Pillar of Yita

”Mission Accomplished,” Fang Hong pushed the virtual keyboard forward, stretched lazily on the bed, and glanced at Miss Fairy seated on the desk under the moonlight outside the window, gazing at the scenery in Cloud Sea. He made a supposedly cool gesture of scissors towards her. Tata slowly turned her head, blinked somewhat quietly, and looked at her Mr. Knight with confusion—why did he suddenly act like an ape?

”Papa, Papa,” Fang Nini’s little hands were dangling on the Lily of the Valley plants in the pot, swaying in mid-air, worrying people that she might fall anytime. The poor plant, bent under the pressure of life, bearing burdens it shouldn’t at that age, ”Papa, monkey.”

This little girl was getting more mischievous, Fang Hong thought, but he didn’t plan to argue with a child. He had just anonymously posted an article on the community, analyzing a series of events that happened six months ago in Fanric from an observer’s perspective.

He used the North-South conflict as his entry point, introducing a third party—the Dark Followers—that few knew about during that incident, and delving into the Fanric affair, describing in detail who might have been secretly influencing the South-North confrontation.

Since it was Invokers reading, he unapologetically used examples of Count Westwood Sibika and Rolin, detailing the shadow of dark forces behind the series of events from Dulun to White City. These incidents closely relate to the Invokers of the Southern Region, who might also be the primary readers and audience of this article.

Hence, Fang Hong directly introduced a concept in his article, implying these various clues might hint at a massive quest line regarding dark forces. He deeply understood what attracted Invokers most, and that undoubtedly was quests and knowledge—Heart of Tree Moenyalit had just taught him this trick, which he could reasonably utilize.

However, he didn’t discuss Dolifen’s experience first nor delve from Istania or Mount Pieriad’s underground, partly to better hide his identity. Whether it’s Dolifen, Fenris or Istania’s events, they have very special natures; either only a few were involved in the insider story, or the primary and secondary participants are too obvious, making it too transparent.

Even if he used an observer’s identity to explain these events, people could easily guess who the poster was—Dolifen’s event was almost solely experienced by the Seven Seas Travel Group, and Fenris Isle’s affair is even more untouchable unless one wants trouble—people are still looking for culprits.

The Istania event involved only four parties: him, Dragonfire Guild, Istania Royal Family, and Shield of Lufu, but it really boils down to excluding Shield of Lufu, leaving only three sides. Among these three, Istania Royal Family wouldn’t post, Dragonfire Guild members wouldn’t expose themselves, so it’s obvious who the last is.

As for the recent underground affair at Mount Pieriad, on one hand, the timeline is too close, easily reminiscent of the mysterious Alchemist in the combat. People, if they investigate, could easily attribute it to them. On the other hand, Miss Mei was also an eyewitness, and Miss Knight is face-blind but not a fool—

But the Fanric event is different. Although he personally left a significant mark in the Fanric event, even earning the nickname ”Dragon’s Alchemist”, the Seven Seas Travel Group’s share in this incident wasn’t large. Fanric event had numerous stories emerging before and after that day’s combat, considering the Fishmen invasion, there were many participants.

Additionally, he actually used the entire North-South confrontation as the entry point for the story, so there were many potential narrators—whether it’s the Southern Region Alliance, Free Summoners among them, or members within the Elfendo Council.

Moreover, the integral event in the Southern Region, linked with the subsequently spreading chaos in White City, is the hotspot topic of Colin Ishurian. Comparable to this is only the new adventure paradise discovered at Mount Pieriad; hence, he chose to start from here, also riding the wave of popularity.

After all, surfing might not result in pregnancy, if not surf it’s a waste.

As he expected, once the post went up, it immediately garnered strong reactions, receiving a hundred and eighty replies instantly:

”Who is this, why is the title so unpleasant?”

”Disdain for clickbait titles, disdain, disdain,”

”Author, truth be told, your article’s content is rather insightful. It’s rich in content and full of valuable information, but your title... Emmmm, it’s somewhat beyond description.”

”Stunned, shocked format returning after a century...”

”Bro, you also surf the internet, huh?”

Fang Hong found himself with a headache—wait, did these people miss the point of interest? Moreover, he reviewed his title, undoubtedly satisfied, thinking if the score was out of hundred, he’d easily give himself ninety, the remaining ten being humbleness.
