The Wealthy Tycoon's Game of Life

Chapter 1341: Chapter 519: Young Heir Doesn’t Count as Heir_2

Speaking of Wangzhou Travel Department, the first casual game ”Financial Freedom Starts from Graduation” was officially launched a week ago, entering the public testing phase.

With Zhou Wang’s promotion on Douyin, and the help of Miss Yang, Xia Xiwei, and others, within just a week, the game has registered over 500,000 users.

It may not compare to traditional online games, but keep in mind, this is a lightweight online casual game that doesn’t even require a download, a result that has astonished many.

With 500,000 registered users, it has generated over 30,000 paying users. Currently, in terms of recharges, the revenue has already surpassed 3 million.

And the total development cost of the game was only a mere two million...

Excluding operational, labor, and other costs, it means that by next month at the latest, Wangzhou Travel Department will start turning a profit, with anticipated margins being exceptionally impressive.

Aside from the game being genuinely well-made, the Business Plan provided by the System Store also played a significant role, offering a complete solution from marketing to promotion.

With the Plan as a reference, Zhou Wang didn’t even need to think; he just needed to issue commands in stages, and have his team execute them.

Jiang Qingkui, the acting general manager of Wangzhou Travel Department, has the most authority to speak on this matter. She has hardly interfered with any internal company matters, as Zhou Wang directly communicates with the technical core serving as vice president.

After the first game’s massive success, Wangzhou Travel Department has already started the accelerated development of the second casual game, another entrepreneurial simulation game, but this time set in ancient times, incorporating ”marrying” and ”taking concubines” romantic themes, expected to attract a large number of nostalgic players...

Returning to the point, in comparison to the Basic Business Plan, the Intermediate Business Plan sees expected gross margins rise from ”5% to 200%” to ”20% to 300%”, and offers more detailed plans.

It perfectly fits the current situation of the Wangzhou Group.

Nearing two million reputation points can secure a healthy initial development for the group, which Zhou Wang finds very worthwhile.

Of course, relying solely on this Business Plan to completely set Wangzhou Group on the right track is clearly not enough, but it should suffice for some time.

Once he completes the fourth action round, if he successfully gets the ”Corporate Construction Gift Package” reward from the prize pool, then none of this will be an issue.

Zhou Wang’s gaze was deep.

He appeared to be ”engaged in unserious matters” lately, rarely showing up in front of Jiang Qingkui and Xu Wenqian, but in reality, he’s been making a lot of preparations behind the scenes, all for the upcoming fourth action round.

Although the countdown is decreasing daily, sharpening the axe does not delay the job of chopping firewood, and Zhou Wang’s confidence is growing daily.

”Mr. Zhou?”

Jiang Qingkui noticed Zhou Wang wasn’t speaking, just lost in thought, and couldn’t help but call out to him again, puzzled.

”Oh, right, Qingkui, there’s something else I need to tell you...”

Zhou Wang snapped back to the present and pondered, ”I might have to leave for a while.”

”Leave?”

Jiang Qingkui’s heart tightened, ”Where to? For how long?”

”Not really going anywhere specific, it’s just... remember Su Yajing?”

”Su Yajing?”

Jiang Qingkui recalled, ”The girl managing Lishui Yunquan Hotel?”

She had met Su Yajing in Ming City, and although just meeting her may not have been enough to etch her into Jiang Qingkui’s memory, she knew this girl had ties to some of Zhou Wang’s businesses.

That alone made Jiang Qingkui pay attention to her.

”Yes, I promised her earlier that I’d accompany her on a trip...”

”So it’s just a trip?”

”Kind of.”

What does ”kind of” mean?

Jiang Qingkui wanted to ask further, but at that moment, Xu Lingyue walked in with a bowl of soy milk, interrupting the conversation.

Zhou Wang saw Xu Lingyue and couldn’t help but laugh, ”Old classmate, haven’t seen you in a while, you’re looking better and better...”

Wearing a professional pencil skirt accentuating her curves, Xu Lingyue felt a little shy but joyful, though with Jiang Qingkui present, she didn’t dare to show it too openly and just smiled slightly:

”Must be influenced by Sister Qingkui’s presence; being around her every day, it’s hard not to be affected...”

Zhou Wang was taken aback, a bit surprised that Xu Lingyue would say something like this.

His impression of her was still stuck on the night she awkwardly came to ”offer herself.”

Seeing her now, it really seemed she had grown substantially during her time with Jiang Qingkui.

”Not bad, everyone is making efforts to move forward...”

Zhou Wang mused silently.

...

Wangzhou Group’s first meeting concluded amidst laughter and joy.

Is it any wonder why?

Even though many present were no longer fresh to the workplace, they had never heard of a company that gives out money on their first day.

Mr. Zhou called it a ”Entry Fortune Red Packet,” and though they didn’t quite understand it, it sounded meaningful.

Random red packets ranging from the smallest ”666” to the largest ”88888” would be distributed with the first month’s salary if they achieved full attendance this month...

Isn’t this just like throwing money around?

Jiang Qingkui certainly didn’t expect Zhou Wang to pull off such a move while sitting below the stage, feeling somewhat resigned.

But judging from everyone’s excited faces, spending hundreds of thousands to win over people’s hearts seemed like a decent investment...

At least, whether they knew Zhou Wang before or not, they would surely remember this behind-the-scenes boss now.

After the meeting, Jiang Qingkui was still concerned about the matter she wanted to discuss with Zhou Wang, but when she got up to find him, she realized that the second before, Zhou Wang, who was chatting with Xu Wenqian, had disappeared.

Jiang Qingkui felt a sudden pang of anxiety, and as she was about to take out her phone to call Zhou Wang, a message from him came in.

”Office.”

Jiang Qingkui was startled and quickly walked towards the office.

But upon entering, she still didn’t see Zhou Wang. Just as she was puzzled, she noticed something added on the desk.

”Wangzhou Group Development Plan (Up to February 2025)”

Jiang Qingkui picked up the thick document and quickly skimmed through it, her eyes immediately filled with shock.

This detailed development plan was made by Zhou Wang?

How could this be possible...

Or was he busy with this during his absence?

At this moment, Jiang Qingkui also noticed a sheet pinned under the document.

The sheet was handwritten, recording only names, corresponding positions, and simple contact information.

Judging by the handwriting, this was undoubtedly left by Zhou Wang.

Jiang Qingkui couldn’t believe that in just a short time, Zhou Wang had already found three people for the seven vacant executive positions?

She instinctively wanted to question it, but the weighty plan in her hand made her silent.

”Forget it, how many things about him can be understood?”

Jiang Qingkui muttered helplessly.

...

November 24, 2024.

A rare sunny day during autumn in Magic City.

”Hey, Duoduo, slow down, watch the cars...”

The old model BMW 5 Series had just stopped on the auxiliary road at the entrance of Pudong International Airport, and a pigtail girl carrying a travel bag eagerly opened the car door. Her mother couldn’t help but voice a reprimand.

”Mom, they’re already here, I have to hurry, bye-bye!”

Yu Duo waved without turning back and dashed forward.

Mrs. Yu, although helpless, said nothing. After all, it had been a long time since she had seen such a joyful smile on her daughter’s face...
