The Beautiful CEO's Personal Mad Doctor

Chapter 54: Chapter 54: 5 Yuan Transfer Fee

A little over ten minutes later, the group returned to the sales office. Song Jia deftly printed out three contracts and handed them to Wu Renqing, Wu Xiulan, and Wu Renguang.

”Here are your purchase agreements. If everything looks good, please sign here.”

The three of them began to carefully review the contracts.

Wu Xiuli and Wu Xiuhua watched from the side, overcome with envy.

From now on, their older brother and the others would be living in a top-tier residential district, joining the elite. Meanwhile, they could only continue living in their resettlement housing.

While everyone was busy reviewing the contracts, Cheng Yuan moved to a corner and beckoned to Song Jia.

Song Jia hurried over. ”Sir, how can I help you?”

Cheng Yuan said in a low voice, ”I’m the owner of the number one Building King. I’m here to pick up the keys. This is my property deed. Also, I need you to draw up a transfer agreement. I want to transfer the ownership of the number one auxiliary building to my second aunt.”

Huh?

The owner of Villa Number One?

Song Jia was stunned.

Just this morning, all the property consultants had learned that the number one Building King had been sold. Everyone was gossiping, wondering who this mysterious VIP buyer could be.

Song Jia never would have imagined that the owner of the number one Building King was so young!

And so handsome, too!

After checking the property deed, Song Jia confirmed Cheng Yuan’s status as the owner.

Song Jia reminded him, ”Mr. Cheng, the auxiliary building for Villa Number One is valued at twenty million. Are you sure you want to transfer it?”

”Absolutely.”

”But, if I may be blunt, your second aunt’s financial situation...”

Cheng Yuan grinned. ”The transfer fee is five dollars.”

”Five dollars?!” Song Jia gasped.

”That’s right, five dollars. Just hurry up and draw up the contract.”

”Oh, okay...”

Song Jia glanced enviously at Wu Xiuhua in the distance. ’That woman is so lucky to have such a generous nephew.’

Soon, Song Jia had the contract ready and handed it to Cheng Yuan with the utmost respect. Cheng Yuan casually tucked the contract into his jacket.

A moment later, the three had finished reviewing their contracts, signed readily, and made their payments.

After everything was settled, Wu Renguang looked at Wu Xiuli and Wu Xiuhua with feigned concern.

”Xiuli, Xiuhua, Xiaoyuan is still young. He’ll have a chance to make a comeback. And Qianqian is so beautiful, she’ll have the chance to marry into a good family. I’m sure you’ll all be able to move into Long Lake District one day.”

The two sisters were unhappy but could only force a smile.

”We’ll take your word for it, Renguang. Let’s hope so.”

Wu Xiulan turned to Wu Xiuli. ”First Sister, it’s not too late to change your mind. If you just say the word, I’ll still lend you that two hundred thousand.”

Wu Renqing chimed in, ”And my hundred thousand, too.”

If Wu Renguang hadn’t bought a place, Wu Xiuli might have considered it. At least then Wu Xiuhua would have some company. But now, she and Wu Xiuhua were the only ones who hadn’t bought.

If she borrowed money to buy one, what kind of position would that put Wu Xiuhua in?

As the eldest sister, she couldn’t do something like that.

Wu Xiuli forced a smile. ”Really, there’s no need. Thank you for the kind offer, Big Brother, and Xiulan.”

Cheng Yuan narrowed his eyes. ’I really want to help Mom save face!’

’But I don’t want to get too entangled with my relatives, so I can’t reveal that I own the Building King.’

’It’s better to just transfer the number one auxiliary building to Second Aunt privately.’

Just then, Wu Kun, who was standing to the side, seemed to remember something and said with a smirk, ”Oh, right. Xiaoyuan mentioned earlier that he already has his marital home ready. Why don’t you take us to see it? Let us broaden our horizons. Who knows, maybe the home Xiaoyuan prepared is even better than mine!”

Cheng Yuan smiled but said nothing.

However, Song Jia, who was nearby, stepped forward and said with a smile, ”Mr. Wu is right. Mr. Cheng’s marital home is indeed much better than yours.”

Huh?

The entire Wu family was dumbfounded. They looked at Song Jia in confusion, wondering why she would say such a thing.

