Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension

Chapter 36: Chapter 35:Come!!

”It’s my turn”...

My cold eyes drilled holes through the beast..

It didn’t seem to care, it’s forelimbs clawing straight for my exposed torso...

Screeeeee...

Sparks flew as it’s attack left nothing but sparks, my body remaining rooted, steady...

I pulled my arm back and for the first time since this battle began, I took control over the forces of the atmosphere, my gauntleted fist landing with bone jarring force on the creature’s skull....

Booooommmm!!!!!

Screeeeeeee

The creature screeched in pain as it was sent hurtling backwards...

I didn’t relent.

Not when I’d finally gotten the advantage...

My will surged.....

The earth responded beneath my feet, reconstructing my black steel frame...

I planted a foot on the ground, mind fusing with the very atmosphere..

One with the wind..

I muttered under my breath, this one technique I’d come to learn after my first flight test..

My consciousness sank into the entire atmosphere as I vanished..literally... from my initial position, appearing right above the confused beast, arm pulled back, and churning furiously as a miniature storm gathered around my fist..

Fwoooooshhh...

The punch tore downwards..

Space splitting with a deafening crack as it connected with the monster’s back...

Booooooom!!!!

A concussive shockwave, courtesy of blasted towards the airborne creature, destabilizing it even more as the punch finally connected...

Booooom!!!!

Crackkkk!!!!

A satisfying crack rang out as my spiked fists tore right through he creature’s scales, drawing a spurt of crimson...

I smiled ”now we’re getting somewhere”

Screeeeeeeeee....

The creature shrieked! More in rage than in pain..

It swiveled sharply, the atmosphere betraying me once more as the monster sent forth a hurtling storm of wind, water and lightning....

”Here goes nothing”...

I took a punching stance....

The little bit of atmospheric weight around me condensing around my fist. Then I punched...

Boooom!!!!

Once...

Booooom!!!

Twice...

Booooom....Booom...

Consecutive booming sounds rang out as I punched and punched over and over again, intent on ripping apart the storm coming for me..

FUTILE..

Just like before..

The attack struck true..

Dragging me into its depths..

Lightning assaulted me...

Wind blades tore at me, intent on ripping me to shreds..

The air was freezing yet hot...

The water threatened to drown me...

But I had already survived this once..

made sure it no longer became of consequence..

From then on, the fight became a battle of attrition..

I had stopped being injured, my CE was finally recovering, I could now use my attacks properly without fear of damage...

The creature remained as fearsome as ever, it couldn’t do me much harm, but I couldn’t really cause it substantial damage either..

Whenever a punch landed, the atmosphere took the bite out of it..

It felt like punching air one moment..

The next primordial ice..

At some point it felt like I was punching thunderstorms as lightning seemed to strike for every blow I landed..

The battle dragged on..

I was waiting..

Waiting for that one moment when the creature would slip up..

That one golden moment when I could finally let loose everything I’d been holding back..

And then, it arrived...

The Wyvern dove in for another bite, but this time I had already anticipated my next move...

Right before the creature could strike...

I did something I hadn’t tried before..

I used my talent, not as an extension of myself but rather as a skill..

I poured Chaosenergy into in my with only one command ringing in my head...

”SPACE VACUUM!!!” I yelled out loud, and for a split second, the creature’s sovereignty over the atmosphere faltered, I gained control within than moment..

I willed the surrounding atmosphere to vanish completely, the creature laid bare before me..

I pulled back my arm, pouring every ounce of strength into it, my chaos energy flowed like water from a broken dam..

My fist quaked, my arm trembled, space groaned and split, somehow this felt even heavier than wielding the entire atmospheric weight of an E-rank dungeon...

I let my punch loose...

Craaaackkkkk!!!!!

A nasty fissure tore open in space, a void like trail tracing the path of my punch...

Booooom....

The punch landed satisfyingly...

Crackkk!!!!

I could hear the creature’s scales shattering beneath my blow..

Without atmospheric forces covering its body, it was very much susceptible to my monstrously high stats...

Boooooom!!!!!

Th Wyvern was sent careening back like a rocket, I didn’t let up.

I had cultivated this opportunity flawlessly, I wasn’t about to let it slip..

I manifested right before the confused bleeding creature..

Booooom!!!!

My punch found it’s monstrous rib cage...

Crackkkkkk...

The satisfying crunch of bones rang clearly in my ears....

Booooom!!!!

Another punch landing cleanly on it’s spine..

Snap!!

I could hear it snap..

Screeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

It’s pain filled screech reverberated throughout..

It was too disoriented to reclaim control..

”This is my chance”.

It was time for payback..

I let loose a hail of powerful blows that drove the creature into despair...

It’s powerful scales shattering like fragile glass when confronted head on with my monstrous stats and then...

Riiiiiiiiiiiippppppppp!!!!!!

I grabbed hold of one of the ginormous wings attached to it’s forelimb, tearing them both clean off it’s body...

Screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!

It’s pain was clear..

It crashed to the floor with a jarring explosion...

Screeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

It’s screeching didn’t stop, it was in pain.

”Time to end this...” I rushed forward..

Pushing myself harder, wanting to end the creature before any unexpected surprises arose.

The creature had proven a tough foe.

I wasn’t as overpowered as I thought.

Not yet. There were still things out there that could render even my horribly higher stats ineffective..

Letting the thought settle, I pulled my arm back ready to end things when...

ROOOOOOOOOOOOARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boooooooooooommmmmmmm.....

A horrifying roar tore through the atmosphere...

It slammed into me. Not head on. NO. It struck from all around me...

Crashhhhh!!!

I slammed unceremoniously into the ground, a crater forming around me...

That was not the Wyvern.

I struggled to stand, the presence currently pressing down on the area being impossibly large...

It felt like the weight of the world had descended upon me..

I strained my eyes to look...

Fwooooosh...

Crackle....

Boooom...

Dark Clouds for miles on end had gathered around the vicinity ...

A raging storm of elements descending where the creature had crashed..

I could see the creature within, writhin, it’s body contorting...

It’s scales split and fell off, only to grow back larger, denser..

It’s body elongated, it’s only remaining forelimb tearing free from its attachment to the wing, growing as muscular at its hind legs, the torn limb regenerating swiftly to match it...

Regal horns curving outward from it’s skull...

Before I could even try to understand what was happening...

[You bloodline (sealed) is reacting...

[Your bloodline(sealed) is reacting...

”Wha?.. reacting? To what?” I couldn’t wrap my head around it, my two sealed bloodlines were reacting to the phenomenon before me.

Before I could ponder further....
