Extraordinary Realm from Persuasion System

Chapter 351: Chapter 164: The Fans Are Going Crazy, What Is This Maneuver by Zhang Beixing?_2

The sign hanging directly above the main entrance of the martial arts school read: Chang’an City Primordial Form Intent Martial School!

”Impressive!”

Even Zhang Beixing, who had come to seek revenge and issue a challenge, couldn’t help but blurt out his admiration upon seeing this façade. This public image was truly well-crafted! Just on this point alone, it was inevitable that the Primordial Form Intent Martial School would have a substantial flow of customers.

”These are nothing but superficial bluffs. As a Martial Artist, since when do we engage in such ostentatious displays!” Hearing Zhang Beixing’s words, Liu Yi beside him spoke with a sour tone. He had always been at odds with the people from the Primordial School. And now, they had developed their martial school to be so impressive, in contrast to his own unremarkable, and even somewhat dilapidated Yanjing Yue Family’s Continuous Fist Martial School. Liu Yi couldn’t help feeling a sense of imbalance inside.

Damn, all the good fortune seems to be theirs. They really do deserve to die!

Hearing his words, Zhang Beixing also realized he had misspoken, cleared his throat twice, and promptly skipped over the topic. He looked at Liu Yi and proposed, ”Teacher, now that we’ve found it, why don’t we just go in and beat the crap out of them?”

”You’re right, let’s beat the crap out of them!” Liu Yi nodded in agreement, walked up front, kicked open the door of the Primordial Form Intent Martial School, and shouted, ”Ma, you old dog, I’m back again! Come out and take your beating!”

BANG!

WHOOSH—

The door kicked open by Liu Yi hit the wall with a dull thud. This commotion caused all the people practicing martial arts inside the school to turn their heads in unison and look over.

Sitting in the main seat and observing his disciples’ martial arts training, Ma Shikai’s face turned dark upon hearing the shout. Especially after seeing that the visitor was Liu Yi, his already dark face grew even darker, looking almost about to drip with gloom.

”Liu Yi! How daring of you, to act so recklessly in my Primordial Form Intent Martial School! Didn’t the beating last time teach you a lesson?” Ma Shikai was not one to be trifled with. Seeing Liu Yi behaving this way, he stood up from his chair. His iron fists clenched with a cracking sound as he glared at Liu Yi, a fierce light flashing in his eyes.

To this, Liu Yi showed no sign of backing down as he retorted, ”Why shouldn’t I come? Do you, Ma Shikai, truly believe that by ambushing and beating me last time, you demonstrated your true strength? I am here today to demand an explanation from you!”

”That’s your own fault! Daring to covet our Primordial School’s family secret arts, giving you a beating was letting you off easy. I can’t be bothered to waste words with you; if you have any moves to show, let’s see them on the stage!” There’s no point in exchanging half a word with someone you have a grudge against, especially when you are partly in the wrong. Ma Shikai, unwilling to continue this tangle with Liu Yi on the matter, pointed to the empty stage next to him and spoke to Liu Yi.

This Liu Yi is nothing more than a defeated opponent. If he wants a beating, why not oblige him?

In the past, given Liu Yi’s temperament, he would have already gone up, eager to battle Ma Shikai for three hundred rounds. But now...

”Disciple, it’s your turn. Go up there and give that old bastard a good lesson. I’ll cover you from the side!” Liu Yi took a step back, standing behind Zhang Beixing, and said to him as such.

Hearing Liu Yi’s words, Zhang Beixing was inevitably speechless.

Nice going. You show up with a barrage of verbal attacks, and I thought you were going to fight Ma Yuankai yourself. But when it’s actually time to fight, you just step aside and let me, Zhang Beixing, do it! I remember you, Liu Yi, you weren’t like this before! What on earth changed you so much? Was it Genshin Impact? (Just a joke, the author plays it too.)

Muttering to himself internally, Zhang Beixing didn’t refuse or show any hesitation.

After all, I came here specifically to help Liu Yi get revenge. Now that Liu Yi has riled up Ma Yuankai, it’s my turn to take the stage.

With this thought, Zhang Beixing stepped forward. He ignored the surrounding Primordial School disciples who were eyeing him fiercely and looked straight at Ma Yuankai, clasping his hands in a martial salute.

CRACK—

”I am Zhang Beixing, the fourteenth-generation direct Disciple of the Yue Family’s Continuous Fist, KDA: 19/0/1, Grandmaster Realm! I’ve heard that the Primordial School’s Ma Yuankai, a Grandmaster of Xingyi Fist, is proficient to the point of divine skill. Not only does he possess great personal ability, but his disciples are also exceptional and skilled in American-style Iaido. I am here today to learn. Please enlighten me!” Zhang Beixing spoke, his words laced with hidden barbs.

That mention of American-style Iaido. The degree of mockery was off the charts!

Since ancient times, Great Xia’s Martial Artists had only experienced foreigners pointing guns at them during martial arts contests in the Republic of China period. Otherwise, no matter how intense the animosity between them, they always settled matters honorably, according to the rules. But now, these rules were broken. And the ones who had broken this rule were none other than the disciples of Grandmaster Ma of the Primordial Form Intent faction, one of Great Xia’s ten great Grandmasters!

By bringing this up now, Zhang Beixing was essentially pointing at Ma Yuankai’s nose, accusing the disciples Ma Yuankai taught of being no different from the dog traitors and invaders of the past.

As for whether this insult was a bit too harsh, Zhang Beixing did not care.

I’ve always believed in repaying grudges and settling scores.

You bastards beat my teacher twice already. And you still expect to get any respect from me? Go to hell! Why didn’t you think of giving Liu Yi any face when you were beating him?
