The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 1604: Chapter 644: Three Women and a Drama_2

”Lisa...”

”Jisoo...”

The two of them almost spoke simultaneously, and after a brief pause, they stopped again.

”You speak first!” x2

After another bout of awkward silence, it was the more outgoing Lisa who shrugged.

”Alright then, um, Jisoo, what I actually wanted to explain is, the reason Chairman Zhou gave me that kind of contract is because I showed him... sincerity.”

Lisa seemed unable to find the right words at the moment, so she said it like this.

”Sincerity?”

”Yes, I’m not sure if you’ve noticed, but the Chairman seems to want complete control over YG Entertainment, so our stance is very important. Or you could interpret it as a reward for my submissiveness to him...”

While Lisa was describing this, images of herself dancing boldly and seductively against Zhou Wang’s body in the suite that night flashed through her mind. Even the most brazen exotic dancer wouldn’t go as far.

”Aren’t you the same, Jisoo?”

As Lisa explained, seeing Jin Zhixiu’s sudden understanding, she became perplexed.

After all, in her view, she might be compelled to accept Zhou Wang’s unspoken rules, but Jin Zhixiu didn’t have any reason for that.

Moreover, because they are so familiar with each other, Lisa knows very well that although Jisoo is the oldest among the four sisters, she actually holds the most fantasies about love. If it weren’t for this, she wouldn’t have remained single until now...

Therefore, seeing Jin Zhixiu apparently not immediately grasping her meaning, Lisa was a bit confused.

”Ah, I’m also... um, Chairman Zhou gave me some irresistible conditions as well.”

Of course, Jin Zhixiu wouldn’t actively admit her relationship with Zhou Wang... mainly because it’s too embarrassing. She thinks she gave in to Zhou Wang too quickly, which is undeniably a shameful matter in front of her good sister.

”So Lisa, you... you didn’t have anything happen with Chairman Zhou?”

”Nope.”

Lisa confirmed.

She knows that if Zhou Wang hadn’t stopped that night, they probably would have been involved, but since it hasn’t happened yet, Lisa thinks she isn’t lying...

She couldn’t possibly tell Jisoo directly that she was already prepared to welcome Zhou Wang and he simply didn’t want it.

Two women with their own motivations, because they accepted each other’s explanations, the atmosphere became harmonious again, as if the previous awkwardness never existed. That’s until another woman seated herself, following the nameplate on the table.

She had the height of a model, under a green short ceremonial dress were long ivory-colored straight legs that flashed envy from Lisa and Jin Zhixiu, and her arrival made the table’s atmosphere strangely intriguing again.

She was none other than Jeon So-mi, the third woman who appeared at the elevator entrance that day.

”Sister Lisa, Sister Zhixiu, good evening... Haven’t Jennie and Rose arrived yet?”

Jeon So-mi seemed extremely natural, as if she hadn’t noticed the odd look in the two’s eyes, cheerfully greeting them.

Jin Zhixiu pursed her lips, seeing Jeon So-mi appear, she thought the words were clear with Lisa anyway, so she might as well take the chance to uncover her unresolved doubts, and boldly asked:

”Somi, it was rushed at the company that day, and I didn’t have a chance to talk to you properly. Well, I just wanted to ask...”

”The contract issue?”

Before Jin Zhixiu could finish, Jeon So-mi seemed to already guess what she wanted to ask, smiling and responding proactively.

”Yes, you...”

”Actually, it’s nothing. I voluntarily approached Chairman Zhou for a better contract, of course, I paid the price for it.”

”What price?”

”Naturally, a longer contract term, more stringent breach conditions, and... absolute loyalty and obedience to the Chairman.”

Jeon So-mi said with a smile, ”What else could it be?”

”So that’s it.”

Jin Zhixiu breathed a sigh of relief, just feeling like the stone that had obstructed her heart for two days finally settled... so he didn’t lie to me, he, he is seriously affectionate towards me, not just wanting to play around.

Immediately, Jin Zhixiu felt a bit guilty for being cold to Zhou Wang over these two days due to her internal awkwardness, even yesterday when Zhou Wang had invited her to a movie, she had declined claiming she was unwell.

And Zhou Wang hadn’t shown any dissatisfaction but instead had advised her to rest well, looking genuinely concerned...