Wu Kun asked hesitantly, ”Miss Song, do you know where Xiaoyuan’s marital home is? Is it also in our Long Lake District? Could it be one of the large-floor-plan apartments, over 200 square meters?”

Song Jia paused. ”Hasn’t Mr. Cheng told you? His marital home is Villa Number One.”

Cheng Yuan’s marital home is Villa Number One??

Every member of the Wu family’s jaw dropped. They stared blankly, completely unable to comprehend what Song Jia had just said.

Wu Kun let out a forced laugh. ”Miss Song, you’ve got a great sense of humor. Are you kidding us? Hahaha...”

”I’m not being humorous. I’m telling you the truth. I just saw Mr. Cheng’s property deed myself.”

This...

Wu Kun turned stiffly toward Cheng Yuan. ”Xiaoyuan, Miss Song is just joking with us, right? How could your marital home possibly be Villa Number One?”

Cheng Yuan was speechless. ’This Miss Song really has a big mouth. So much for trying to keep a low profile!’

’Since the cat’s out of the bag, I might as well lay my cards on the table.’

”Villa Number One is indeed my marital home.”

After speaking, Cheng Yuan pulled out a contract and handed it to Wu Xiuhua.

”Second Aunt, I’m transferring Villa Number One’s auxiliary building to you. Go ahead and sign it!”

Huh??

Transferring the number one auxiliary building to her?

Wu Xiuhua subconsciously took the contract, staring dumbly at Cheng Yuan, completely unable to believe what was happening.

”Xiaoyuan, this isn’t something to joke about!”

”Second Aunt, I’m not joking. Here’s my property deed. Just sign it!”

With that, Cheng Yuan handed the property deed to Wu Xiuhua.

Everyone crowded around to get a look at the deed.

Everyone was stunned!!

They stared at Cheng Yuan in a daze, speechless for a long moment! They couldn’t believe what they were seeing with their own eyes!

This really was the property deed for Villa Number One!!

Holy shit!

This is insane!

How could Cheng Yuan, an ex-convict who just got out of prison, afford the number one Building King?

That’s 260 million!

They couldn’t earn that much money in a lifetime!

Wu Xiuli and Cheng Hongbing were shocked too. ’Ruoxi’s family background must be incredibly prominent, right? A 260 million villa just like that? From now on, we have to treat Ruoxi even better than our own daughter. We could even worship her like an ancestor!’

After confirming that Villa Number One really was Cheng Yuan’s marital home, Wu Xiuhua quickly pushed the contract back.

”Xiaoyuan, don’t you know your second aunt’s financial situation? Miss Song just said the auxiliary building is worth twenty million. Even if you sold me, I wouldn’t be worth twenty million!”

Cheng Yuan grinned. ”Second Aunt, don’t panic. Take a look at the transfer price first.”

Hm?

Everyone instinctively looked, and they soon saw the transfer price, followed by a series of gasps!

”Am I seeing things? Five dollars!”

”Auntie, you’re not mistaken! It’s really five dollars! Cousin is transferring the twenty-million-dollar auxiliary building to Second Aunt for five dollars!!”

In an instant, everyone was staring at Wu Xiuli and Wu Xiuhua with a mixture of envy, jealousy, and resentment.

Wu Renguang’s face turned beet red with shame. Just moments ago, he had been condescendingly encouraging his two sisters, saying that perhaps they might have a chance to live in Long Lake District someday.

But in the blink of an eye, he had been spectacularly proven wrong!

Forget about Cheng Yuan—the guy was the owner of the number one Building King.

They couldn’t even compare to his second sister’s family now. Her number one auxiliary building was worth twenty million, blowing their luxury apartments completely out of the water!

Wu Renqing, Wu Renguang, and Wu Xiulan were so envious they could practically die!

After the initial shock, Wu Xiuhua came to her senses and waved her hands frantically. ”No! Absolutely not! This is too valuable! It’s the auxiliary building, worth twenty million! Xiaoyuan, Second Aunt can’t take such a huge advantage of you!”

Cheng Yuan’s gaze was completely sincere. ”Second Aunt, two years ago, when you were in such a difficult situation yourself, you still lent our family five thousand yuan. I swore back then that I would repay you a hundred, a thousand times over! This auxiliary building is how I’m repaying you!”
