Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension

Chapter 16: Chapter 15: First Dungeon(1)

I was currently on way toward my next destination, having already concluded my conversation with my lovely aunt..

Thirty minutes ago..

”D...Dante..wha..what is this” she’d asked me, voice trembling, almost afraid of my answer..

I studied her carefully, her reaction spoke more than she thought..

The way her eyes widened whenever it came across a question mark, almost as if that in itself shocked her more than the ridiculous abilities the system gave me..

It was clear she knew more about my origins that she’d ever let on, but I wasn’t about to bug her about it, if even the system itself said I was too weak to know, then I can only imagine the burden my aunt v is carrying right now..

If transmigration tropes were to be followed, then my true origins were probably something extremely ground breaking, but, that’s beside the point, it wasn’t my concern, not today at least..

So,

”This...aunt v, is my ticket to my long awaited dream”..

”This, Aunt V... is the weapon I will use to take my vengeance...”

I replied, voice cold...

For even if I was a fool, I could easily tell that my true origins had a hand in the death of my parents..

So if I was too weak to even know abot my own origins, then that meant I was too weak to even consider revenge, but not anymore..

With this, with my Chaos Devourer System, and it’s broken abilities, it was only a matter of time..

”Hooooo.... Little D, you shouldn’t have shown me this” Aunt Raven finally composed herself, shifting subtly to make herself comfortable, her soft ass engulfing me completely..

”Like I said, a world where I keep secrets from you is one I don’t want to live in” I replied, smiling..

I know it sounded hypocritical, considering I’m obviously hiding the fact that I’m a different soul within this Body, but like I’d said, I’d already inherited everything of Dante, so right now, I was him, and he was me, besides, that secret is one I’m going to my grave with..

A beautiful smile bloomed on her face, her unveiled face lighting up the entire atmosphere, ”huuu~~ silly boy, but don’t worry, your secret is safe with me, although it’s a bit of a bummer that I’ll have to put my sugar mommy plans aside” she’d pouted, a cute expression that gave me butterflies in my stomach..

”You can still be my sugar mommy even with all this” I said, leaning my head closer, eyes glinting..

”Hoho, seems someone is having devices about his aunt Fufufufu..” she laughed, bringing her own face closer..

We were only inches apart now, I could see the entire outline of her immaculately beautiful face, her fragrance jasmine and something sweet embraced me,her soft mildly heavy breaths brushing with mine in a tango I wasn’t sure we wanted to name yet, her soft full pink lips looking inviting, for a moment, time stalled, and I thought we’d cross that barrier, but..

”So, can you help me out with my second request” I chickened out..

I don’t know why, I just didn’t feel like I deserved such a woman, not yet, besides, if I’d made a move and she felt wronged, I’d have ruined my relationship with her and that was something I couldn’t have..

”Sure... just tell me whatever you need” she said..

Is that disappointment I hear?

I couldn’t help but wonder, maybe I was just imagining stuff...

”Well it’s like this...

.....

So now I was on my way towards an E-rank dungeon under the jurisdiction of the Bloody Rose Guild, one used to train newly awakened warriors..

....

I was currently standing before a swirling blue portal, the unmistakable hum of ambient mana in the air, a multitude of newly awakened and veteran warriors were scattered all around..

The dungeon Goblins Nest, although under the Bloody Rose Guild’s control, was open to the public, of course for an entrance fee, how else were they going to profit off such a resource?..

”Looking for a healer type talent, E rank...

”Looking for a Tank Type talent, F-rank level 20 and above..

”Looking for someone to carry you through your first dungeon? Our cross merchants are your go to...

It was more like a market place than anything else, with multiple people shouting out their offers, some looking for teammates, others looking to sell resources, others looking to carry...

The whole atmosphere really cemented the truth that I’d really arrived in a different world..

”This brother” a masculine voice called out to me..I turned to find a somewhat stocky middle aged man standing behind me..

He squinted, raised his head to get a proper look at me, ”I noticed how you were looking around earlier, you seem to be newly awakened too, you must be looking for who to carry you along” he said, straining to keep his vision aligned with mine, my new height about to cause him back problems..

”Uhh, and how do you know I’m newly awakened?” I asked

”Hehe, its obvious seeing how you can’t seem to control your aura properly, the mana around you is quite chaotic” he responded..

Oh, so that’s it..

”Can’t have that” i muttered to myself..

If others just go around noting my level and rank all Willy nilly because I couldn’t control it, that’d be too much of a hassle..

[Ding]

[Chaotic adaptation activating...]

And just like that, my unstable aura vanished..

”Ehh? Did you just...” the stocky man was shocked, seeing me reign in my aura instantly..

Honestly I was shocked too, but at this point, I was kind of getting used to the ridiculousness of my situation so

”Thanks for the offer but I think I’m good”..

Saying so, I stepped through the portal, waving goodbye..

.......

”Huh, what a weird kid”.

After dante left, the stocky man mumbled to himself,

”Heh, that little lass will probably be sad I couldn’t get mister divine handsomeness to join our party” he chuckled, turning to walk away when suddenly,..

Fwoooooshhh!!!!!

The swirling mana portal immediately turned red..

the mana spiking sharply..

[Beep!!!! Beep!!!! Beep!!!!

Energy signature fluctuating..

Mana level surging !!!!

Mutation in process....]

The alarms sounded out as the stocky man’s face paled...

”What???”

He turned and bolted, it wasn’t just him, the surroundings had cleared, as everyone remotely aware of what a dungeon mutation was didn’t want anything doing close to one..

Meanwhile, Dante, oblivious to the peril he’d unknowingly found himself, finally arrived within his first dungeon..

”Now, let’s get this raid started”

But the dungeons rumbling told me that somehow this was not going to be easy fight I was expecting..
