whether to move or not, he hesitantly stretched his hand like he was negotiating, and said, ”How about, you guys try another shot?”

Whether it’s sabotage or Gu Tong’s pretense, he doesn’t want to deal with it. What he’s thinking now is how to play in a way that isn’t bullying.

Indeed, this is a tough problem...

Gu Tong calmly said, ”This should be your ball, you go ahead.”

Huang Chengyi hurriedly waved his hand, saying, ”It’s fine, it’s fine, you go ahead, we’re not in a hurry...”

Hu Bichao nodded in agreement, ”Yes, yes, no rush, no rush, teacher, you go ahead.”

Internal Medicine Class Two collectively nodded, internally shouting, ”Teacher, we’ll let you have this ball, you go ahead, we beg you.”
