Reborn and Counterattack: The CEO's Powerful Sweetheart

Chapter 1354: Chapter 1353: Feels Like I Have No Teammates at All

Gu Tong was about to cough up blood.

Why did she feel surrounded by enemies from all sides, with no trace of teammates?

Sheng Yiweng was downright awful, and the Elective Class had this mysterious confidence that encouraged him to keep ruining things for her. What was this all about?

They must be purposely messing with her...

Sheng Yiweng had no idea what Gu Tong was thinking and responded to the Elective Class students with a cheer, saying, ”No problem, I’ll definitely keep up my shenanigans.”

Gu Tong: ”This game is unplayable.”

Huang Chengyi: ”...” Since it was a strategy, should they give it their all and see what happens?

Hu Bichao: ”...” Should we play seriously or not? That’s obviously a question.

The students from Medical Class Two were all in a state of indecision, exchanging looks, until one finally shouted out, ”You all have to cheer up too!”

Since the basketball game had already started, they should give it their best. Winning is awkward, losing is awkward, so why not just defeat the Elective Class? At the very least, they could vent their frustration for Teacher Ding Sidan.

Moreover, if Teacher Gu Tong lost, it would be her hubris, and no one else would be to blame; she was so confident, insisting on agreeing to this eight-against-two.

Of course, this idea wasn’t only in the mind of one or two people; there were other students from Medical Class Two who felt the same way.

All of them simultaneously came around and started cheering for the eight on the court, saying, ”Go for it! Don’t lose, play well!”

”Yes, yes, yes, keep it up! We believe in you!”

The opinions of everyone else aligned completely, adequately expressing the sentiment of the class.

The eight on the court felt as if they had taken a calming pill and slowly began to gain confidence. Since it was the hope of all their classmates, they could go all out.

They exchanged glances and started to fuel their fighting spirit.

Sheng Yiweng moved towards Gu Tong, pleased, saying, ”Teacher Gu Tong, they’re finally playing seriously now.”

If they would now take the game seriously, maybe Teacher Gu Tong would find it more fun to deal with.

Gu Tong: ”...” She’s not blind, doesn’t need a reminder, okay?

She couldn’t help but feel a headache coming on.

”Let’s go.” Hu Bichao shouted first, and the special match of eight against two on the basketball court began once more.

The eight students from Medical Class Two advanced at full speed, taking their positions, each with a determined look on their face.

Hu Bichao took advantage and passed the ball to Huang Chengyi, who securely caught the basketball and aimed at the Elective Class’s hoop.

They worked together seamlessly, their momentum fierce and unstoppable.

Given the current situation, relying on Sheng Yiweng was clearly not an option, so it was up to Gu Tong next.

Gu Tong thought of this, and her body instinctively started to move. She stepped forward quickly, and suddenly her speed was astonishing, like a bolt of lightning, charging into the middle of the opposing eight.

The eight were caught off guard, only feeling a small figure suddenly appear amongst them as they tried to intercept and protect the ball in Huang Chengyi’s hands.

’Snap--’ Gu Tong swiftly executed a side steal motion, seamlessly transferring Huang Chengyi’s ball to her left hand.

Oh no!

The students from Medical Class Two felt alarmed and hurriedly wanted to retrieve the ball.

Gu Tong’s left hand transferred the ball to her right hand, starting a repeated and precise fast dribbling motion.

Her movements were incredibly quick, leaving the students from Medical Class Two dazzled and unable to find any opening.

Perfect opportunity.

Gu Tong powerfully slapped the basketball, causing it to bounce up, and she seized it, her calves fiercely exerting force as she jumped.

’Swish--’ The basketball flew out, bouncing toward the position of the backboard.
