The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 1629: Chapter 657: Education

”Move aside, I’m... I’m going to take a shower!”

The scene was tense for a second or two, and then Jenny spoke in a cold tone, steadying herself against the wall and walking forward, looking quite wary, as if trying to bypass Zhou Wang.

But there’s obviously a bathroom in the master bedroom, isn’t walking this way a little redundant?

Zhou Wang muttered to himself again, but outwardly he put on a smile and stepped forward with concern, ”Here, let me help you.”

”I don’t need your help.”

Jenny stubbornly tried to break free from Zhou Wang.

”The bathroom floor is very slippery, I’m afraid you’ll fall.”

”Stop pretending, we’re just a transaction, there’s nothing between us!”

”Be good.”

”...”

After some pulling, Jenny was still carried into the bathroom by Zhou Wang, who naturally started to run hot water for her and helped undress her.

”Get out, I don’t need your help... Chairman Zhou, I’ve completed my task, what do you mean by your actions now, have you thought of the consequences... you, at the very least, let me apply the body wash myself!”

As expected, Jenny still showed great resistance, but as Zhou Wang also put on a stern face and showed a bit of toughness, she quickly began to lower her guard.

When she realized her cold rebuke couldn’t rein in Zhou Wang, and instead only made him more insistent, Jenny simply pursed her lips and stopped talking.

She put on the same expression she had last night by the floor-to-ceiling window, turning her head aside, slightly raising her chin, with a smooth curve that seemed to represent her last bit of stubbornness.

Then, during Zhou Wang’s manipulation, her eyes gradually turned red, and she began to silently shed tears.

Zhou Wang tried to gently wipe her tears away, but she angrily pushed him away. When Zhou Wang arched an eyebrow and directly grabbed her chin to turn her face back, though her expression remained stubborn, she no longer twisted randomly.

...Honestly, this ”humiliated goddess” look really struck a chord with Zhou Wang.

In terms of physique and features, Jenny wasn’t the top among the women around Zhou Wang, but this unique trait was enough to evoke in Zhou Wang a collector-like desire.

Originally, Zhou Wang thought, after all, it was a bit of an unfortunate coincidence, the story that happened with Jenny last night. Although it wasn’t Zhou Wang’s intention, it was a roundabout acceptance of Han Suying’s apology. That’s where it should’ve ended, and he didn’t plan to have any more entanglements with Jenny.

But now Zhou Wang suddenly changed his mind.

So, amidst Jenny’s unexpected exclamation, Zhou Wang, having untied his robe, also jumped into the bathtub.

”What are you doing... bastard, wooooo!”

Jenny lay by the edge of the bathtub, crying again.

...

At 2:30 in the afternoon.

On the 23rd floor of the Shilla Hotel, in the Michelin three-star restaurant named ”Luoyan”, the pacing Han Suying finally saw the door of the private room pushed open by a waiter, and Zhou Wang, dressed in Brioni’s latest pea coat and bespoke suit, walked in boldly.

As soon as he entered the spring-like warming chamber, Zhou Wang took off his coat. Even before the waiter could reach out, the delighted Han Suying had quickly stepped forward, taking the coat from Zhou Wang’s hand and hanging it on the coat rack to the side.

”Director Han, how could you?”

Zhou Wang said this, but there was no real embarrassment in his expression.

”It’s only right, it’s only right... Chairman Zhou, by the way, where’s my daughter?”

Han Suying first put on a smiling face, then cautiously asked a question.

Zhou Wang said nothing, just glanced towards the empty doorway of the private room.

Han Suying seemed to understand something, first inviting Zhou Wang to sit down, then quickly walking out of the private room, indeed seeing her daughter dressed tightly in the hallway.

Jenny not only wore a turtleneck coat but also had on a hat, sunglasses, and a mask, a look as if she wished to wrap herself up completely.

From her hesitant pacing, it seemed she didn’t even want to enter this private room, or face her mother.

Seeing Jenny, Han Suying breathed a little easier, at least it confirmed she was indeed with Zhou Wang last night... though she had a hint of this from the moment Zhou Wang agreed to lunch with her.

However, having waited at the restaurant since noon with her daughter’s phone unreachable, Han Suying was truly apprehensive, once thinking Zhou Wang might be toying with her, but now she felt relieved.

Yet seeing her daughter behaving oddly, Han Suying was a bit suspicious, quickly pulling Jenny to a corner to ask clearly.

With the mother and daughter walking further away, Zhou Wang, ears pricked, couldn’t catch much of their gossip and regrettably turned his head back, lighting a cigarette and leisurely waiting.

After about ten minutes, with Zhou Wang already finished with the pre-meal dessert, Han Suying and Jenny returned to the private room.

Jenny removed her sunglasses and mask but kept her head down, making it hard for Zhou Wang to see her expression. He could only deduce from the remnants of a blush on her ears that Han Suying likely discussed some ”adult” topic with her.

Han Suying’s expression was also a bit strange, seeming both enlightened and relieved, yet also puzzled and worried...