While Jin Zhixiu was immersed in her own emotions, even becoming a bit distracted, Lisa next to her wore an odd expression, unable to resist scrutinizing Jeon So-mi.

She’s not as naïve as Jin Zhixiu, and having indeed seen Zhou Wang’s darker side, she doesn’t quite believe Jeon So-mi’s words.

The most crucial point is when Jeon So-mi spoke of ”absolute obedience to the Chairman,” she keenly noticed a subtle change in Jeon So-mi’s demeanor; her lips were slightly pursed, her gaze seemed muddled with watery waves, and from Lisa’s angle, she could see Jeon So-mi’s crossed long legs had a slight rubbing action under the short skirt...

”?”

Lisa’s mind was full of doubts.

And Jeon So-mi quickly noticed her own lapse, hastily assuming a dignified posture, reigned in the inadvertently revealed seductive demeanor, transforming back into the aloofly popular queen.

She’s not overly concerned about being detected, mainly because she promised Zhou Wang yesterday not to expose their relationship to outsiders...

Yes, after Zhou Wang was stood up by Jin Zhixiu yesterday, he drove to pick up the readily available Jeon So-mi, and then they went to a certain private theater renowned in a specific circle.

It’s a cinema favored by couples, its largest feature being the partitions between and over half of the viewing list being R18 movies.

Amidst the decadent sounds of ”Frost Flower Store,” lying on the soft chair, Zhou Wang once again appreciated Jeon So-mi’s fully automated swinging.

Afterward, Zhou Wang casually reminded Jeon So-mi with some contract interests.

Nowadays, regardless of his willingness, Zhou Wang must adopt a fairly ruthless strategy to handle these relatively marginal emotional relationships, otherwise not to mention utilizing the ”Time Management Master” skill, even if he were the ”God of Time Management,” he couldn’t possibly manage it all.

No matter what she thought, Lisa couldn’t really interrogate Jeon So-mi. However, if things were indeed as she suspected, she couldn’t help but feel a small bit of grievance; was she really that much worse than Jeon So-mi? Otherwise, why could Zhou Wang maintain control in front of her, but then turn to sleep with Jeon So-mi...

Not to mention Zhou Wang’s attitude towards Jin Zhixiu, which was entirely different from hers, yet... she clearly wasn’t filthy!

In the midst of the ”joyful” exchanges of the three women, not long after, with some noisy sounds from the entrance and flashes of lights, two girls dressed in splendid gowns and adorned with sparkling jewelry walked in together emanating the aura of queens.

They were none other than Jennie and Rose, the other two BlackPink sisters whom Jin Zhixiu and Lisa hadn’t seen for several days.

After greeting some familiar faces from the circle, the aura that alternated between cold and aloof approached, with Rose saying nothing yet, Jennie immediately complained to Jin Zhixiu and Lisa:

”Jisoo, and Lisa, what’s with you two? Didn’t we agree to strike together to make Chairman Zhou realize reality? How come I heard you two still went to the company these few days?”

Upon Jennie’s question, Jin Zhixiu was immediately stunned.

In her perspective, because of that night on Yacht 17, Jennie’s mother Han Suying had already interacted with Zhou Wang, and clearly displayed fear and apprehension towards him. How come Jennie’s stance hasn’t changed a bit?

”Jennie, haven’t you been with Director Han these past two days?”

Jin Zhixiu asked tentatively.

”My mom?”

Jennie said puzzled, ”Why would I be with her? You know I prefer living alone, furthermore she’s been busy flattering foreign big shots recently, utterly overwhelmed, how could she have the time to deal with me?”

Jin Zhixiu then understood, Han Suying probably hadn’t found the right opportunity to communicate with Jennie, or Han Suying held certain concerns and still tested Zhou Wang or Mr. Charles’s stance, hence Jennie didn’t know what happened that night...

If you knew Director Han is actually trying to flatter Zhou Wang, I wonder if you could still maintain such a haughty attitude.

Jin Zhixiu inadvertently snarked in her mind, her subconscious already siding with Zhou Wang.

At this moment Rose, who didn’t pay attention to their conversation, picked up a glass of champagne, her elegant face carrying a cold smile: ”Sisters, Chairman Park told me there’s going to be a good show tonight... Hehe, I can’t wait to see Chairman Zhou’s disgraceful expressions.”
