Warhammer Divine Throne

”Hmm, Mr. Delong can try to produce a few first, and I’ll have the infantry equip them afterwards.” Laine agreed.

”Oh, by the way, Lord Laine, the kind of weapon your brother asked for, I really don’t think I can make it.” The Dwarf Craftsman continued, looking troubled: ”It’s not that I can’t make mithril weapons or vibranium weapons, but I’ve never heard of a weapon that perfectly mixes these two metals, your brother might be asking me to create a divine artifact?”

”Uh...” Laine thought to himself that Angerong was probably referring to the power axe, but how could dwarves in this world produce such a thing with hammer and bellows?

It’s an indisputable fact that Angerong lacks a suitable weapon.

Laine has a secret silver vein from the Luigi Commerce Association President Hadrian, but there’s no vibranium, so Laine and the others discussed a bit. Delong expressed willingness to first make some secret silver armor to provide for Laine and his knights, while Angerong’s weapon would have to wait a bit. The dwarves themselves only brought seven or eight apprentices to Laine’s territory.

The group followed the Dwarf Craftsman to tour the entire workshop, which had been ordered to be revamped by the Dwarf Craftsman, giving it a brand-new feeling. The Dwarf Craftsman walked at the front, saying, ”I hadn’t imagined the workshop scale here would be so large, it seems my manpower is a bit inadequate.”

Veronica, who was holding Laine’s arm, spoke up, with a witch’s charming smile: ”Mr. Delong can write to invite more dwarf friends to join us, as long as they are skilled, they are welcome here.”

”Hahahahaha~” Delong Feinson laughed heartily, extending his sturdy arm, with stubby fingers pointing at Veronica’s nose: ”Little girl, you think beautifully! You tricked me into coming here, and now you want to trick my brothers and sisters too?”

”This is not trickery, it’s recruitment. I can allocate a special community for you, pay high salaries, and you can also open more trade routes. If necessary, we can mediate for you and your kin, allowing you to purchase other goods, like Winford wine, or gemstones from the Wood Elves...” Laine also responded with a charming smile.

His territory needs dwarves, and dwarves stepping out of the mountains also hope to do something for their tribe.

”Hmm... I must say Lord Laine speaks quite nicely, but you should wait a bit, I just arrived here. I need to observe for a while.” The Dwarf Craftsman was somewhat tempted, thinking it was rare in Brittania to find a Knight Lord who wouldn’t discriminate against dwarves and even welcome them. If Laine truly treated dwarves so friendly, then he could indeed invite some tribesmen to work here for him, but for now, he intends to observe.

”Alright.” With the conversation at this point, it was inappropriate for Laine to say more, so he took out a roll of parchment, handing it to the dwarf: ”This is the new enchantment technique I promised you.”

The dwarf was instantly captivated by the symbols on the parchment, which resembled stars and shimmered with white light: ”This is?! This is a brand new enchanting rune and enchantment technique! Oh my god, I’ve never seen this before!”

”Consider this a symbol of friendship between myself and Mr. Delong.” Laine stuffed the parchment into the dwarf’s hands, his face full of smiles.

”...Out.” After staring at the parchment for a long time, Delong Feinson suddenly said: ”Everyone, get out!”

”What?”

”All of you, out! I want to close the doors and study this new rune and enchantment technique thoroughly. Get out, don’t disturb me!”

”Okay, okay, okay!” Laine and the others retreated from the blacksmith workshop.

The door was firmly shut. Angerong looked at the tightly closed door, then at Laine and the others, grumbling: ”Brother, with what you did, I didn’t get my weapon, and ended up helping him forge for three hours!”

”Hahahahahahahahahahaha!” The group couldn’t help but laugh, and Laine had to pat Angerong’s arm and say: ”Brother, I’ll figure out your weapon. I’ll ask our father.”

”Alright, then I’m heading back. In this cold weather, I need to add some straw to my cows, or they will freeze to death.” Angerong seemed to have been waiting for Laine to say this, and when he did, the World-Devourer Primarch beamed with joy. Using the force that could kill two cows, he patted Laine on the shoulder hard: ”I’ll wait for your good news, haha.”

After Angerong left, Veronica, still holding Laine’s arm, whispered warmly in his ear: ”Where to next?”

”Next, we’re going to take a look at the vineyard, and while we’re at it, you can pick a site for your Wizard Tower.”

”Great~”
